Excellent quality hotel with a large and beautiful swimming pool, very comfortable rooms and professional and attentive staff. A true 5* hotel, a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Heraklion. This is not our first stay and we are never disappointed. The price-quality ratio is absolutely correct.

The hotel is very clean, nice staff, smells good, the room was perfect and the clean housework was done everyday :) The buffet was amazing with various choice of food with excellent quality. Huge resort with hotel rooms, bungalows and multiple canteens is in my opinion ideal for families with babies and small children. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, beds are not very comfy, but hey, you won't be inside for most of the time. Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....

We spent six nights at 7Rizes, the room was comfortable and clean and we really appreciated breakfast on the roof terrace. It's close to airport and you can easily walk to city center. Christina's mum is a really kind and caring person, my kids loved staying there ..... highly recommended.

Honestly, we arrived late and because earlier ferry cancellations just ate breakfast and left. The breakfast had a large variety of good food, the staff was attentive and the rooms had simple luxury. The location is central.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Great apartment clean spacious modern with all amenities. The fact they provide a private parking (200m away but we'll worth it if you have a car) is incredibly helpful as parking spaces are very hard to find. If you plan to rent a car. We only stayed for one night but the people could not have been more helpful. The upstairs restaurant was superb with wonderful views across the Harbour and great food.
