The staff at Secret De Paris was amazing. We arrived in Paris very early from the States and though check in wasn’t for 6+ hours, the team got us into our room before 10a! We were able to shower ( in the most amazing shower with a rain head shower head and the coolest lighting) and then take a nap (in a very comfortable and clean bed) before going out to explore Paris! The personalized notes on the bed were a great addition. The team at Secret De Paris made the stay here the best. From the service at breakfast to the dining suggestions for dinner, it was the highlight of our trip to say bonjour to the team in the lobby. Would 100% recommend!

I stayed at this small, cute hotel in Naples, and overall it was a lovely experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance from the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop, which made sightseeing super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the charm of the stay.

The only thing to be aware of is that the advertising can be a little misleading. When I booked, I thought the hotel offered a view of the Eiffel Tower because of the way it was presented. In reality, the rooms are named after famous landmarks, but they don’t actually have those views. It was my mistake, but worth noting for future travelers.

Very friendly staff and an exciting concept with rooms themed around local landmarks. The team at breakfast was exceptionally kind, and the breakfast itself was varied and delicious. Great location – very central and within walking distance of all major sights.

My husband and I stayed at the Secret de Paris hotel from July 21st to 24th in the Eiffel Tower-themed room. The hotel is perfect for couples.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. A special thank you to Nadia and Angelo, who were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome. Room service was provided daily.
One thing to note: the bathrooms are separated by glass walls, which may feel uncomfortable for some visitors.

Secret de Paris is in a great central location for exploring the city, with easy access to metro lines.

We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at across Europe. Secret de Paris is inspired to the city's most famous monuments and features some typical French design elements, such as the "Confident" sofa, where nobles used to sit to whisper secrets. I stayed in the Trocadero room, but there are many interesting categories (Moulin Rouge; Tour Eiffel; Opèra Garnier; Musèe d'Orsay). My room was well equipped with a super comfortable bed, a desk for working and a speaker for playing music. The toilet featured a two-seats Jacuzzi which was a true delicacy after having spent the whole day walking and running around. The breakfast is served in the main lounge and has a variety of French delicacies and international options (special mention for their yoghurt). I tried the SPA and had my best time there: reserved just for me and my mom, we relaxed in the Jacuzzi (you can even choose the lighting in the room!), took a breath in the saunas and refreshed in the emotional showers. The whole staff was amazing, helping us in identifying the best means of transportation to go here and there and telling us the story of the hotel in every detail - it's evident that they love the place and their job. The hotel is located in a super well connected area: 15 mins walking from Moulin Rouge and especially 5-10 mins walking from 3 different metro stations and several bus/tram stops. Moreover, it's full of nice typical restaurants around it - give a try to Chez Papa or, if you prefer international kitchen (Italian, in this case), go the famouse Pink Mamma. Merci beaucoup Secret de Paris - I will definitely come back!

Fabulous staff. Good location with easy access to metro at Clichy and Liege. More than adequate breakfast. Shower a disappointment but not a deal breaker. I would stay there again.

Birthday in Paris
The staff were amazing, very helpful and made us feel special. Nice touch sending champagne to the room for my wife’s birthday. Room was comfortable although small, but very clean.

SIX stars!!
It was just as I expected and completely lovely. The gents working reception are complete gentlemen and very fluent in English wishing helped my very broken French. The room was well maintained upon arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast for perfect and the service very attentive and also linguistics.

Property location was great staff were excellent and the rooms were small but more than adequate. I would stay there again !!!!

This is our second time at the hotel, and the staff are always helpful and welcoming.

The rooms are always nice and clean, with good space. If you are a night owl and like to go out, there are good bars and two metro lines nearby for travel. It can be noisy outside but calms down before midnight, so go out and enjoy the night.

It is right next to a Police station, so its always safe. Lots of bakeries around too if you want a snack for your day.

If you want your room cleaned everyday, let the front desk know, as we found on our first day no one came, but its not like the room was messy or dirty anyways, but if you like to have fresh linen every day, just double check, or ask for no cleaning if you don't want anything, they are very helpful staff, and looked after our bags too on our last day after check out.

The only thing I would suggest people to be wary about is the glass bathroom walls and door, if you like privacy as you shower or do your business, then this isn't a place for you.
