I had the most amazing stay, the staff were all very professional and polite. The service we received during our stay has been exceptional. We also received the best massages at the spa from Séghéra and Angelina. They were the best masseuses we have ever experienced, I highly recommend booking with them. I can’t wait to come back already, the best hotel ever!

On 10/25/2024 I stayed at the hotel . Upon check-in, $400 and 100 euros were stolen. They pulled it out of the bag . Nightmare. Be careful!!! were stolen from my hand luggage in the luggage room of hotel. So the only option - is staff was responsible for that.They refused to call the police . They refused to check the cameras . Don't ever stop here

Only came for the breakfast, such a scam. Expensive and far from being good. The scrambled eggs were tasteless, the viennoiseries small and not great, bread wasn't good either. I don't know how you can have such a breakfast in a 5 stars hotel...
Won't come back and if you look for an early breakfast in the area, try something else.

It is the quite good hotel. Personal were pleasant but the cleaning service sometimes was too late they were in a room when we come back. Unfortunately, included breakfast was the same all time it was not comfortable for us.

Such a pleasant experience. The service was top class and the room very comfortable.
The location is perfect. The hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.
Overall we are extremely thankful for the overall experience and will definitely be back.

Room was great. They upgraded us without even asking! Service was the fastest and most accurate I’ve had in all my time in the United States and the location, well that’s the best part. This hotel is literally in the best location in Paris, it’s a 10 minute walk to anywhere you would want to be! Thx for a great stay

We LOVED our stay at Le Damantin! We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Eiffel Room and the view of the Eiffel Tower was just as magical as I could have imagined! The staff was all very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was always very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience, it was a total dream come true!

This hotel service is worst I have ever had.
I put my white shirt on the blanket and house keeper took it with blanket. They told me that it's not their responsibility because they couldn't find it from the laundry. I found the problem in second day of our staying and informed it but they never contacted me first. I always asked the situation and alway receptionist told me that they need to discuss with manager. In the beginning, they explained me about refund from another receptionist but in the last day they were like AI machine to say repeatly "no responsibility". This is what five starts hotel is doing in 2024. We came here for honeymoon and that was last journey which we were disappointed. Please keep your mind that you need to keep your stuff carefully by yourself. Please looking for another fantastic hotel in Paris with better service not this one.

Stop looking for another hotel in Paris!
We stayed here at the end of April 2024. We loved everything about the hotel.
We checked in late and Patrick was the perfect host. Explaining the hotel spaces and our room details in a concise, detailed and efficient manner.
The decorations are immaculate, you can see everything online. The rooms are good size the beds extremely comfortable( king size) with high-quality linens. A/C works great.
The location couldn’t be better. Steps from the Champs Elysees, Seine, right next-door to the Grand Palace, and only a few blocks from the Arch de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.
We had breakfast there for two mornings, which was wonderful with really, really good service. For happy hour, Gay the bartender makes a mean French 75!
And not to mention, the price was quite fair compared to other hotel rooms in Paris, of which there are many.
Don’t stay anyplace else!

My wife and I stayed in a Superior Eiffel room for four nights. It was our first time traveling to Paris from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We picked this hotel for the central location between the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, & Champs-Élysées. We felt safe walking the city and back to the hotel. We enjoyed a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower every night.
The entire staff treated us exceptionally well and kept the room very clean for us. The front desk/lobby staff made us feel very welcome and treated us with the upmost respect. We would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
