There's also no hot water in the bath, only in the shower, and the TV's screen just hung down, and when we tried to fix it to it's correct position, the screen just dropped down again

One of our party is coeliac and the meals are made personally and brought to the table. Absolute must for families!!! Hotel grounds are well tended to. Flumes are fab for the kids! Will book again when we get back

Super hotel complex, good food with lots of choice and several restaurants. The staff is perfect, always friendly and accommodating. But what bothered me insanely was that the pools are filled with salt water

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

But there are good hotel sunbeds, umbrellas, a changing cabin, a shower, a freezer with cool water. There are also waiters from bars who bring drinks and fruits

This time we have booked all-inclusive deal with Laguna Resort in Crete and as expected it was one more unforgettable experience!!! Everything was just so amazingly welcoming - the facilities, well-maintained room, huge swimming pools and recreation areas, tennis courts, the gym, reach food and beverage menu in the main dining room and on-site restaurants

The only downsides were the salt water pools and the food not accommodating for children. Apart from that we had an amazing time!!

Pool fresh sea water and cleaned daily was so refreshing after the warm sun with plenty of sun beds to choose from and kids loving the slides. Food was tasty and so much choice for all including 2 fussy eaters

Great hotel with friendly and polite staff, with fantastic facilities and multiple pools. However if you want the beach you'll need to get the free shuttle bus to the golden beach, approximately 5 minutes away

All inclusive* (*from 10:30 to 22:30) The hotel overall is good, could be great but there is just too much unnecessary annoyance especially bad micromanaging and it's more suited for families or older people

For lunch and diner waterbottles are possible but you can't get a bottle at breakfast, just tiny glasses. You have to ask the person at the pool bar afterwards, but the pool bar is closed till 10:30

- Room was cleaned nicely every day, and the hotel gives you 4-5 water bottles, when they clean the room. - Food was decent at the buffet

We came from England and spend a wonderful week in Sunbay Hotel. Renovated rooms very clean and helpful staff. We asked for something extra and they were always with a smile

One of those events per night. Our kids loved the food variety, pool and entertainment provided. Lots of activities for kids which allowed for some adult time too. Check-in and out staff were helpful with advice too

Ok so we had the worst possibly start to a holiday by losing our passports

However these guys George & Nico (the staff) literally left no stone unturned and managed to retrace our journey from the airport and we've great success we had our passports back within 24hrs

There is a lift from the entrance to the ground floor but all of the rooms are located up steps and in some cases a very steep hill. It really isn’t the easiest place to navigate if you struggle with mobility

Views of the mountain behind are great as is the vista from the pool balcony. We were also able to have an excellent view of an eagle soaring above us!

What a stay! Family run business with George at the helm. Fantastic stay with a beautiful room, lovely pool area, good food and drink and good location to the local town

A couple of suggestions for improvement, though not criticisms: an investment in a high-quality coffee machine would be appreciated, as the coffee does not match the exceptional standard of the food and wine, and a bit more variety at breakfast would be welcome

I cannot say enough good things about Creta Blue and it's owner, George and staff. By far the most beautiful place I have stayed at. The suites are lovely, the food wonderful and the view from our balcony was stunning

By the pool there is a bar and sometimes there are live concerts. In the Oliva restaurant there were also live concerts and traditional Greek dancing shows. Every Friday in the hotel are yoga classes for the guests

This is a great base to travel around. Breakfast is very good value and fresh each day. Buses to almost everywhere are close by. The beach is 20 mins walk but it is quite a steep walk

I think it would benefit from a lifeguard if only to stop children constantly jumping and diving all day long. If you want a peaceful swim go early. We had a fabulous 11 days here and hope to return next year 😀

High quality different sunbed types, plenty of parasols, a lovely relaxing shaded area in the centre gives the feel of almost like a beach club but without the party atmosphere! There is also the most quaint very tasteful Greek church on the complex which I've never seen in a complex before

The breakfast chef who makes pancakes has a mask under his chin and you look at the kitchen then there are no masks. And we've been able to eat without a mask all week

people who come here have been vaccinated and tested. This morning we were able to verify that where is your mask? Not cool. We have masks for sick people

The airconditioning is 7 eur extra per day and it still does not work. Not even water from shop is allowed at the pool. Only pool-bar drinks. Service is friendly and the pool is clean. Beach is very close.
