We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner. Wet quaint boutique style hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant, because we would leave first thing in the morning and we would come back late at night. We truly only used it for sleeping and showering.

AC does not work. Was not expecting to be so uncomfortable given how much we paid. Hotel paid lip service but did not seem to care at all. No ******* perks were provided - wine, spa and breakfast.

This is a cute hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are quite big for Paris. We loved the views of the Hotel des Invalides and being near Rue Cler which is so quaint. They gave us a free bottle of wine along with some chocolates which was a nice touch.

The hotel overall is good. The service is great. However I got a room on the first floor, on the street side (despite asking for a quiet room). The windows are not sound proof. Our stay was for a week the last week in June. Left for Venice for 4 days and returned to Saint James for 3 days before departing for the US. During the day, there was always a staff member near the door, and you couldn't get on the elevator without a card. At night, the automatic doors wouldn't open without a card. Well located hotel, clean and the spa is magnificent

The room is newly renovated, with smart control, and the location is good. However, the rooms are relatively small, at the level of domestic three-star hotels. The ceiling height is very low, just over 2 meters, and it is still quite depressing to live there. Breakfast is 36 euros per person, ordered by order. The overall cost performance is not high, at most 200 euros per night.

My personal favorite due to size and location. It has one of the best restaurants in Paris. Unfortunately, it would require some fresh up, but I understood that a revamp is scheduled. I would say this is one of the hidden gem in Paris. I had couple of options but to choose this hotel for few nights. Close to everything. Just few steps to most crucial places in Paris. I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I was only there for one night as this was a stop over for my travel to Nice, France. However, myself and my sibling had the best room, with the most draw dropping view of the Eiffel. The indoor pool on the lower level was also a bonus as Paris was experiencing a heat wave. The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.

It was very close to the metro and very convenient. I chose the cheapest room, so it was compact, but I was able to rest well, and the lobby was very cute and I was excited. There was no bathtub, but the bed was very fluffy, so I was able to fully recover from my fatigue. The front desk was also very friendly, so next time I would like to book a larger room.
