Brilliant staff, great location. 2 pools to relax by or in. Food at the hotel is good. Quick 10 minute walk down into Hersonissos for food, drink and entertainment or the same uphill to Piskapiano and Koutalafari for more relaxed dining. Only 1 drawback found. Noise carrys in the rooms. Highly recommend!

Friendly wonderful staff. Amazing family run hotel. Clean and beautifully manicured garden. Two pools second with slides and bar. You won't find a better place to call home whilst in Crete.

Just spent two weeks at Bellos Hotel. Great facilities. Really nice staff. Happy to recommend. One small niggle is the intermittent internet connection. I would come back.

Amazing greeting, attitude and staff. Rooms are clean and tidy and double glazed! Food is outstanding and the staff are amazingly patient with our Autistic son. He didn't fancy the food included in our Half-Board plan and they went out of their way to arrange alternatives. Honestly consider this one of the best holidays in memory.

We stayed a few days in Kassavetis Center. Great and cheap rooms, excellent people. Had a great time. Rooms where clean and the staff very polite and accomodating. It's is in the center of everything in Limenas and we should go anywhere by foot. Would recommend it any time.

Main bad thing - noisy. Drunk people and loud music from the club outside. Big error to take room with a Seaview. Not possible to sleep until 05 morning, when club is finish their torture. Cleaning is good, pool is good, service is good. Hotel will be good for people, who plan to experience nightlife. Beaches nearby are smallest on whole Crete and totally occupied with people. So if you plan to relax...

Leena (Lena?) at the front desk is a true “torch of light” and graciously helped me with a room change! Amazing location. So far an amazing budget friendly hotel/apartment with friendly staff.

room was nice, comfortable and quite big. staff are really nice. room cleaned every day. location is also perfect right next to the beach and everything else such as clubs, restaurants, shops etc.

This hotel has good location to the beach and strip. Friendly staff, but they had to little cleaning staff so our room didn't get cleaned for the last 5 days of our stay. The cleaning lady was at our floor every day, we met her so why she didn't do our room I don't know. Lot of noise at night when the youth came back from the party nights. had a really good time here after reading some comments was a little worried. but by the looks of it struck gold as was a little noise. seemed normal to me. maybe june july august is different. only real negative the pool sometimes didnt open till 11.30 AM it was boiling by 9 am would be nice to have a early dip but other than that awesome price for its location

Nice hotel with very friendly employees, great service, good breakfast. Simple rooms but very clean and all the comfort you need. Nice pool and beautiful bougainvillea. We will definitely come back !

Good hotel, great staff, good swimming pool, good breakfast although the Orange Juice isn't so great. Bathroom is tiny but clean. Beds are fine the only thing which sucks is that you have to pay for AC.

Great place clean and tidy. The cafe bar has a great selection of drinks and cocktails. It also serves a good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Frosso the waitress is very friendly as are all of the staff at Astra. Only negative was the dogs barking through the night.

Never stayed here, but lovely little bar with fantastic staff. Always spend a few nights drinking here every year. Great cocktails, TVs for sport and good light lunches through the day. Highly recommended.

Spent 10 days here a few weeks ago. Nice to find renovations are continuing with most apartments looking welcoming. The new seating area adds a shaded area to eat and relax. I've always found Angela and family to be warm & welcoming. The family will do their best to deliver requests. We've always felt this place to be an oasis to enable us to wind down and relax. We've been back for the past 9 years...

Spent twelve nights here, big spacious apartment with two bedrooms ( not that we asked for or needed two), balcony overlooking the pool and ensuite bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. On site facilities include the pool, a snack bar and car rental. A few notes about the apartment, firstly, no dressing table in either bedroom, just bedside cabinets with very limited storage space although...

The acropolis is a very nice place to stay and the food is excellent. This family run hotel and restaurant is excellent and very friendly. The staff are great miros,Vicky,george and nico always make you very welcome. I can’t say enough about the food I enjoyed all of it .

Nice place to stay in a great locality. Apartments are spacy with a small kitchenette and necessary utensils. Wifi and AC to be paid extra. The restaurant downstairs have some lovely food with reasonable rates. Overall a memorable stay!

