Great little apartment! My family of 4 loved it. 50 meters from a pedestrian only street with restaurants. Less than 10 minute walk to see the sunrise over the Acropolis for those with jet lag. Easy 15 minute taxi to the ferries if headed to the islands. Clean, quiet, comfortable, great location, perfect!!

The apartment is nice, clean, and well decorated! We are located within an easy walk of the Acropolis and the Plaka neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Great location , close to all the major attractions.
You can walk everywhere.
Plenty of places to eat close by.
Clean rooms / apartments.
Good communication with the host.

A very late review but better late than never.
I have to pay tributes to one of the best places in Athens cause unfortunately they are not many.
Location...one of the greatest,2 steps from Acropolis and Plaka but still away & protected from the hordes of tourists.
Beautiful, spacious rooms and i saw only the ground floor studio so i guess the big room and penthouse are even better.
There is all you need in the apt so you can have a hassle & stress free holiday.
Normal size kitchen with essential cookware,a bottle of wine to accompany your food,spacious bedroom with a comfy bed on the quiet side of the building,not that the Erexthiou street is trafficked but yes, extremely peaceful.
Worth to mention is that i got the best sleep for over a year in this property despite the LED escape lights.
The service of Athens Apart was impeccable and no one,i repeat no one cleans like Tatiana.I've seen it in maximum 4-5 other places out of hundreds i've visited so it is a rare occurrence cleaning with that perfection.
Cleaning every 3d day if i recall it correctly which i think should be the norm.
There was a washing machine on the ground floor and you could take coffee pods in case they finished.
Greek service & hospitality at its finest.
I'd love to return one day soon🙌
P.S:Some paper towel in the kitchen would be a great addition and do something about the main door so it closes without people needing to slam it👍

This hotel is a gem in the city. It is close to the train station, major tourist locations, and it is spotless clean and roomy. For the price you pay you cannot go wrong with it. Highly recommend! They even have free laundry room for every guest to do laundry. The only thing is in Greece you cannot throw toilet paper down into the toilet! Take this seriously, you do not want to clog your toilet on vacation.

Very, very,very nice and heart-warming place which I definitely recommend! Very clean with nice and fresh interior and great hosts! Area is vibrant yet local and quiet and safe.

The best Value for money, EVER!
Nice neighborhood, quiet street, almost all facilities are short walk walking, Bars,cafe, restaurants all around the property. Short walk from Sygrou Fix Metro Station.
And finally, Mr. Yannis- The manager who is so nice and helps out almost on everything.
Would surely be back.

The worst stay of my life in Greece! The night shift staff is so extremely racist, disrespectful and unprofessionally impertinent! She spared no expense letting me know that I am not welcomed here! I could not even use the washer as she deliberately arranged for another guest on the First Floor whom I believe are friends with her, since she was extremely accommodating and polite to the Fat Woman to use before me! Even though I have been waiting the entire afternoon! She told me to Shut Up when I complained about the fat woman. She went to the extend of offering their company’s huge washer to her for free of charge!?! But chastised me when my T-shirt was strewn on the floor and stepped on by the Fat woman on the First Floor and I had to rewash it!

Had an amazing stay here with my wife recently. Great to see Athens opened up again after a tough year. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Location is perfect, just a 5 min walk to Acropolis. Lots of quirky F&B options just 30 seconds away too. Highly recommended 🇮🇪👏🏼
