It was perfect, the only yhing that is difficult is how ro get there, hoogle maps will take you through the wrong side, just enter throught the west...love this place!!

My room was large and beautifully decorated with excellent amenities, such as a mini kitchen, towel-warmer and coffee machine. The staff were friendly and the location was decent-close to old town and I walked most places.

Staff are so helpful. Rooms are immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble. Herbs Garden restaurant has the best staff and food is excellent. Portions are generous and the half board option has a good selection across the 3 courses offered. Breakfast offers a great choice and is served from 7 till 10.30 which suits what you are doing.

Honestly, we arrived late and because earlier ferry cancellations just ate breakfast and left. The breakfast had a large variety of good food, the staff was attentive and the rooms had simple luxury. The location is central.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

The walls are very thin, the room is small. But it is clean, good location, and friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel is close to the Marina and other interesting places to visit. The area to visit in Crete is small. So everything is close. The rooms were clean. The only thing that was not working was the bathroom ventilation. But I guess it can be fixed easily. I highly recommend this hotel.

When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

I loved this property. Nice breakfast offered and a comfortable room with a big king bed. The shower and toilet are in two separate closet type areas at the foot of the bed with the sink and vanity between them. A bit weird, but it works. My one complaint with this B&B as well as most of the B&B‘s in Crete was the plastic mattress protector that they use on the mattress. I can never sleep through the...

I feel conflicted about my stay here. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was generally nice. However, my room was really nothing like advertised, and it was quite dated and dirty, with dead insects, black mould in the shower, beard hairs on the floor and more in the bed, broken curtains, broken toilet roll holder etc etc. I didn’t want to complain at the time but it was a very disappointing...

Ioannis was very kind and helpful and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The place had charm and nice features also great location. However it loses a couple of points because both the rooms we stayed in didn’t smell nice.

Parking (Heraklion Center Parking) is approx. 300 m from the Hotel and they have a special rate for Veneziano Hotel which is 6 €/night.

A very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Heraklion. The room was excellent, and the tables in the courtyard made it possible to have a nice al fresco breakfast and evening drink. It would have been nice though to have the supply of tea and water replenished regularly - I stayed for four nights, and was down to my last teabag on my last morning in.

Truly a lovely hotel in an old and beautiful home that once belonged to the owners great grandparents. The hotel contacted us to get our estimated arrival time and one of the owners greeted us, gave us a map and explained the town layout and gave us great restaurant tips (try Peskesi in particular). I have been coming here for several years and always found the same warm welcome. Not to speak of the super convenient location not far from the airport for overnight stays. The recent refurbishment is a welcome upgrade too. My only regret is that the snack bar has given in to the regrettable requirement for. Pizza and burgers instead of Greek food. But I still enjoyed a delicious salad.

Good choice to stop for one night

There is no better place as a hotel to be closer to the airport. Take any bus infront of the hotel and in two minutes you are there. Same thing for v.v. The Hotel is a three stars but everything works to your convinience. It's an Airport Hotel that cloce that you may also walk there. Lovely hotel at a fine location nearby the town centre. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping districts in walking distance. I arrived to the city via the bus from Chania and left the city via ferry via the harbour. although not exactly short distance but they are walkable. it is a relatively busy city and many popular restaurants are very occupied during the weekend.

Huge resort with hotel rooms, bungalows and multiple canteens is in my opinion ideal for families with babies and small children. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, beds are not very comfy, but hey, you won't be inside for most of the time. We had 9 fantastic days in te Dessole Dolphin Bay Resort. I think the price was worth it. We are a family of four, and needed to stay for one night in Heraklion. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Pavo and it was a pleasant surprise for us. The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful). Check-in is very simple, all with a password.

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....

We spent six nights at 7Rizes, the room was comfortable and clean and we really appreciated breakfast on the roof terrace. It's close to airport and you can easily walk to city center. Christina's mum is a really kind and caring person, my kids loved staying there ..... highly recommended.

The hotel is not far from Heraklion Airport and is also within walking distance of Heraklion Castle. I only stayed for one night and forgot to take pictures of the hotel. The hotel is very modern and the coffee is very good, but the street is too noisy at night, the room is not soundproofed, and the TV next door is very loud. But there is free parking downstairs.

Overnight stay was good The property is in a good location very close to the archeological museum with good restaurants and shopping. Shower good but you have to manually turn hot water on and off. Overall good Overall a pleasing experience. In the center, very convenient location with loads of options for food, night out etc. The studio was spacious and with thoughtful complementary items. On the things to be improved, the bed was not particularly comfortable and most importantly we could heard loud talks coming from the hallways in the morning which was disturbing.

We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....

The hotel is very beautiful, clean rooms,nice yard. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. The mattresses were new and the room is cleaned every day. The price is also very good. We had room 410 and it was excellent. The air conditioning is working perfectly.

Super nice quiet hotel no noise, few meters from the sand beach shops supermarket taverns everything by foot, very clean and is cleaned regularly, honest people (owner) and all staff and very nice and helpful, tasty breakfast, our holiday was great at santo george resort beach, thanks for everything, anna and wadalla

Our room was large, cool and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay at Marvel. I would only say one small criticism, that actually applies to may hotels I've visited in southern Europe, and that is that there wasn't a good enough fall on the floor of the shower to assist drainage. We only stayed one night to be close to the port. It was a very nice room though. I liked the balcony.

This place is great. So close to the airport. Yes, you hear airplanes but they stop when you are sleeping. The first night on our way into Crete we stayed in a tiny room for a family of 4. I requested a larger room at the end of we stayed again on our way out of Crete and got a brand new two story room that was way better. Ask for room 18.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms to stay in a quieter part of the city center of Heraklion! We had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. Big plus is also the peaceful and amazingly decorated courtyard with seats available for all the guests. Definitely recommend staying here!
