The hotel is very conveniently located by Gare de l'est and only 5 mins away from Gare du Nord. Decor is simple but functional and staff is friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time at this hotel and will probably come back again soon.

OKKO provides a variety of snacks, the taste was superb! love the overall environment, it was so nice and relaxing ;)

Great lovation, just next to gare de lest. Small entrance by lift at rue d Alsace which is not obvious. Else everything is great. Especially when you are transitting in Paris and you are taking the trains from Gare de L Est.

Good location and you don't hear the trains. Edwardo on reception was very helpful and friendly, the comp aperitifs are non alcoholic drinks only!

My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. We just finished dining at the Camelia Restaurant. It was the BEST dining experience we’ve had so far in Paris. The food was absolutely spectacular! The service was top notch. We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . Location is very convenient, right on the edge of La Marais.  Room is also big comparatively speaking.  The major complain I have is the coffee pots which are not up to par.  Stick to Nespresso for god’s sake.

The staff could not have been more as forthcoming with a variety of request/needs that we had, including an early morning departure for the airport. I love this place! I've stayed a couple of times and the service is wonderful. Even the smell of the rooms and the lobby is so pleasant. Wonderful beds and pillows and the hand-written welcome note is such a nice touch along with the welcome Champagne. They sent us amazing dessert and a Happy Birthday card for my husband. This is my go-to hotel when staying in Paris. Prices are fair for the excellent room quality, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, and there is ample access to the metro. Plenty of dining options are nearby (make a reservation at Septime, but do so way in advance). Highly recommended.

The location near Bastille was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I would have preferred a sofa instead of a chair, but we made do. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything. The spa was a fantastic bonus, especially after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

Worth every penny! Don't forget your swimsuit because the spa is amazing. Also staff were very understanding of our lack of French and really kind to us.

It is a little bit far from the city center, but it is easily accessible by subway. It is a very satisfactory hotel.

It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Xiaohongshu says that disabled rooms discriminate against Chinese people. But they also gave us an explanation, which is not very acceptable.

We had a lovely long weekend at the Terass hotel. The staff were superb. We were very impressed by Nadine from Spain, she always went above and beyond. The views from the breakfast and bar are some of the best in Paris. Very cool hotel and concept is very original. Premium products and amenities. Gym was basic but they are upgrading and will have a more sophisticated set up for next time.
