Honestly, we arrived late and because earlier ferry cancellations just ate breakfast and left. The breakfast had a large variety of good food, the staff was attentive and the rooms had simple luxury. The location is central.

We arrived and door was locked. No one there. No check in instructions. Our room had one tiny window. No natural light. Property doesn’t communicate with guests

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

We only stayed for one night but the people could not have been more helpful. The upstairs restaurant was superb with wonderful views across the Harbour and great food. The rooms are quite nice, some with a beautiful look on the harbour. The stuff was really nice. Would not recommend if you come travel by car. When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

Positive: Marina at the reception was very helpful when we faced a road block in booking one of our local tours. She was able to find an unlisted number for the tour company and connect us with a live person at 9 pm to book our tour for the following morning. Truly a lovely hotel in an old and beautiful home that once belonged to the owners great grandparents. I don't understand why Greek hotels often give downgraded rooms.

We stayed two nights at Legacy Gastro Suite before flying back home. Room 103 was okay with some wear downs. It was clean and close to the city bus(1-4 minutes walk). The shower is pretty good but water leaks outside to the floor. For two days stay it was okay

It was a pity that we couldn’t stay longer. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, it was a perfect stay. The check in via key safe was super arranged, no problem at all. We were there just for one night and early in the morning we went to take a boat to Santorini. It was very close to the port. The place is walk distance to city center (around 17 min walk). It was very clean and quiet. I wish we had another night in Heraklion.
