The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

Stayed there last week and we were very impressed with this little, lovely hotel. - the staff (2 brothers) very helpful and nice people - we arrived late at night (around 10 pm) and they offered us either fruit juice or water, on the house, after the long trip we did - a very nice "touch" - the room: very big, spacious, clean. the only "minuses": add more TV channels and some decorations in the room...

Nice family hotel for the travellers who look for quiet and tidy accomodation. The family members managing the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms, pool and other areas are clean. Rich breakfast offer.

A nice and cozy hotel, the rooms are easily big enough for 2 people, there's even a small kitchen, fridge and balcony. The hotel personnel is very kind and not afraid to help you on your way or inform you about anything you'd like to see or visit on Crete

Great spot with great amenities. Kitchen area with all basic needs, Beds are comfy and clean, shower is good with good pressure and wash area is clean and very nice. Location is very close to the water with some restaurants near by. The coworker is really nice and wants to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a little gem in a perfect location in Heraklion. The rooms are big, clean and there is more than you would expect. The value you get here is much higher than price. Absolutely loved our stay at Pavo art hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Especially the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfy. Only thing to keep in mind is that the front door of your apartment is not sound proof, so one night we woke up because of loud people in the hallways. Great value family run hotel with great views (we got a free upgrade to the best sea view room). Very clean. Generally great value for money and easy to get to Heraklion (bus stop next to the hotel). The beach is nice with the sun lounge service, but too many kids for my liking. Breakfast was good and was only €5 so good value.

Great location right by the sea with free umbrellas and beach chairs. Very nice and helpful staff. Great place for kids, the playground is right next to the apartments, the swimming pool was in the neighbouring hotel for free just couple meters away. Nice and cheap restaurant, you can take/order drinks and food to the beach. Clean and spacious apartment. Highly recommend.

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....

We spent six nights at 7Rizes, the room was comfortable and clean and we really appreciated breakfast on the roof terrace. It's close to airport and you can easily walk to city center. Christina's mum is a really kind and caring person, my kids loved staying there ..... highly recommended.

The hotel is not far from Heraklion Airport and is also within walking distance of Heraklion Castle. I only stayed for one night and forgot to take pictures of the hotel. The room facilities and hygiene were great. The front desk service was particularly warm and thoughtful. It was a very satisfactory experience.

The hotel receptionist is very hard working. The hotel is in a good location, close to the pier, 400-500 meters walk, making it convenient to take a boat to Santorini. The hotel is very modern and the coffee is very good, but the street is too noisy at night, the room is not soundproofed, and the TV next door is very loud. But there is free parking downstairs.

The room is simple and clean with complete facilities. The service is good. You can check in early if the cleaning is done. Check-out is also negotiable. Self-service luggage storage. The location is good, next to the bus station, port, long-distance bus station. If you drive, next to the gas station, there is a parking space at the door. Very convenient.

We book rooms for our sailing guests and everyone is speechless. The rooms are very clean with bright colour's . The service is fantastic and the location is right to the middle of the city. Port and center it the town is 5min walking. Airport is 10 min with a car. Keep make us happy Dimitris!

Great property close to the water. Staff was most helpful. Only complaint was the congestion of the inner city, which isn’t the fault of the property. Limited parking right in front was convenient and also available during my stay (Nov)

Property was very close to the Archaeological Museum, which was great. The place would be better for 1-2 young adults than a family- my 2 kids said the fold out couch was hard and the sheets did not stay on the bed.

Overnight stay was good The property is in a good location very close to the archeological museum with good restaurants and shopping. Shower good but you have to manually turn hot water on and off. This is not hard. Please note there is no lift for luggage and beds were very firm. Overall room was quiet especially considering downtown location. We had a good stay and it is a very good value.

Overall good Overall a pleasing experience. In the center, very convenient location with loads of options for food, night out etc. The studio was spacious and with thoughtful complementary items. On the things to be improved, the bed was not particularly comfortable and most importantly we could heard loud talks coming from the hallways in the morning which was disturbing.

We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....

The hotel is very beautiful, clean rooms,nice yard. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. The mattresses were new and the room is cleaned every day. The price is also very good. We had room 410 and it was excellent. The air conditioning is working perfectly.

I would only say one small criticism, that actually applies to may hotels I've visited in southern Europe, and that is that there wasn't a good enough fall on the floor of the shower to assist drainage. This place is great. So close to the airport. Yes, you hear airplanes but they stop when you are sleeping. The first night on our way into Crete we stayed in a tiny room for a family of 4. I requested a larger room at the end of we stayed again on our way out of Crete and got a brand new two story room that was way better. Ask for room 18.

I feel conflicted about my stay here. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was generally nice. However, my room was really nothing like advertised, and it was quite dated and dirty, with dead insects, black mould in the shower, beard hairs on the floor and more in the bed, broken curtains, broken toilet roll holder etc etc. I didn’t want to complain at the time but it was a very disappointing...

Ioannis was very kind and helpful and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The place had charm and nice features also great location. However it loses a couple of points because both the rooms we stayed in didn’t smell nice.

Parking (Heraklion Center Parking) is approx. 300 m from the Hotel and they have a special rate for Veneziano Hotel which is 6 €/night.

A very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Heraklion. The room was excellent, and the tables in the courtyard made it possible to have a nice al fresco breakfast and evening drink. It would have been nice though to have the supply of tea and water replenished regularly - I stayed for four nights, and was down to my last teabag on my last morning in.

Truly a lovely hotel in an old and beautiful home that once belonged to the owners great grandparents. The hotel contacted us to get our estimated arrival time and one of the owners greeted us, gave us a map and explained the town layout and gave us great restaurant tips (try Peskesi in particular). Very convenient location too.

Had a very nice stay here. The hosts are very helpful and even helped me retrieve my sunglasses that I'd left in the taxi from the airport. Extremely well located, close to everything in Old Town. if you have windows facing the street, there will be street noise so if you're a light sleeper maybe download a white noise app on your phone. Beautiful old building. Renovated nicely. Right in city center so we could walk to the marina and lots of wonderful restaurants as well as the museum.
