Room was old

Great location as we could walk to many attractions and near shopping areas. However, the shower needs to be improved. There was no shower screen so it wets the whole toilet after bathing. The water pressure is also not great. Hot cold temperature fluctuates pretty bad. Otherwise, service and breakfast all good

The location is good, but it makes people feel very unsafe, probably because it is in the city center. The hotel service is very good, the room is also very large, the hotel corridor has a very damp smell, everything else is good, and I don't understand why the superior room is underground.

Great location near the louvre. Everything else was bad.
1- we got the wrong room
2- way overpriced for what the room are. This is not a luxury hotel
3- they tried to made us pay for a breakfast we did not have
4- smaller things like no soap in the bathroom, not clean toilet…
Basically, avoid this place unless the night is less than 150€. Above that, not worth it.

Found our place in Paris! This is a great value little hotel in an awesome spot near Rue-d-R in the 1st-arr so walking distance to seine and louvre and Tuileries and everything! Sonia at the front desk is amazing - great service and very funny too😉. night staff also great. Room was upgraded (103) and was spacious by parisien standards. Spotlessly clean. Huge bathtub. Loved it. Definitely will be back.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Our room was not clean, we had something stolen from our room, and we got stuck in an elevator and as a result missed the first part of a food tour.
Only staying four nights, we wouldn’t normally have housekeeping come into the room, but when we arrived into our room, the floors were dirty and covered in long black hairs. So the following morning, we had to have housekeeping come in. While in the room, an expensive makeup item was taken from my vanity kit in the bathroom. I asked the front desk about it, and they claimed they would ask housekeeping about it and get back to me. Although I followed up with the staff, they claimed it didn’t turn up and that they didn’t think it was stolen. In related news, I saw a member of the housekeeping stuff with Instagram worthy makeup application whom I personally think would know the value of what was taken.
Additionally, we received hardly any apology for getting stuck in the moldy smelling elevator to 20-25 minutes. We missed the first part of a Marais food and wine tour and had to scramble to catch up with the group. This was an expensive tour and we were upset to miss any of it.
The location of the hotel is good, near multiple metro stops. Two of the front desk staff were nice.

Great hotel overall! Location is fantastic with many restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes walk. Area is quiet though central.. can easily walk to all tourist locations! Rooms were spacious and nice and clean - we got two connecting rooms and it was great! Only issue is our bathtub drain didn’t drain for some reason (not blocked but the drain needs to be at a certain angle for water to drain). Staff at front was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great- good variety, lots of pastries offered, good smoked salmon and salad options, a few hot times (eggs sausage and pancakes), yogurt, etc!! We loved our stay! Overall would come again!

The staff was very helpful from the first email, they always responded immediately and answered all questions. They arranged all our airport transportation airline rescheduled flight at last second with one email and 15 min they made the changes. All staff we met were great. The included breakfast was a bonus

The Hotel and Staff were fabulous! This hotel was picked for us for my husband’s work meeting. It was a great location to shopping, attractions, and cafes. We felt very safe in the area. Sonja and her staff are a great asset and made our stay wonderful. I would recommend and stay at this property again.
