The location is beautiful, clean, neat, and well mentained. I do not recommend room 203 because the position is right under the concrete arch and it is very hot at night but otherwise rooms are ok, spacious, well placed with air conditioning and balcony to every one. We liked basically everything. The location is very good: it is near to restaurants and shops, to the beach and to the bus. The facilities: the kitchenette, the small playground for children, the pool which was clean and nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent staff, pretty good accommodations and location. We stayed for one night, had the ground floor apartment. Very clean and tidy. Was mini kitchen with everything you might need and there is a huge balcony where many flowers (in the evening terrific aroma).

We were dropped off by the taxi at the wrong hotel and when we arrived at the hotel Eleni Palace we had a great reception from staff. Coming away with two grown up sons we were placed in a family room and then the manager toldusweneededa bigger room and up graded us to a huge suite with an open balcony which has amazing views. Staff are amazing cannot do enough for us.

Cozy, simple and welcoming. Breakfasts are modest but delicious, the rooms have air conditioners,some apartments have a kitchen, and a balcony, though you have to pay extra 5 euros per day to use an aircon and 1 euro if you want to use a safe camera. A really nice hotel for a short therm stay. Staff is super nice and approachable. It is not a super luxury, but it has everything that you will be needing. The location is a little bit further from the town, but it is reachable with a car within 10 minutes, there is also a bus station nearby

The studio was basic but had everything we needed and was clean with sheets and towels changed mid week. The pool was lovely and very pretty surrounded by flowering shrubs. Great place with super friendly staff. Close to the beach and with restaurants nearby. Perfect for visitors who intend to rent a car and explore the island as its easy to drive to and from. Great value for money.

Arrived around midnight but was welcomed as if it was midday even made an omlette as I was pretty hungry washed down with local Ouzo ..Will take welcome over accommodation every time

This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here. The children loves it, food, drinks, pool, location and service is perfect. The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

Nice family hotel for the travellers who look for quiet and tidy accomodation. The family members managing the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms, pool and other areas are clean. Rich breakfast offer.

A nice and cozy hotel, the rooms are easily big enough for 2 people, there's even a small kitchen, fridge and balcony. The hotel personnel is very kind and not afraid to help you on your way or inform you about anything you'd like to see or visit on Crete

The location is great, right by the coast and the view from the balcony is also very nice. Despite the fact that the apartment is above the restaurant, it is still pleasantly quiet. In the apartment, I was a little disappointed by the shower (it was very very small) and by the kitchen, which was not equipped enough with utensils/accessories. Great value family run hotel with great views (we got a free upgrade to the best sea view room). Very clean. Generally great value for money and easy to get to Heraklion (bus stop next to the hotel). The beach is nice with the sun lounge service, but too many kids for my liking. Breakfast was good and was only €5 so good value.

Great location right by the sea with free umbrellas and beach chairs. Very nice and helpful staff. Great place for kids, the playground is right next to the apartments, the swimming pool was in the neighbouring hotel for free just couple meters away. Nice and cheap restaurant, you can take/order drinks and food to the beach. Clean and spacious apartment. Highly recommend.

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....

We spent six nights at 7Rizes, the room was comfortable and clean and we really appreciated breakfast on the roof terrace. It's close to airport and you can easily walk to city center. Christina's mum is a really kind and caring person, my kids loved staying there ..... highly recommended.

Great spot with great amenities. Kitchen area with all basic needs, Beds are comfy and clean, shower is good with good pressure and wash area is clean and very nice. Location is very close to the water with some restaurants near by. The coworker is really nice and wants to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a little gem in a perfect location in Heraklion. The rooms are big, clean and there is more than you would expect. The value you get here is much higher than price. Absolutely loved our stay at Pavo art hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Especially the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfy. Only thing to keep in mind is that the front door of your apartment is not sound proof, so one night we woke up because of loud people in the hallways. We had a wonderfull week in Pavo Hotel. The rooms are clean and all the apliances are working. The stuff is very friendly and the location gives you the opportunity to get to the centre and a lot of tourist sites in 15 minutes of walking by foot.

We book rooms for our sailing guests and everyone is speechless. The rooms are very clean with bright colour's . The service is fantastic and the location is right to the middle of the city. Port and center it the town is 5min walking. Airport is 10 min with a car. Keep make us happy Dimitris!

This place is great value for money if you need to be close to the city, airport or but station. The room was incredibly well equipped (it even had luggage scales!) and had a modern vibe and lovely toiletries. The hotel manager Dimitris was super friendly and helped us out with a lot of questions! Thank you for the lovely stay.

Loved this place. Great value for the money and super convenient if you have a bus or ferry to catch. Very nice welcoming gifts and special touches. The suite was quiet eventhough it was so central to much of what you need. Dimitri was the perfect host as well.

The hotel is approaching the end of their renovation. Feet away from a famous beach where you can find great activities. Absolutely free free breakfast. There’s barbecue grills available. Very clean and nice place. The personal is really kind and friendly, rooms are really comfy with nice view ☺️ Sea is just in front from the hotel and around the area there are many mini shops restaurants and the bus station it’s only 3 min away. Lovely resort, we are here in winter and they are busy building and making it prettier! The garden is gorgeous and the free to use oven looks great. The room is as described and neat but nothing fancy. The breakfast has a noice choice and each day the eggs are prepared different which is a nice touch. The beach is really really close! Only downside for us is that at night outside is noisy with animals...

Great location close to the airport, easy to catch a bus into the centre or walking distance to lots of restraurants and shops around. Rennovated rooms which are very clean and friendly, helpful staff. Will stay here again!

Our room was large, cool and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay at Marvel. I would only say one small criticism, that actually applies to may hotels I've visited in southern Europe, and that is that there wasn't a good enough fall on the floor of the shower to assist drainage. We only stayed one night to be close to the port. It was a very nice room though. I liked the balcony.

This place is great. So close to the airport. Yes, you hear airplanes but they stop when you are sleeping. The first night on our way into Crete we stayed in a tiny room for a family of 4. I requested a larger room at the end of we stayed again on our way out of Crete and got a brand new two story room that was way better. Ask for room 18.

I feel conflicted about my stay here. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was generally nice. However, my room was really nothing like advertised, and it was quite dated and dirty, with dead insects, black mould in the shower, beard hairs on the floor and more in the bed, broken curtains, broken toilet roll holder etc etc. I didn’t want to complain at the time but it was a very disappointing...

Ioannis was very kind and helpful and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The place had charm and nice features also great location. However it loses a couple of points because both the rooms we stayed in didn’t smell nice.

The hotel, staff, location, breakfast, rooms, service and everything is just amazing about this place. Nicos prepared a special breakfast for us because we were leaving to Santorini. Parking (Heraklion Center Parking) is approx. 300 m from the Hotel and they have a special rate for Veneziano Hotel which is 6 €/night.

Incredibly wonderful hotel. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored heritage building. Every staff I came across was super friendly, helpful, and nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well with black out curtains. The air conditioning was quiet and cooled down the room. The breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay to see Knossos, the museums and Heraklion old town. Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, large rooms for a family of 4-5. The host Thomas so welcoming and helpful. We had to leave for an early ferry and he had prepared us hot breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs and sweet bread to go by 7 a.m. and reserved us a car.

Able to book last minute in a great room, and the staff were extremely helpful. There is no parking nearby, so they grabbed our bags out of the car as we drove by. Absolutely lovely decor, comfy bed, good location in the old town, on a quieter off-street. Could be improved if they offered a small breakfast (pastries, fruit, coffee) in the morning as they do have a communal kitchen area.
