Amazing hosts , nice apartment with the balcony is cleaned every day. The sea is 50 meters away and the beach is good for sweaming and even some snorkeling.
The Christodoulakis family was so accommodating and nice. We checked in really late one night and they had no issues, and offered us water and coffee. The rooms were clean and perfect. We read prior reviews regarding the AC not working, but it will only work if the glass sliding door is closed and the key in the slot near the door (my parents couldn't figure it out in their room). Nice staff, but they don t really talk english. The wifi didnt work and the sourrounding is not great. The appartment was clean and welcoming.

Very nice place to stay! Clean, modern and spacious apartments in a calm neighborhood near the beach but also close to Iraklio. You can get there easily by bus and keep your car parked within the gates. Very friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.
The best accommodations in Heraklion and the most unbelievable hospitality! I’ve been coming to Minoa for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Big spacious rooms and a great pool for the family to enjoy. Delicious food that caters to everyone! And best of all, just a short walk from the ocean.
Loved everything about it. Went there 4 years in a row. If there was something wrong you could just tell them and they got it fixed. Great for when you have children close to the beach

This was the perfect small studio. It contained everything one might need, from work space to cooking equipment. I was very pleasantly surprised. For me, it also was at a good location, as I needed to get to the FORTH research centre, which is in walking distance.
