Budget hotel. Clean, central for Heraklion Town. Bit noisy at night, but it can't be helped as you are smack in the centre of town.Good value for money.

City center worn cheap hotel. We stayed for 1 day, the room was stuffy with an air-con that on full speed didn’t do much. Surprisingly the bathroom was brand new, the rest of the room looked like it has seen better days. We had a balcony, but the room itself was very very small. There is a fridge and a safe in the room, but you have to leave your room keys at the reception. The concierge was helpful...

Very old hotel that needs urgently to renovate. Very old (and not vintage) door handles, extremely small bathroom, very noisy area although it is in the city center.

Clean, service was good, someone at reception all the time, I had a place to leave out luggage after check out. Right in the center, the location was amazing, It had a lot to do within walking distance, I had to take a taxi to the beach but taxi stand wasn't a far wallk

Very Professional hotel - house keeping does a great job - very clean and my room was refreshed perfectly every day. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. I like the rules that we hand in our key to reception as it saves me loosing it and feels secure. The rooms had everything I needed - older in style - but everything very fresh - and it was right in the centre of town. I found it to be good value...

Was a bit anxious given some of the reviews but : -room is very clean, modest but clean, and has enough space. Wouldn't like to spend all the day in, but to sleep it's perfect. There was little friendliness and service from the first man we met at reception. There was another one later that was a little more pleasant, but overall a hotel I will avoid the next time.

Stayed here in June 2017. Absolutely loved it. Super friendly staff, good value for the money and a gorgeous view. Kostas and Katrina are awesome. I would recommend this place... I'm definitely going back again.

Very good for a quick stay. Small room, small bathroom, but I guess is common in such a crowded area. Staff very friendly and always ready to help. Cleanliness good. Great view from the balcony. Position very close to port, restaurants, shops, touristic center.

Nice hotel, we spent two weeks there, it's a quiet and comfortable place for a holiday. There is a pool on-site and the beach nearby, they provide simple breakfast as well. Water pressure in the bathroom was poor, but enough to take a shower.

Nice, quite simple hotel for a short-term stay, good location (not so full of people as in the areas close to the city center). But no kettles, no kitchen, no plates/glasses. Lovely staff (a family, I assume :)), good service.

The best option if you wish to spend a few days in the center of Heraklion. Next to many restaurants, cafés and the sea side. Many payed parking options around. Value for money.

A very good choice , at the center of the city,to stay for few days as you pass from the city of Herakleion, Quiet, as it is at a narrow quiet road. Clean, so.value for money

The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is minutes away from the harbor and from the center where all the shops and restaurants are. Yanis was very courteous and helpful with answering questions. Check- in after hours is very easy and facilitated by hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price and location it’s great! The rooms are simple, bathroom is small, but it’s all clean and the bed is comfortable, the room has AC, clean towels, and the staff is very nice. We did the self check-in late at night and it also worked great. Only the WiFi has been a little unstable. Would recommend as a budget friendly option :)

Great location, very near the port, the main street and lots of restaurants and the supermarket. Service is great too. However, there could be more power sockets in the room, and the shower space was way too tiny - just turning on the shower already blows the shower curtain away, which leaves the washroom all wet. Also, the WiFi isn't very reliable

We arrive Heraklion at 6:00 and they allowed os to leave the luggage and make the check in at 10:30. Very close to the center (10’ walking), quiet area, absolutely cleaned rooms, no luxuries but you will not missing a thing. Despite the area the hotel is in, is not very nice, they have been able to decorate and make a natural and gardened environment. Breakfast is amazingly cheap for the high quality...

For a visit to Heraklion and just a place to sleep it is ok. Nothing really special. The breakfast choice was non existent if u have gluten allergies. Free wifi a bonus but parking a nightmare. You have to find a parking spot on a very busy street. Our toilet seat was broken but they did offer us another room but we declined as was only staying one night. For the price though it is worth it.