A great local venue for the ex pats and locals and a venue for partying kids from all over Europe. Friendly and attentive staff. Not your usual resort hotel. But a great place to relax, people-watch and make friends.

We stayed here for 8 nights on 3rd floor. Very cool and friendly team, they can help with everything. Cleaning everyday + refreshing of towels, toilet paper etc. There is a minimum for a cooking but there is a lot of tasty cafe/bars/restaurants on the street so no need. Clean rooms, nice pool area and the staff are friendly. Good location with restaurants close by, or a little further is Old Hersonis which has some really good restaurants! The bar is nice, alcohol and soft drinks are served as well as iced coffee! We booked a taxi transfer through the hotel on the way in. The poor taxi man waited for us for almost an hour as we didn't realise there were two exits...

This is also one of the best and longest running hotels of Koutouloufari. Modern, airy, quiet and with a fantastic sleep quality. Staff will make you feel special and try to cater for all your needs

Staff were all very welcoming, rooms were big, clean and the cleaners changed towels and sheets every day. Pool and bar area was great and Breakfast was good. Great location, walking distance to so many bars and restaurants in every direction. Well worth a walk to explore the surrounding area. 10 min walk to the beach and the centre of Hersonissos, however it is mostly uphill going back to the hotel...

We arrived quite late at night and we were greeted by a man named michealas, took our bags to the room we were staying in , gave us a tour and a free easter plate with food on, we did complain about the shower as its hot for around a minute and then turns cold but when we told a member of staff they reassured us and made sure the problem was dealt with quickly, the pool is absolutely amazing, it has...

Nice apartments with pool, very close to the square of village old Hersonnisos. Very polite stuff, we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Bella Vista apartments to anyone.

Cheap hotel, so don't expect much, but it's clean and dining place is located 20m from sea so you can enjoy seaview while eating brekfast! If you would like to take a walk 400m west you can find huge and almost empty beach!

Hotel is located on mountain. There is a beautiful view, especially evening. Owner George and his father (if I'm not mistaken 🙂) are friendly. They try to help you in different situations. Peaceful location, great pool and views. George who runs Panorama honestly can't do enough to help and was always happy to chat. 2020 may not be a representative year as not everywhere was open, but there aren't many places to eat close by so would recommend a car. Had a lovey 2 weeks here.

Everything! The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was air conditioning. The pool and lawned garden were lovely. Friendly staff too. It was also amazing value for money and the local was ideal, walking distance to beach and town, yet quiet at night.

We always visit the Greek Islans and this hotel reminds me Santorini and Myconos .The views is amazing from everywhere.

Very relaxing stay our room was perfect for a weeks stay. Located on hill so not for people with walking difficulties TV had Only 1 english channel, wifi was OK even in the room, kitchen had hot plate toaster kettle. room was cleaned regularly. Small pool but big enough to swim and cool down 8ft deep so keep eye small ones.Room has air con on request 8 euros a day. Korifi has room for leaving luggage...

The place is beautiful, with a perfect view on Hersonissos and the sea. Also, the host was very nice. I highly recommend this place

Very, very, very quiet and BEAUTIFUL place. It's so gorgeous that you will fall in love with Greece if you haven't already. So many gorgeous flowers, statues, decorations. I can see all the rooms are different as some have sunbeds on the balcony, some have swing chairs. Ours has a beautiful sea view and overlooks the clean pool. Room has one bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette...

The location, the atmosphere, the pool, the beds - all are excellent! But the really outstanding feature of this place is Eva, it's owner - charming, helpful and awesome :) Great place - just what you need

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Evalia Apartments! The pool is great, and the hotel is very close to the beach. Eva and Harry are extremely friendly and helpful; Eva recommended and booked trips to Santorini and the islands of Gramvousa and Balos for us. The rooms were very clean and bright, and the food was AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I spent 6 weeks in the place and came to know Eva and Harry quite well, both are great people!, and Eva is always very diligent, willing to go to extra length to provide a 5 stars service.
