Hotel with small territory, is situated on a hill with panoramic views of the Bay of Elounda. Beauty, calm atmosphere and hospitality are the distinctive features of the hotel. Due to the presence of the climbs and descents are not advised to people with disabilities. Recommended for families and romantic couples. The beach is not adapted for children.

The hotel was lovely, with an incredible view. However, we paid for a double, and we got a twin. The rooms could do with a bit of an update. The material was broken on the chairs, and the mesh blind. The bedding is old and had dirty patches.
Also, I wouldn't advise staying here if you struggle with walking as it's on a very steep hill, that you have to walk up with your luggage. You can get taxis to the door, though. There isn't much around either, so if you're happy to chill by the pool with delicious food, then this is your hotel.

Great little place,hills and steps to contend with,so bear this in mind if booking,but they do have a golf buggy and are more than happy to assist you up and down driveway as long as you communicate with them,nice breeze around pool which is much needed with the heat,food was amazing,no complaints.

The best hotel we have stayed at.

The staff were friendly and courteous, especially Albert, who seemed to be doing a range of roles from helping with baggage on arrival to waiting on food ect, a really helpful member of the team.

He also had some great card tricks and helped us out with knowledge of the local area and recommended some places to visit.

Gregory the bartender was another notable member of staff, as well as the manager, who was always on hand to help.

Overall the staff really make this place feel special.

The views from this place were incredible. A great sunrise in the morning and beautiful views of the mountains across Mirabello Bay.

The food tasted amazing, handmade and fresh. The chef at this hotel makes a wide range of delicious meals.

I'd also recommend visiting the vibrant local town of Agios Nikolaos for a great trip out.

Overall we'd visit here again as we left feeling super relaxed and content with our stay. ευχαριστώ

Had a great time here, all the staff (especially the manager who works really hard yet was always upbeat, friendly and helpful) were fantastic and the food was enjoyable. The food was lovely, I found it all to be very tasty and got to try lots of new dishes.
I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time. Thank you for a great two week stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Greek food in buffet was rather good, the pasta and pizza a bit less impressive. House wines not really great, but good choice of other drinks, both with and without alcohol. A bit too few sun loungers. A bit out of town, something like 30 minutes walk. Absolutely amazing views from pool and dining areas.

Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Our room had the most amazing view and was clean and a good size. The bed was a little hard but as soon as we mentioned this to reception, a mattress topper was added to.the bed which made a huge difference.
The staff were all wonderful - all reception staff couldn't do enough to help you, Albert was great collecting and taking our luggage, restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly, Vasilikis who ran the pool bar in the day was always smiling and friendly and Simos who ran the bar in the evening knew what we drank and looked after us every evening. The cleaning staff worked so hard and our room was always immaculate.
Even an earthquake and huge thunder storm just made the holiday more interesting and the way that the whole team from management to cleaning staff coped with the storm was just outstanding.
The pool, though cold, was beautiful to cool off in and was always immaculately clean. There were always plentiful sunbeds - no having to fight to be first down in the morning.
The food was always lovely with lots of choice and kept constantly topped up. Never had any issues finding something to eat at all.
We loved it so much here and felt so relaxed and welcomed that we are trying to.change a holiday we had booked for June to come here again instead.
Cannot recommend enough.

Relaxing,clean and well maintained hotel. Only a few minutes far from anything you might need ,but far enough to keep the nights quiet and relaxing!!
Pool and room balcony offered amazing views of Elounda.

We had a very relaxing eleven nights at this wonderful hotel. We were in a very old room in need of upgrading. The lighting was very poor in the bedroom and bathroom were poor. However on our last day we were given another room as a late checkout and the I would rate this room, lighting and bathroom as 5*.
The pool iand surrounding sun bathing are are excellent with plenty of loungers and brollies.
This hotel is on the side of a steep hill that coaches are unable to get up. If you are doing a coach transfer from Heraklion, it is about 2 hours ( taxis have no problem and it is about 75 mins). Our Travel Agent (Jet2 Holidays) should have told us that there is a telephone at the bottom of the drive and they will come down and collect your cases. I really struggled to get mine up. At the top of drive there are about 30 steps to reception. Luckily there was someone outside their room having a cigarette who could see I was struggling and came to my rescue and carried my case up to reception.
