The Olive Green Hotel is a clean, friendly and helpful place to stay, in a great location in the middle of the best parts of Heraklion. The food at the restaurant is decently priced and tasted great, the staff were super helpful and can organise taxi's to the airport or port. The rooms are well priced and larger, which makes things easier for a longer stay.

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

The hotel is on the good location, bus station and old city are close. Hotels parking is about 400m far away. We had a huge terrace but without chairs and table practically we couldn’t use it, and after asking 4 times we got one plastic chair. Breakfast was served on the 5th floor with great views. Very good location , not too far from the city center and parking is available close by. sadly the road was a bit loud during the night but it was fine. the biggest issue was that our bathroom kept flooding as the shower had no door this was very annoying. the breakfast was very good.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the room you booked has a sea view as soon as you open the door, and the beach is just a few steps away. The only bad thing is that a lot of ants and bugs run into the room, and there is a very unpleasant smell behind the small refrigerator!

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.
