Other than that, everything was very good! Extremely friendly staff, each and every one of them at reception and also the cleaning lady. Room was very clean, very comfortable bed, very cosy bar area for reading, working, etc., and great location!! I would definitely stay there again!

Very nice staff, clean room and beds , clean bathroom perfect location . Free Cakes and drinks for afternoon and evening use at the lobby was perfect.

The door to the room was left open after cleaning on the second day. The deadbolt was set to the locked position to prevent the door from latching. It was very negligent. There was also regular loud banging coming from inside the hotel as if construction were happening. The room and cleaning were adequate though. The decor seems to have been refreshed recently. It would be nice to have a second shower head mount higher up on the wall for standing showers. There’s only one tiny elevator that didn’t work 25% of the time. The location is the best part of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and stores within short walking distance and a major metro stop a few blocks away.

The room was small for two, but cute and clean. The bathroom was also not very big, but it was big enough for two people to share.
Everything was clean.
The bath tab was small, we needed to figure out how to take a shower in the French way' at first, but in the end it was nice to take a bath after a long walking day.
They provided us with a water bottle every day which was very helpful.
A soap, body wash/shampoo, and hair dryer were equipped. The bedding was good. A comfortable bed. But for a tall person, I think the bed length was a bit short.
The staff was friendly, helpful and hospitable.
The elevator is super small and very 'old-school' style. lol
A fantastic location, easy access to everywhere. 5 mins walk to Metro.
Oh, on friday & Saturday night, it's quite noisy....

Overall, it was a great place to stay!

I travelled solo and stayed in one of the "single" rooms on the 5th floor (bed was a small double though, which was more than expected). Very friend staff, very clean, nicely finished room, nice view from the window, quiet, great location, safe, easy to walk everywhere. Small lift, hallways, room, but in a cute way and as expected for Paris, still all very manageable. Stairs to reception were no issue for me. Hot water pressure wasn't great, but still managed even with long hair. Really happy with my stay, would definitely return.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location — it's absolutely perfect.
Please note that there's no elevator up to the reception on the second floor, so carrying large luggage can be a bit challenging (though the staff may help you).
That said, the room is stylish and very comfortable.
The view from the window is truly magical.
Highly recommended!

It’s not the first time I’ve stayed here and I must say it’s very cosy and has a general nice feel to it.
Views this time were great. Right over the street with a typical Paris feel. I would only encourage the management to install sockets next to the bed.

Very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location just by the Opera/Palais Garnier! We have been there for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. Clean, convenient, with very nice service and staff. We can recommend the hotel! ☺️

Sadly I can’t stay in the same room after I paid for the extension. I was ill that is the main reason for me to extend, but I had to be outside waiting for another 4hours for the room to get read. I was cold and hungry and feeling sick. Also the room I got was cold and smaller than the one I stayed last night. Oddly the price I paid double more than yesterday but I got worse experience both the service and the quality of room. It’s disappointing second experience for me :(
