It was amazing!! First of all, the view from the rooms. Unfortunately I didn’t have a balcony in my room but I had friends who had one. For the service, it’s a 5 cause when I was leaving the room and called service the room was all new when I got there. At the ibis Styles hotel I booked a room for one night. The check-in was friendly and done quickly. I thought, that the room was clean and very spacious, but the bed wasn’t too comfortable for me, nevertheless I could sleep quite well. And unfortunately it was not too soundproof as you especially could hear the motorcycles from outside on the streets. Despite this I would stay here again.

Olive Green Hotel provided a good experience overall. The location is excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. I booked the family suite and had it all to myself and it was the perfect size. The hotel is right next to many stores and restaurants and not too far from the harbor if you’re looking to take a ferry. The streets to get there are pretty narrow and the area around the hotel looks a bit shady at night (pretty dark alleys, abandoned houses). The standard of the hotel definitely exceeds expectations. The rooms are practically new and spacious. The service was helpful and not overbearing. Good food, beautiful green areas and a well-kept beach. I also recommend massages in the SPA zone. As for the location, a city bus leaves from right in front of the hotel, which takes you to the center of Heraklion. I recommend.

Very nice hotel with water park and close to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good quality food on the all inclusive. The snack bar was absolutely the best restaurant. Traditional Greek food. Greek salad, Tzatziki, pita, gyros, French fries. Very good and easy to access. Over all a very nice hotel with lots of facilities to enjoy your stay at.

Stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend, the food was amazing and the service was great. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially George who was working at the main lobby bar. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, always polite and had a laugh with us. We will definitely remember him!

This is the best 4 star all inclusive hotel I have ever been. Great food, great location, amazing waterslides and pools, gorgeous beach. Strongly recommended for families with kids.
