Select Hotel

We came to the hotel for the Olympics after being there twice before. Unfortunately we were given a room without a functioning A/C and it took them 2 days to give us another room. We were misled to believe we might get a new room sooner which caused to re-pack our luggage twice in those 2 days. The only compensation we were offered is a free breakfast which doesn’t even come close to being in a room with no A/C when it is more then 30 degrees outside. I won’t be coming back to the hotel.

Do NOT 'try' to stay here! I booked the largest suite they had for my birthday weekend/anniversary with my spouse directly with the hotel fives months in advance. 10 HOURS BEFORE MY TRIP, 24 hours before check in and exactly when I could no longer get a refund or find anything else of a reasonable price and quality the hotel called to say they had an 'error' and didn't have my lovely suite but we will give you a room 2/3 rds the size, without any of the amenities we specifically booked for (king bed, bathtub, space, higher floor) for the average rate of the small room but dont worry, the breakfast is on us. Thank you for starting my first vacation in 5 years with nothing but stress and tears. Once in the room it was FILTHY. This is the only 'four star' hotel that I had to wear flipflops in the shower. It's a two star at best
