Excellent experience at the Hotel Little Regina! The position is extremely convenient, close to the station and within walking distance of Canal St. Martin or Faubourg St. Denis for bars, and restaurants and nightlife. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean, rooms and bathroom are new and well-insulated, the breakfast room is nicely decorated. According to the European standards, it actually corresponds to a 3-star hotel. Price-value is great. Breakfast is tasty and has different options. The staff is amazingly kind and always accommodating (e.g., we kindly asked for an early breakfast and they said yes without hesitation). We even got a free room upgrade. Definitely a good place to stay, we'll come back!

Do not recommend this hotel, here are just a few of the issues we ran in to
- We got a different room than the one we paid for.
- The bed wasn't a double and too small for two people
- Very dirty rooms
- They would only provide 1 towel, for our double room
- Electrical plugs didn't work
- No shower curtain meaning the whole bathroom would flood when having a shower
- Shower did not drain correctly
- Extremely noisy area throughout the night
- We got a different room than the one we paid for.
- The bed wasn't a double and too small for two people

The establishment is located a few dozen meters from the Gare de l'Est. If the facade is a little shabby, on the other hand the hotel is great: very friendly welcome, the staff is super attentive (luggage storage, possibility left to sit down to work before check-in. I had a studio (for the price of a tiny room elsewhere!): spacious, well-equipped, clean and modern. The bedding is quality, the studio overlooking a patio was very quiet. Really remarkable value for money for Paris. To recommend. I will come back!

Very good location, next to three metro lines, suburban train and buses. Many bistros and shops around.
The room is quite small, but good if someone only needs it for a night's sleep.

A friend and I recently visited Paris for a short break and decided to stay here due to the central location and relative price.
As we were on the top floor, the room was relatively quiet (as the lift was not coming up so frequently) and I had the fortune of having a room round the back so I wasn't being disturbed by street noise. But as the building is quite old, I would sometimes get disturbed by people coming back late who would be staying in a near by room.
The room was clean and the local area has a lot of restaurants and other essential shops in walking distance so that was certainly helpful.
It was perhaps a little more expensive than I would've hoped but essentially that is Paris for you.
I would consider staying here again if I came back to Paris.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Maybe the elevator is very small, but I think the reason is because it is an old building. In general it was an amazing experience. The metro station Gare De L'est is literally 20 meters away the front door and nearby has everything that we need as tourist, a lot of options of food, touristcs points, restaurants, bus stop, stores, church. I've been there in the winter and what I have to say about the room is that the heater and the shower was working well. There's a good bed and everything was clean and taken care of.

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, very close to Gare de L'Est. I had a great night, the bed is comfortable, the room is quite big. No extra charge for the dog and a free coffee. It doesn't get much better than this, really!

My wife and I vacationed in October 2024. The experience was good. The location is its best asset, a few steps from the metro and Gare du Est. The rooms are very small, as expected in Paris. They are in line with the price, but they lack maintenance and cleanliness. The breakfast is basic, typical French. It is delicious, though! The service varies depending on the person, but overall it is good. I don't remember the name of the woman at reception, but she was very friendly. If you are on a budget, this is a very good option.

We've received by far the best service here in Paris from the hotel staff. Super helpful even though we didn't speak French.

Hotel has antic elevator that fits in max 2 person, we witnessed something like this for the first time.
