The location is beautiful, clean, neat, and well mentained. I do not recommend room 203 because the position is right under the concrete arch and it is very hot at night but otherwise rooms are ok, spacious, well placed with air conditioning and balcony to every one. We liked basically everything. The location is very good: it is near to restaurants and shops, to the beach and to the bus. The facilities: the kitchenette, the small playground for children, the pool which was clean and nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent staff, pretty good accommodations and location. We stayed for one night, had the ground floor apartment. Very clean and tidy. Was mini kitchen with everything you might need and there is a huge balcony where many flowers (in the evening terrific aroma).

We were dropped off by the taxi at the wrong hotel and when we arrived at the hotel Eleni Palace we had a great reception from staff. Coming away with two grown up sons we were placed in a family room and then the manager toldusweneededa bigger room and up graded us to a huge suite with an open balcony which has amazing views. Staff are amazing cannot do enough for us.

Cozy, simple and welcoming. Breakfasts are modest but delicious, the rooms have air conditioners,some apartments have a kitchen, and a balcony, though you have to pay extra 5 euros per day to use an aircon and 1 euro if you want to use a safe camera. The property is very clean and comfortable and had a most comfortable bed ! The room are well-appointed, and the property manager had excellent suggestions for dining. Parking was included very near the hotel, although we initially had some difficlty finding the lot.

We are a family of four, and needed to stay for one night in Heraklion. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Pavo and it was a pleasant surprise for us. The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful). Check-in is very simple, all with a password.

The hotel itself is in a good environment, but the surroundings are a bit messy. It is a bit far from the old town, but it is convenient to walk there. The room facilities are good, but the bathroom is too small, especially the shower room, which is really inconvenient.

Great value family run hotel with great views (we got a free upgrade to the best sea view room). Very clean. Generally great value for money and easy to get to Heraklion (bus stop next to the hotel). The beach is nice with the sun lounge service, but too many kids for my liking. Breakfast was good and was only €5 so good value.

Great location right by the sea with free umbrellas and beach chairs. Very nice and helpful staff. Great place for kids, the playground is right next to the apartments, the swimming pool was in the neighbouring hotel for free just couple meters away. Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....

We spent six nights at 7Rizes, the room was comfortable and clean and we really appreciated breakfast on the roof terrace. It's close to airport and you can easily walk to city center. Christina's mum is a really kind and caring person, my kids loved staying there ..... highly recommended.

The hotel is not far from Heraklion Airport and is also within walking distance of Heraklion Castle. I only stayed for one night and forgot to take pictures of the hotel. The room facilities and hygiene were great. The front desk service was particularly warm and thoughtful. It was a very satisfactory experience.

The hotel receptionist is very hard working. The hotel is in a good location, close to the pier, 400-500 meters walk, making it convenient to take a boat to Santorini. The hotel is very modern and the coffee is very good, but the street is too noisy at night, the room is not soundproofed, and the TV next door is very loud. But there is free parking downstairs.

The room is simple and clean with complete facilities. The service is good. You can check in early if the cleaning is done. Check-out is also negotiable. Self-service luggage storage. We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....

This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here. The photos online have nothing to do with reality. An old restored building which is just ok. The rooms are small, nothing like the photos. Very very poor breakfast. There isn’t even a proper breakfast room. There is a wooden prefabricated kind of a room which is used as a breakfast room. I read a review from someone saying that he had his best breakfast over there. Did he ever go to another...

Small gem well located! Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). I would only say one small criticism, that actually applies to may hotels I've visited in southern Europe, and that is that there wasn't a good enough fall on the floor of the shower to assist drainage. This place is great. So close to the airport. Yes, you hear airplanes but they stop when you are sleeping. The first night on our way into Crete we stayed in a tiny room for a family of 4. I requested a larger room at the end of we stayed again on our way out of Crete and got a brand new two story room that was way better. Ask for room 18.

A very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Heraklion. The room was excellent, and the tables in the courtyard made it possible to have a nice al fresco breakfast and evening drink. It would have been nice though to have the supply of tea and water replenished regularly - I stayed for four nights, and was down to my last teabag on my last morning in.

Truly a lovely hotel in an old and beautiful home that once belonged to the owners great grandparents. The hotel contacted us to get our estimated arrival time and one of the owners greeted us, gave us a map and explained the town layout and gave us great restaurant tips (try Peskesi in particular). Very convenient location too.

Had a very nice stay here. The hosts are very helpful and even helped me retrieve my sunglasses that I'd left in the taxi from the airport. Extremely well located, close to everything in Old Town. if you have windows facing the street, there will be street noise so if you're a light sleeper maybe download a white noise app on your phone.
