The great service we experienced started as soon as we arrived with help getting luggage out and valet parking of hire car. NOT a 5 stars hotel. Important to know this when booking, it's more of a 3-4 stars. We were seven people in our group. We had an amazing stay over here very recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though rooms are a bit small for our liking, they’re very nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. All the amenities one needs are provided.

It was amazing!! First of all, the view from the rooms. Unfortunately I didn’t have a balcony in my room but I had friends who had one. For the service, it’s a 5 cause when I was leaving the room and called service the room was all new when I got there. It was extremely noisy. Insulation is very poor and the room was directly on the round about. Traffic was dense until 1.30am.

Olive Green Hotel provided a good experience overall. The location is excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, and the breakfast was below average. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

I booked the family suite and had it all to myself and it was the perfect size. The hotel is right next to many stores and restaurants and not too far from the harbor if you’re looking to take a ferry. We originally booked to stay at another hotel in the area and were redirected here last minute - so we were a little worried as we didn’t pick it ourselves! However the rooms are very modern and newly renovated. We found the double bed comfy too, which was a relief! Great little boutique hotel just a 5min walk away from Heraklion centre. Rooms are spacious, parking spots are available, the service is great. Staff really makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.

Amazing boutique hotel. Great service and very modern rooms. You can walk to Heraklion city center in about 10 minutes. Also, there is a free parking lot. The streets to get there are pretty narrow and the area around the hotel looks a bit shady at night (pretty dark alleys, abandoned houses). But in daylight you see that it is just a normal residential area.

Stayed for a couple nights and this place is great! Located within walking distance of the city center, with a lovely room with great amenities. The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful on many occasions, even giving up his parking spot on a busy night. One thing to note though, Google maps will try to take you through impassible streets, so make sure you keep an eye out for the signs...

Hotel in perfect place in the city, close to airport, ferry, and walking to the historic centre as well. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit off the pedestrian city center but within walking distance to the bus stop to Knossos and the main bus station. The breakfast is served on the sixth floor with nice views of the port. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is not open-air, and there is freezing air conditioning. Nice breakfast, instead of the usual Lipton tea they offer a wide range of teapigs flavours, a very good brand...

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is well located, closer to the airport and port as well as walking distance from main attractions of the city. Rooms are a bit small but great value for money. The sea view rooms are nicer though. But above all, the staff has been excellent. Extremely supportive and always treating us with a smile. I'll go there again.

Very central and close to Port and shops. Easy to walk to Port. About 5 minutes walk with luggage. Clean and neat. Helpful reception.
