Lovely hotel got moved very quickly on arrival to a new room due to noise.

Food was very good although main coffee machine awful ask for the bean coffee behind the counter.

It was quite on arrival which was nice but not enough seats or sunbeds when it got busier.

Staff very friendly and work very hard.

We spent 10 days at the Peninsula Hotel in early October 2024 as a family with our two sons, aged 10 and 13. The hotel on the cliff offers a breathtaking view of the stunning nearby bays. Access to the rooms is via numerous stairs, but the effort is well worth it!

The beautiful "beach" at the platform is a real highlight. The direct access to the turquoise, crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Moreover, it's very peaceful here, making it an attractive spot for us. At this tranquil place, you can truly relax and take in the spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding rocky bay.

Our spacious family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was an ideal retreat.

While not everything was perfect, our requests and concerns were always addressed. The staff was always attentive and worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay.

The culinary offerings were fresh and tasty. Breakfast featured a generous buffet with delicious, fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a variety of smoothies with yogurt and seasonal fruits. Both lunch and dinner offered a good selection of hearty dishes from Greek, home-style cuisine, along with a generous salad and fruit buffet. Unfortunately, the drinks in the all-inclusive package were less impressive.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent value for money – a solid 5 stars from us!

Location is perfect, tsemento beach was our favorite, the view from the room was amazing. The bathrooms need renovation though. Food offered great variety, for the whole week there was always something new. There are also nice activities.

I visited this hotel at the end of September and had a great stay. The views are incredible, overlooking the sea from almost every angle. There are three lovely beaches and multiple pools to swim in. The food was excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in Greece!

Exterior: very well maintained and quite spacious with a number of pools, bars and restaurants Room: was absolutely amazing with the most stunning views over the sea. Very quiet and although close to the entertainment area we didn't hear a thing. Food: delicious and very varied which is tricky in buffet style. What I particularly liked was the wide range of 'Greek foods'. Staff: not one person which wasn't friendly or helpful. They couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming. Spa: if you can have the Cretean treatment - pure bliss. Entertainment: again - very wide range from sports to music etc. something for everyone

Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Views!

I stayed at this hotel in late September and had a fantastic time. The views are stunning, with the sea visible from everywhere. There are three beaches and three pools, offering plenty of spots to swim. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in Greece!

It was magical Honeymoon 💖 we been with a kid (1year and 3months old). We got a room upgrade and it was perfect, big suite room near the sea. Food was very various and delicious. Most of the tourists were french, but the stuff speaks English. Hotel is more for couples, but we felt very comfortable here with a child. They have a seat for babies in restaurant. Stuff is very friendly, everyone smiled and waved to our kid. Even it’s so many hills here it’s possible to reach everything with the stroller.

Great location near Heraklion (30 minutes by car from HER airport), fantastic service from the moment you check in until the moment you check out, fabulous rich meals, excellent pools and beaches. All in all an amazing experience. Highly recommended !

It was an unforgettable vacation—location, nature, landscapes, food, and service. The sunrises and sunsets make it hard to even fall asleep, as you just want to keep looking at the view, whether it’s from your room, during breakfast, or at the beach. I’m sure that if you visit here, you’ll want to come back again, right to the heart of it. 💓

The most beautiful location and hotel. We had the best family vacation here. The beaches are gorgeous and clean, and also kid friendly. The hotel food was fresh and delicious every day. I would really recommend staying here to anyone , whether you are either just a couple, or a family
