Overall is very good. I had a little issue with my travel plan and had to stay working in the hotel after my checkout. Sen, the barman, accommodated me well in finding a good environment for me to work from there…even though he had to go through a little bit of questions from his colleagues! Client first, right?

Excellent service! I am delighted with my stay. It is nicely located, a 2-minute walk from the metro station and local amnities. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well-served and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed for three nights at the IBIS Paris Montmartre and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access public transport and explore key sights in the area.
The room was quite small, which is typical for Paris, but it was comfortable and clean. The front staff were excellent—always friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining and attractions.
Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though I did find the vegetarian options somewhat limited. It would be great to see a few more choices in that regard.
Overall, I would recommend the IBIS Paris Montmartre for anyone looking for a convenient base to explore the city, especially if you appreciate friendly service and a good breakfast.

The hotel looks nice, there are many vending machines where they sell from water and snacks to whole meals.
The rooms are clean, you get a towel, shower gel in the bathroom and a soap.
The sink is in the bedroom by the window, there's a tv and a small chair, the beds and that's pretty much it.
Small room, not gonna lie but it's worth it for the price.
The beds are comfy, the shower is nice.
The location is not the best, looks a bit too sketchy not gonna lie.

Pros: Good location, decent price, well decorated, clean
Cons: Smallish room (twin room but could barely space out the beds). window was locked shut and heating/air con barely blowing out anything + no fan in bathroom lead to very muggy/hot/smelly room. Asked for window opening which someone came to do but locked again once closed so would need to ask for someone to come open window every time.
Overall led to poor sleeping conditions and started to ruin our stay as the days went on.

Overall a good stay. The rooms were just a standard room, the beds were comfy but needed more pillows. Can’t fault the cleanness beds were always made and the showers were always cleans and played new towels. Rooms need a bit of updating but we didn’t spend much time in there. Breakfast were nice

Location is good for the price you pay for. Its away from the main attractions but was good for the night and has stations, restaurants locally. Bad bits are there is a very dark looking graveyard from the rooms window, staying with kids was not the best as rooms were small too. Service was not great when i asked for a room change. Staff didnt seem bothered to help. Probably wont stay there again.

Good location for being near metro etc.
Rooms were old and tired.
Cleaners binned the tank to my vape and some receipts that we were keeping for skip tax that were all left on the side when we went out. Annoying they bin things, If we wanted it binning, we would of put it in the bin!
Shower was absolutely awful. No pressure, and runs hot for 20 seconds then cold for 20 seconds.
The lift keeps you up all night as its rediculously loud.
Reception area is nice but doesn't show the tiredness of the hotel itself.
Disappointing stay considering we paid over £660 for 2 basic rooms for 2 nights.

I have never stayed in a hotel in need of a renovation as much as this hotel. Rooms extremely small, no storage space for necessities, a hairdryer that appears to be dated back to 1950’s, no electrical outlets (2), 1 window that opens 3 inches for ventilation,
booster chair needed to get in shower & no grab bar to help older guests in shower, 2 towels/bathmat, shower head that’s worn out, worn carpet and 2 inch mattress topper that sits on top of a platform. Breakfast was average at best. I apologize for not having anything good to say about this hotel. A staff person in the restaurant was very nice. That’s the only nice thing I can say.

It starts to feel at home, we were kindly welcomed and looked after by the Ibis hotel personnel so to make sure that we enjoy our stay. Thank you. It means a lot, as we had intense schedule and some stress, but staying at your place helped us feel relaxed and comfortable. We really appreciate 🙏
