The staff was really kind and helpful, the neighbourhood is silent and easily accessible by metro.

The room is very comfortable with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. It would appear that they have just done a remodeling.
I had to check in late, and the desk was very professional and understanding. He was also helpful in pointing out places of interest in Athens. The location is on a quiet street and off the beaten path. I stayed here 4 nights and will would return.

Very clean and nice rooms.
No elevator. Very quiet place.
All the staff of the hotel are very kind and thay give you hot and friendly feelings.
It is very near to the underground train that goes directly to the airport and the city center.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, rooms are basic but clean and with good a/c, location is very good (metro around the corner and one station to Omnia)

Lovely lovely!!! Employees were so kind and helpful, the hotel is just two stops away from the center so it's less pricey and quieter but not too far at all. The room itself is sweet and I had a nice balcony to sit on and get some fresh air. Very happy with my stay here! :)

Near to Viktoria metro station and less noisy society.. No service in room .eSuper arrogant and rude Staff... Bad maintenance...if your AC is not cooling, or shower. .. they would simply refuse to repair....no lift and they would ask your family to carry heavy suitcases to third floor...will always force to give the keys...
This is our first bad reviews about any hotel...and Brazil hotels staffs behaviour made us write same...

Stayed for 7 days and had no complaints. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. Athens was Amazing because of the staff I asked a million questions and got a million and one answers all with a smile. I was given valuable guidance and suggestions. Highly recommend this hotel!!! May your stay be as memorable as mine.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything I needed. They gave me directions to everywhere I wanted to go. I was greeted by a smile every time I entered and left the building. Another plus is how close you are to the metro. The room was small but everything was clean. I think it's a hidden gem in the city, especially if you want to travel on a budget.

Great stuff and clean room! I had a very warm welcome to the hotel by the receptionists. During my stay in a single room (with a queen-size bed) I had access to the airconditoner, the TV and a own fridge. Everything was cleaned regulary during my stay. Extraordinary is the stuff who aim to give the customer the best experience! If you ask them about go-to spots or local restaurant they will tell you. Great experience - loved to stay there!

Great hotel, the madam managing it is very friendly. The Wi-Fi was good and all the things in the room were pretty much in order.
