Parthenis Riviera Hotel

Stayed at Parthenis Hotel for 4 nights in July. Daniel and the other staff were very very welcoming, kind, and attentive during our entire stay. Our room was perfect with all the basic necessities. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here during the summer. The staff were very polite and accommodating, rooms were very clean and the view is just wonderful to wake up and come back to!

Tucked between Glyfada and Voula, Parthenis Riviera Hotel was the perfect little escape during my time in Athens. Located right on Leof. Kon/nou Karamanli, the hotel sits directly across from the beach — you can’t beat the location.

The room? Spotless and modern. I even had my own AC unit — a small thing, but it made a big difference. The bed was super comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere helped me unwind after long days exploring the city and catching up with friends.

But the real highlight? The staff. Everyone I met was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — it felt more like visiting a home than staying in a hotel. Whether you're in Athens for paperwork/bureaucracy, people, or just peace and quiet, this place hits the mark. Parthenis Riviera isn’t flashy, but it’s exactly what I needed — and I’m really glad I found it.

Small hotel with clean room , a bathroom had a bit weird structure. But if you need a hotel near to the airport this the best , the bus stop of X96 stops outside of the hotel. And 15-20 min walk you can visit Glyfada center.

Beautiful little hotel in between Glyfada & Voula, walkable everywhere. Service was really good & helpful when needed. Rooms clean, hotel clean. My room was single bed only used for sleeping & showering, internet, air conditioning, tv & bathroom. All good will come back there again as the price was good for a 3 star hotel.

Nice budget hotel
Nice budget hotel and with a cosy atmosphere. Close to beach and excellent communication to Athens and the airport.

My room was in the basement level (semi-basement) where service facilities were also located, so it was a bit noisy. Other than that it was a good value for the price.
Bus stop with a direct connection to the airport is right next to the hotel - very convenient.
Nice beach, promenade, cafes - right across the street.

Stayed here December 2024. I had no complaints at all. The room was exactly what I needed, clean and well set out with a lovely little balcony to sit out on, the staff were so very helpful. Not a great deal in off road parking but this hotel is in quite a safe area and there is plenty of side road parking available. Shops and food outlets in all directions in only a short walk.