Nice and clean, well located for those who can walk the ten minute distance to the center. Very cordial and eager to help, staff. Mrs Katerina and Mrs Maria were always their to offer advice and assistance. It is well recommended. Price wise, also good.

If you want lux, go and pay 100€ per day. This is nice for what it cost, 35€ per day for 2 persons. Staff was pleasant, they found us a room right away, in a middle of a seasson. If you need a place to sleep, and you're on a budget, this is the right place.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms are clean and very cheap. From 8 am to 12 pm there are a lot of airplane starts which can get really loud. If you‘re okay with that, then you‘ll have no problems with your stay. The breakfast for 5 euros is served to you, there is no buffet. It consists of a sandwhich, two croissants and four bread pieces with coffee, Fimi soda juice and jam...

Walking distance from both the airport and from the ferry port (20 minutes). There is also a bus stop near the hotel for the bus to the airport. Very friendly staff. Free WiFi only guranteed in the lobby, but there is good reception in the rooms on the east side (just above the lobby). Rooms are very clean and well kept, even though the place is quite old. Depending on what you expect you can love or hate that place :) because it's best advantage is also the biggest disadvantage -location very close to airport. You can actually take a walk to airport terminal so it is very convenient, but you won't miss any aeroplane passing by unless you are as deaf as a post. Building and furnishing is old but everything is clean and tidy. Good to stay for the night...

I cannot fault the service at this hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night having had our flight home cancelled and they could not have been more accommodating. Our rooms and bathrooms were spotless and having only been there half a night they offered to have our luggage for the day so we could spend the day in town. Such lovely staff made what was already a difficult time so much better.

Very basic amenities but a very friendly friend desk who helped us with various issues we had and found space for us in the night when we were stranded at the airport! Fairly cheap, clean, close to the airport, no complaints at all!

The location was excellent and the rooms clean, however the breakfast was very disappointing. It mainly consisted of 2 different types of bread and an egg. Having said that, the view was great, the restaurant just next door is excellent, and the value for money for a short stay just before or after a ferry is pretty good (just skip the breakfast as it's €5 of bread...)

We wanted a place to stay over for catching the ferry to santorini the next day. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is pretty small and the beds are ok. It's a good deal for the price and proximity to the Port. We reached the Port walking in 10 minutes. Wifi is good, very helpful people.

Great place, I went here for just one night in a single room. Very friendly staff, concerned about me getting safe at the airport at night. The room was simple, but very clean. Loved the old furniture!

A really nice hotel for a short therm stay. Staff is super nice and approachable. It is not a super luxury, but it has everything that you will be needing. The location is a little bit further from the town, but it is reachable with a car within 10 minutes, there is also a bus station nearby

The studio was basic but had everything we needed and was clean with sheets and towels changed mid week. The pool was lovely and very pretty surrounded by flowering shrubs. This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here. The children loves it, food, drinks, pool, location and service is perfect. Familiar place. Very lovely and calm place. In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee.

The owners are giving their hearts to this business. They have the cutest dog also, who is very polite and silent. I feel like we have read so many bad comments which were undeserved for this place. You get correct value for the amount you pay, and they are not treating you less politely just because it is a 2 star place.

I really liked the people in the hotel, they are authentic and smiling with you every second while speaking, I felt at home, the pool is small but clean, my only concern is the location but you have public transportation and you can order freenow(app) as well, I really enjoyed the trip here in Crete

Value for money! The location is very convenient, near airport, the city centre and the beach. There is a bus stop near the hotel, taking you to the centre free of charge. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly and helpful plus there is a swimming pool. Highly recommended both for work and pleasure!

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Mirabello Hotel. The room was comfortable and was walking distance from the bus station and city center. My only issue was the size of the sink in the bathroom, it was TINY, but definitely not a deal breaker. I'd stay there again.

A centric place with nice staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because this place is not wheelchair accessible at all.
