Athens Market Portrait

My wife and me stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is very good, it is near to a subway station. Our room was good, although it was small, but it was comfortable. The best thing was the staff: thanks to both Georges (K. and D.) and two other young guys whose names I can't recall (sorry about that). They were super friendly and helpful, I wish them the best!

Great location of a hotel, service is great. Receptionist are so helpful, they immediately gave as a bottle of water upon arrival to reception, and asked if we need a tour map with explanations which we accepted. There is a small elevator, rooms are small but well equipped, water jn rooms are free. Breakfast is served at the rooftop. There is a large carte menu together with some small buffet options. Coffee is ok, something like nespresso…

I had a great stay there, first had a tiny room - be aware that when you open the window you won’t see the exterior; but slept very well. I then moved to another bigger and brighter room on the last floor and it was perfect. The receptionists are amazingly friendly, the breakfast was delicious and I could spent my days working on the rooftop. Very central location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, I recommend French toasts. Rooms are well thoughts however a bit tight. Location is close to the center and convenient, although the area itself is rundown (abandoned buildings, etc)

Very neat and tidy rooms. Great location that's a short walk to most places you would want to visit(Akropolis, Agora, 20 min walk to the archeology museum). Lots of restaurants and night life close by(

Had a short but lovely stay here. The staff were fantastic (very friendly and helpful), the room was great, the location is near a train station & many tourist attractions, and there are many restaurants nearby too. The breakfast was yummy and it had a great view from the top of the building. Highly recommend!!

The room was perfectly clean and the amenities were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, After a day of exploring, returning to our room and sinking into such a comfortable bed and mattress was a highlight of each evening.

The Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different preferences with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect way to start our days.

The team at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their kindness and generosity were evident in every interaction, making our experience truly memorable.

A special mention goes to Mr. Georges Kehoudakis, whose attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. His recommendations for local experiences and dining were spot-on, enhancing our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Athens Market Portrait and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Athens.

Great place! Great People! I strongly recommend!

Stylish, modern and really clean hotelin the center of the city. No transports needed to move through the city.
Kind staff, nice rooms equipped with everything.
Only things: is a bit noisy, u can hear other rooms and voices from the common areas; my window was in a horn completely dark, black, so no natural light inside.
But every day cleanings, really clean, comfortable bed. Was really happy about my stay here
