1900 ATHENIAN HOUSE

We have booked 5 nights for vacation in this hotel. I have controversal feelings for this place. The room was kinda okay however the bathroom was really small and the basin was outside of the bathroom in the room. The room looked into an inner wall and other houses walls so wasnt the nicest view. It is a self-checkin hotel, there was nobody there when we arrived, we recieved all the info by email to checkin so who would need local support, this is not the best place. The elevator is supersmall, only 1 person can fit in, people with wheelchair cannot use it. The breakfast was okay. Only the manager speaks in english from the staff who was there only in the weekdays morning for some hours therefor there were communication issues. They were kind and tried to be helpful however forgot to prepare breakfast boxes for us despite we asked it more times 3-4 days in advance. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the closest metro station and 2 stations away from the center but the surroundings are not the best and nicest, not beautiful at all and the beach is 1+ hour far. In overall this hotel can fit for 1-2 nights for experienced travellers/business trips but definitely not for longer staying for families or couples.
