Very basic hotel. But clean and had no issues. Hotel does overlook cemetery and they rooms get very hot in the evening . Whilst the temperature adjusted . Still warm. The good thing is cheap and does the job for quick visits to Paris . It’s very close most things . We had great time . Thanks

Becareful staying in this location. Thieve operate the underground car park shared with this hotel
The elevatators of the Ibis are put out of operation so you cant physical manage your luggage on a single trip to your and when you get back to your vehicle it has been smashes open and stolen.
The Ibis is not responsible for the car park however they are for the elevator.
I would recommend not using this location too many thieves and scammers around. Go outside the area and catch the transport to the monmartre area.
This area is gone down abysmally since last visit in 2019.
Markets opening up selling stuff they have stolen from tourist and visitors.
The culprits do not appear to be locals. Such a shame love France and the French scene. But its a mine field dodging scammers, pickpockets and thieves. The police do not care, the hotel does not care. I was going off my last experience in 2019 thats why I chose to visit again.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! TOO MANY THIEVES OPERATE IN THE VICINITY ESPECIALLY CLOSE IN THE CAR PARK WITH CAMERAS AND SECURE ENTRY. Stay elsewhere or pack a suitcase full of chitts and leave it for the thieves.

Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily. Hotel has a great cooling system. Breakfast was the only thing I expected more from, however, I absolutely recommend booking this hotel.

The Hotel is situated in an excellent location with the Metro nearby giving swift access to the City Centre. The numerous restaurants nearby provide a wide choice at reasonable prices. The room we had was basic but spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception were very helpful and Phillipe ? the bar tender on the night we used the bar was brilliant at his job and a credit to the Hotel. IBIS hotels are, to us, very good value for money on this occasion and we were impressed. Slight drawback for us Brits? The lack of a kettle to enable us to have hot drinks.

The hotel was well located and staff were friendly. We ordered a double room with a single bed and the room was tiny. There was no space to move or store our belongings/cases. Also, not kettle so impossible to make a hot drink in the room. Would not return due to room size.

The people at the front desk bark at you when they talk. Very rude. I asked for directions to the parking and she was extremely impatient with me. She kept saying it's easy anybody can do, it's over there. I only wanted her to point it on a map. In the end, she pointed on the map but it made me feel like I was an extreme inconvenience to her day. The cleaning people were nice, just the front desk had a garbage attitude. Even when we left we got the same attitude asking for directions somewhere. Very disappointed

Definitely meets the standard expectation for an Ibis - you're paying less for a bare-bones room in a great location. Our first room had bad air conditioning, but the maintenance team was quick and efficient in working to diagnose our problem and, when that fix didn't work, getting us a different room. Downstairs amenities included a vending machine, coffee machine, and water filling station, although each spent some time broken during our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room conditions were far below expectations — poorly maintained, not very clean, and lacking basic amenities. Even in the bathroom, there wasn’t a single hand towel provided, which reflects a serious lack of attention to guest comfort. I would not recommend this property and hope management takes steps to improve the overall quality.

Great hotel in a perfect location! Just a few minutes walk to Moulin Rouge and 15 minutes to Sacre Coeur.
I've got a room on 9th floor and a view from the window was stunning! If you are French culture lover, this hotel is real treasury. Montmartre cemetery is a diamond, where rest a lot of geniuses - Edgar Degas, Hector Berlioz, Adolphe Adam, Leo Delibes, Emil Zola family, Heinrich Heine, Stendhal, Theophile Gautier, Francois Truffaut, Dalida, La Goulu, Vaslav Nijinsky, Marie Taglioni, Alexander Dumas fils and many other prominent personalities.
Huge thanks to all hotel staff - you are very polite and helpful. Also very clean rooms, towels were changed every day. Breakfast - really good and very tasty: great loose tea, fresh baked croissants, selection of cheeses and savory things as well (sausages, eggs, omelette). Also you can always refill your bottles of drinking water in the lobby.
I loved this hotel from the bottom of my heart, so highly recommended! This was my 10th time in Paris and since now I'll be staying only in this place.
