We stayed here for 8 nights on 3rd floor. Very cool and friendly team, they can help with everything. Cleaning everyday + refreshing of towels, toilet paper etc. There is a minimum for a cooking but there is a lot of tasty cafe/bars/restaurants on the street so no need. Amazing place! Beautiful, clean appartments with amazing views. It is on a hill so be aware that you have to walk up and down every day (a lot of stairs). The manager is great, he knows a lot about Crete and gave us great recommendations about what to see and where to eat. He helped us rent a car (the next day we could already drive around :D). Lovely owner, clean and beautiful spacious apartments. Lovely pool and staff that make sure your stay is relaxing and great. The owner Chronis has seen a lot of the island and can tell you about all the hidden features and spots. Would definitely come back to stay at Sundance again! We are leaving with a smile.

The people of the appartments were incredibly friendly and had a lot of great tips, everything was looking perfect and clean!

Very well managed hotel with nice apartments, each with a terrace or balcony, big enough to have breakfast on. We might only add some advice, to make handrails by all the stairs. For elderly people or those who have trouble with their balance, they miss them. We had to think hard to find anything else to whine about, this place is really good!

Great place clean and tidy. The cafe bar has a great selection of drinks and cocktails. It also serves a good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Frosso the waitress is very friendly as are all of the staff at Astra. Only negative was the dogs barking through the night.

Never stayed here, but lovely little bar with fantastic staff. Always spend a few nights drinking here every year. Great cocktails, TVs for sport and good light lunches through the day. Highly recommended.

Cheap hotel, so don't expect much, but it's clean and dining place is located 20m from sea so you can enjoy seaview while eating brekfast! If you would like to take a walk 400m west you can find huge and almost empty beach!

Brilliant staff, great location. 2 pools to relax by or in. Food at the hotel is good. Quick 10 minute walk down into Hersonissos for food, drink and entertainment or the same uphill to Piskapiano and Koutalafari for more relaxed dining. Only 1 drawback found. Noise carrys in the rooms. Highly recommend!

Friendly wonderful staff. Amazing family run hotel. Clean and beautifully manicured garden. Two pools second with slides and bar. You won't find a better place to call home whilst in Crete.

Just spent two weeks at Bellos Hotel. Great facilities. Really nice staff. Happy to recommend. One small niggle is the intermittent internet connection. I would come back.

Rooms not cleaned for a week, towels become useless

The acropolis is a very nice place to stay and the food is excellent. This family run hotel and restaurant is excellent and very friendly. The staff are great miros,Vicky,george and nico always make you very welcome. I can’t say enough about the food I enjoyed all of it .

This is an restaurant too and they serve amazing tzatziki.

Nice place to stay in a great locality. Apartments are spacy with a small kitchenette and necessary utensils. Wifi and AC to be paid extra. The restaurant downstairs have some lovely food with reasonable rates. Overall a memorable stay!

Spent 10 days here a few weeks ago. Nice to find renovations are continuing with most apartments looking welcoming. The new seating area adds a shaded area to eat and relax. I've always found Angela and family to be warm & welcoming. The family will do their best to deliver requests. We've always felt this place to be an oasis to enable us to wind down and relax. Spent twelve nights here, big spacious apartment with two bedrooms ( not that we asked for or needed two), balcony overlooking the pool and ensuite bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. On site facilities include the pool, a snack bar and car rental. A few notes about the apartment, firstly, no dressing table in either bedroom, just bedside cabinets with very limited storage space although...

Very clean, comfortable and nice hotel with amazing seaview. Very friendly service. We enjoyed spending time there. Great support in ordering a taxi to the airport. Beautiful yard with pool, umbrellas and sun beds. People who like silence should take into account that there's an open-air discotheque just infront of the hotel that works till 1am.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, we were welcomed straight off the bus which was lovely. From the minute of arrival we were made to feel at home. Food was lovely, rooms very clean and a great atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Fantastic apartments, superb staff and owners. Bathrooms are beautiful. Plenty of light for the wife to put makeup on. Overhead shower. The apartments are spotlessly clean. Without a doubt I will be back.

Wonderful little complex. Excellent staff who will do anything they can for you. Food served here is also delicious and rooms are comfy and clean. We have been back multiple times and will be booking again.

Previously visited in 2019, second visit in 2022. Nothing much has changed and nor should it. Beautiful apartments and absolutely amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are incredibly knowledgeable about the island and will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommended!

Faultless stay. Everything about these apartments is just what I was looking for in a holiday. Lovely pool area and rooms. The area to have a drink/ something to eat is fab. The staff are also just amazing, I felt so relaxed. Can’t wait to return! :)

Great family run complex, staff wonderful, friendly and nothing too much trouble, good pool and bar, usually ate there for lunch, but tried a different evening meal at the many tavernas further up the hill, taxis always available, staff ring them for you, not to far to walk if you want. I'm going back this year

Nice apartments with pool, very close to the square of village old Hersonnisos. Very polite stuff, we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Bella Vista apartments to anyone.

Excellent host from Georgia and Costas almost every day we had homemade cakes from Georgia, extremely near to everything and quiet too we will visit that place again and again…!!!

Fantastic hosts Kostas and wife! Typical Greek hospitable and welcoming! By the end of the week they became ‘ my family’. Lovely fruit tree garden with your own private terrace almost secluded, pool needs cleaning and more for toddlers to do, otherwise people are lively very friendly and helpful.
