Pros: Nice location and the staff were nice.
The room is small but clean, had everything I needed. Comfy bed.
Breakfast was nice, more to choose than I expected. Coffee, tea water station available in reception 24/7.

Cons. The bathroom in my room had no door. The toilet is just there, a curtain or something would be nice. It was very weird.
Checkout is at 12 but the cleaner knocked at 9. She was nice but it was also something I have not experienced in a hotel before. Surely reception can tell her who has checked out ?

Overall it was good, good price, location and staff. I would ask for a different room next time

Nice staff, great location , between three subway stations and a train station, in a quiet and safe part of Paris, near the important touristic sites. The food was good but the same in every day! Not even one item changed. But a good fact was the fresh orange juice available all the time during breakfast. The room was clean but small, no even one cabinet in order to put the clothes, and low quality insulated windows. On the other hand, a nice facility was the buffet on the entrance having cold water but also tea, coffe that could be served 24/7.

Could not have been better. The staff were extremely accommodating, kind, and understanding r.e. my rusty French and always went out their way to help us. The hotel was perfectly clean and breakfast was insane - they have everything! All the Parisian tourist attractions are within walking distance, while the hotel's location felt like its own quiet, secluded little area. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

A lovely place to stay in Paris! My boyfriend and I just spent a few days at the hotel and we would really recommend it. Our room was up on the 6th floor, it wasn't very big but there was enough room for us to move around and feel comfortable. The staff at the hotel were always very polite and friendly, the atmosphere in general too and it's great that they offer much needed and appreciated breakfast. Fresh orange juice, pastries, charcuterie, fruits, and coffee were all available.

The best thing for us, was its location. You're close to everything within walking distance but there are also many public transport choices you can take. Surrounded by bistros, cafes, and shops. It was honestly, a great stay. Thank you very much!

The room was tiny (and I mean tiny). This was my first time in Paris, so I'm not sure if this is normal, but the bathroom was weirdly small; the shower was super tiny.
The bed was comfortable.
Barely any space for clothes or luggage.
The lift was only enough for one person (barely, seriously).
There seemed to be free coffee and drinks available 24/7, but I didn't avail of that.
Location is very good

After reading some reviews I was a little concerned. Now having had an excellent experience I think reviewers may just be travelling with the expectations that North America is the gold standard - it’s not. Yes, the rooms are small by North American standards and they are NORMALl for Paris standards. What’s the point of travelling if everything is like your own country? Anyway, the Ibis was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gladly spoke French with me even though my grammar is questionable and they patiently helped my son as he tried to speak French too. The shower is precisely what you’d find in any Paris apartment. The balcony was lovely and wow, as soon as you close the doors it’s absolutely quiet. The air conditioning worked well which was a luxury! The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows available. We slept very well! The decor was lovely and modern. My budding artist loved the lighbulb on the wall with lamp painted around it. Breakfast was amazing. It’s typical of French hotels but I was truly impressed - even the coffee from the machine was great. I wish we could’ve stayed another night but I’ll gladly return. There was a safe in our room which was a relief. The wifi works well. We easily used our Roku fob on the TV so my son could watch a bit of English language cartoons. The hotel is well situated for easy connections to the metro and buses. We arrived very late and with the time difference my 7 year old was hungry! Luckily there is a ‘Monop’ nearby (mini-supermarket) on the street behind the hotel - he got yogurt, fresh fruit, and biscuits of course! Last thing - I wasn’t expecting our room to be serviced and hadn’t left a tip for the housekeeper - luckily I’d stashed 5 euros which I left on the desk before we left. I think it would be a nice touch if you housekeepers could leave a QR code to scan to leave them a tip - or something that would allow people to make sure we can fairly tip when we’re not typically carrying cash. Merci à tous - je pense qu'on va revenir bientôt!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. We found it had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. We found the hotel easy to find and included the essential element that made our stay enjoyable.

Very good hotel with small but clean rooms. Windows were thick enough to be noise proof. I really liked the vibe of the hotel and there’s a free coffee/tea/fresh water available at the reception for free 24/7. The staff was always very friendly.

Really good location; only few minutes walking to 2 metro stations and only 30 minutes walk to Montmartre.

The only down point is the breakfast. It is very average with not much choice. If it’s already included in the price of your room, go for it but I wouldn’t pay extra for it.

Well located and quirky city hotel.
Beds were comfortable and slept well.
Very modern communal areas but in a very old building.
Room well appointed and comfortable but small, especially the bathroom.
Continental breakfast selection small but adequate for what we needed.
Found the complimentary tea and coffee at reception a nice touch as it was not provided in the room.

Very nice hotel. Very near gare Saint Lazare and metro stops to everywhere.
Bathroom extremely small. Shower with curtain. So all floor was wet. Almost impossible to turn in the shower.
Good breakfast. Some almond milk would be nice.
Very helpful and sympathetic people from the hotel. Second trip there and most probably not the last one. Hopefully the room will have a bigger bathroom 😉
