We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok. They have their own tavern, they do everything for very good food . It was very good for us.

Lovely family run hotel only 20 minute walk from the city centre. Good, clean, spacious air conditioned and with storage galore this little hotel is a great place to stay. There is a parking lot and it is clean and nice, but the walls are too thin so there is no soundproofing at all.

No 2 bus stops outside and goes to Knossos and back into town to the Archeological Museum. Nice restaurant is part of the property, and its staff are very helpful when you are unable to access your room. But there is no "Reception" to greet you, and if you haven`t caught up with your emails you are unable to get in. This is a very nice option in Amoudara Beach, it’s extremely good location wise, you can spend your days beach front straight from your room or explore the island and return at the end of the day. Christos is great, he was friendly and genuinely, making sure you’re having a nice stay when he sees you. Also, pet friendly!

The location is good, self-check-in is available, and the house is very clean. The only regret is that due to some unexpected circumstances, we only stayed one night instead of paying for two nights. Also, the extra bed was very small and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

We liked basically everything. The location is very good: it is near to restaurants and shops, to the beach and to the bus. The facilities: the kitchenette, the small playground for children, the pool which was clean and nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We were dropped off by the taxi at the wrong hotel and when we arrived at the hotel Eleni Palace we had a great reception from staff. The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful). Check-in is very simple, all with a password.

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed.
