Great little boutique hotel just a 5min walk away from Heraklion centre. Rooms are spacious, parking spots are available, the service is great. Staff really makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.

Amazing boutique hotel. Great service and very modern rooms. You can walk to Heraklion city center in about 10 minutes. Also, there is a free parking lot. The streets to get there are pretty narrow and the area around the hotel looks a bit shady at night (pretty dark alleys, abandoned houses). But in daylight you see that it is just a normal residential area.

Stayed for a couple nights and this place is great! Located within walking distance of the city center, with a lovely room with great amenities. The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful on many occasions, even giving up his parking spot on a busy night. One thing to note though, Google maps will try to take you through impassible streets, so make sure you keep an eye out for the signs...

New hotel nestled in a fascinating area of the center just walking distance from busier shopping area. The room is well designed and has it all. Parking is very precious in this area. The staff at reception is extremely welcoming, professional and friendly. Would totally go back next time in Heraklion.

Staff are so helpful. Rooms are immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble. Herbs Garden restaurant has the best staff and food is excellent. Portions are generous and the half board option has a good selection across the 3 courses offered. Breakfast offers a great choice and is served from 7 till 10.30 which suits what you are doing.

I stayed at the annex and had no issues. I visited in the off season so prices were super cheap. The annex has no front desk so checking in is across the street at the main hotel lobby and so is breakfast. A wonderful experience! This hotel has a beautiful unique design, feels like it is absolutely new. The service is exceptional. Breakfast is made fresh for you per the menu that you choose every day. I feel conflicted about my stay here. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was generally nice. However, my room was really nothing like advertised, and it was quite dated and dirty, with dead insects, black mould in the shower, beard hairs on the floor and more in the bed, broken curtains, broken toilet roll holder etc etc. I didn’t want to complain at the time but it was a very disappointing...

Great place to stay to see Knossos, the museums and Heraklion old town. Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, large rooms for a family of 4-5. The host Thomas so welcoming and helpful. We had to leave for an early ferry and he had prepared us hot breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs and sweet bread to go by 7 a.m. and reserved us a car.

Able to book last minute in a great room, and the staff were extremely helpful. There is no parking nearby, so they grabbed our bags out of the car as we drove by. I have been coming here for several years and always found the same warm welcome. Not to speak of the super convenient location not far from the airport for overnight stays. The recent refurbishment is a welcome upgrade too. My only regret is that the snack bar has given in to the regrettable requirement for. Pizza and burgers instead of Greek food. We had a wonderfull week in Pavo Hotel. The rooms are clean and all the apliances are working. The stuff is very friendly and the location gives you the opportunity to get to the centre and a lot of tourist sites in 15 minutes of walking by foot.

At the ibis Styles hotel I booked a room for one night. The check-in was friendly and done quickly. I thought, that the room was clean and very spacious, but the bed wasn’t too comfortable for me, nevertheless I could sleep quite well. Tucked nearby main shopping and not too far from bus station. This is easily walkable from the port. Staff was extra helpful in guiding us to local restaurant options, bus transit, and general information. Morning buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

We had a day room before our late flight departure. The hotel definitely needs reservations. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. We really liked the pool, probably the best pool for doing laps in the area. There is plenty of parking. Also not far from the beach and few of restaurants in the vicinity. A real value for money.

We arrive Heraklion at 6:00 and they allowed os to leave the luggage and make the check in at 10:30. Very close to the center (10’ walking), quiet area, absolutely cleaned rooms, no luxuries but you will not missing a thing. For a visit to Heraklion and just a place to sleep it is ok. Nothing really special. The breakfast choice was non existent if u have gluten allergies. Free wifi a bonus but parking a nightmare. This place is great value for money if you need to be close to the city, airport or but station. The room was incredibly well equipped (it even had luggage scales!) and had a modern vibe and lovely toiletries. The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

The location is great, right by the coast and the view from the balcony is also very nice. Despite the fact that the apartment is above the restaurant, it is still pleasantly quiet. Nice and cheap restaurant, you can take/order drinks and food to the beach. Clean and spacious apartment. Highly recommend.

Very cool stay for 1 night in 7Rizes Luxury Living ! Everything available, very neatly cared for, very modern and with a cozy roof terrace. Also the breakfast on the roof terrace was fine and Christina is very friendly and very helpful. Perfect hostess! Chris - Belgium

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....

We spent six nights at 7Rizes, the room was comfortable and clean and we really appreciated breakfast on the roof terrace. It's close to airport and you can easily walk to city center. Christina's mum is a really kind and caring person, my kids loved staying there ..... highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean and modern, fully equipped room and perfectly located in the city center. Excellent service, really felt like being home. Kids loved the breakfast! We enjoyed the roof garden! It really exceeded our expectations! In case we're going back to Heraklion, we'll definitely going to stay in this hotel again!
