Hotels with heated pool in Hersonissos

The pools are all cold but as I said on a boiling hot day it's quite nice. The beach chair "reservation" is ridiculous since people are putting towels down and not coming back for hours

Huge room(1110) huge balcony. Food excellent, very clean. Great amenities. Quiet and not much pool entertainment through the day. . This is a review compared to other greek all inclusive large hotels.

Unfortunately the kids pool was in very poor condition compared to the adults only. This is very frustrating and makes families feel second tier. Overall enjoyed our time but won't be back

Me and my wife came for our honeymoon. We had a beach facing private pool room which was freezing. But when the sun has been out it has been quite refreshing

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We have just spent a week here with the family. Our rooms were spotless, great size and with swim ups. The food was delicious and so much to choose from

The only thing the hotel should take care of, is seating people at the pool/beach. Not to allow people to leave their towels on a chair for the entire day and catching up seating space

The dinner restaurants were top quality- we enjoyed every minute!!! Ask for a tour around the resort, it is so big we wouldn’t be able to see everything if not the guys giving the cart service

It's disheartening to witness guests disregarding safety guidelines, such as bringing glass-made mugs despite advice of restaurant staff from a restaurant near the swimming pool or not following staff instructions at the water park, potentially putting themselves and others at risk

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and beverages were delicious and easily accessible. I particularly want to commend the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the swimming pool

It never felt crowded because there were multiple pools, restaurants, bars and activities. You can be as busy or as chill as you want to be. Go and enjoy! I would be happy to go back!

During the day, there is a tavern near the pool, where you can always refresh yourself:) Wines of excellent quality! The animation team is just a whirlwind of endless energy!! Daytime activities around the pool, yoga, darts and all sorts of fun competitions for teenagers

But many swim on a circle or a mattress. The rooms are spacious and clean. Change of linen and towels is always on time. Special thanks to the chef! The food is wonderful: varied and very tasty

In the evening Animation first for the little guests, then for the big ones. Mostly Europeans rest, there are very few Russians. Yes, there is a small church on the territory where you can go and light candles

The beach is small, small pebbles, the entry is comfortable, but there are stones (further inland). Rooms: all are simple in design, but at the same time comfortable and have everything you need

Hotel is localized Close to the beach but if you prefer you can always stay at swimming pool. Bar available since 10 till 23 o’clock. People who work at the hotel are super nice

Pretty good place, the pools great and the food was really nice and theres amazing people there too, the only thing that bothered me were the mosquitoes but its okay.

The hotel is located in the center of Hersonissos close to the beaches and nightlife. But beaches are small, not the best. Hotels personal was polite, friendly and intrested in clients comfortability

We stopped here to drink a coffe and I must admit it was really good one. Also the waitress was very kind and wearing a big smile everytime she came to our table or just looked at us

The food was really good. I had pizza and it was tasteful and not to ‘heavy on cheese and fat’. The service was friendly and helpful with selecting a nice Greek meal for my wife.

We pass by every evening and there is also always one very kind employee standing next to the restaurant and always inviting us to come and get a dinner or some cocktail

This was our second time dining at Theodora's Garden and it was fantastic! The food is to die for and the service from Carmen was excellent. I hope we can come again!!!

Our room upgrade greatly mitigated the disappointment of our canceled flight. Our further stay at Mika Villas was also very pleasant! The breakfast was good, the whole staff team was friendly and the location was great

Hotel spread over several buildings. Rooms are simple but good and clean. Ours had a new bathroom which was great. Breakfast recommend, excellent buffet style. Nice/young people running the place.

Air-conditioning is an extra and payable at reception, approx 50 Euro per unit so you can choose whether to pay for just the bedrooms or the whole villa

Wonderful place , nice sea view 10m from the sea side, all the accomodation spaces was very clean and tidy ,nice breakfast , the room with the private pool was excellent!! All the personnel was very polite and helpful!! I strongly recommend this hotel!

Spot on. . food. Staff. Rooms and clean. A seaview from all rooms. Only problem was my room key being lost twice but that was me not them. A1.

And by that I mean leave their towels on them overnight or get up early to put towels down! Room was clean and cleaners came every day and did a thorough job

Not to mention that we had already paid for all inclusive. Food overall in the hotel was standard. Pools were great except they did use salt water so your eyes would constantly be stinging. I would not give this a 4 star

A lovely family hotel but not luxury which wasn’t expected. Ideal for families with young children. Wouldn’t come here if you don’t have little Ones. It’s a large, all inclusive hotel so you have to expect it to be busy

Food served all day and lots of choice, however, quality isn’t amazing and did become a bit bland and boring as it’s lots of the same things everyday. But again, this is to be expected in a large all inclusive hotel

However, both the Asian and Greek restaurants included were nice although not overly child friendly. Shops and beach within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Definitely worth venturing out of the resort

Returned at the beginning of July. Fabulous Hotel and facilities, so much entertainment for the adults and children. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. Food so much variety to choose something

There are so many pools it's crazy. The water park was the kids favourite and was a good size with 8 main slides, a kids play park which looked great for the little ones and a lazy river

Would have loved the option to go to the Asian Restaurant more than once as that is really lovely

There were also 2 olympic size pools, 2 smaller pools and an indoor pool

The only gripe for UK, British customers is that there are only a couple of English Channels on the TV and is more for German / Russian customers, that's what we found anyway

I had made previous arrangements with them to celebrate my wife's significant birthday and they delivered perfectly. All in all one of the best holidays we have had. Now just need to lose all the weight I put on!

The room was spotless and cleaned beautifully every day with linen changes whenever required. From the porters to the manager everyone was without exception friendly and accommodating

Every aspect of our holiday was spectacular. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time. The food exceeded my expectation breakfast, lunch and dinner were more than 5 stars

Discretely laid into the hillside. I can imagine it being cooler with a breeze during hot weather than on the coast. Apartments are spacious and clean. Pool area nicely appointed.

The only room for improvement would be the closing time for the swimming pool (6 pm is really really early !!!) please keep it open up to 8 pm (maybe not guarded from 6 to 8 pm if that's the problem?) so that we can take a dive coming back from the beach

Nice mix of hotel rooms and apartments. Good quality buffet style meals. Apartments are quite spacious and comfortable.

Also the lifeguard (the guy) and the Russian boy doing the aqua-gym were very friendly, professional and always smiling

But we had a great experience with the bar tender in some nights, the tall and young guy - he was very nice, drinks were awesome and he was very king and friendly! Most of the time was present in the restaurant during breakfast time! I rate the hotel with 3/5 stars because of lack of managing employees

Its cool, could use some upgrades for sure. The location is what makes it along with some of the employees. The bartender and one of the ladies that works in the restaurant were very nice!

In the restaurand, it is a kid (employee) who for sure is not care about his job because in every morning was grumpy, throwing the plates, very upset, zero customer service

They are modern and equiped with small refrigerators, and a small safe. The bottom level rooms have a small pool connected to the rooms

This resort is perfect for couples or families alike. A choice of sailing options are available with large yats as well as motor boats. This is a perfect vacation destination for anyone

It was all very average i guess. Me, my fiance and our daughter stayed here for a week, all inclusive and paid extra for our own pool which backed onto our room

Every day when we walked into the lobby at Lyttos Mare, no one greeted us and we were treated like intruders. When my husband asked for assistance making a reservation off the property he was told he could call himself

the gym is very hot (needs a fan at least) but the equipment is to a high standard and three days a week there's a trainer there. Only thing I'd change is to make the pool bigger

Nice hotel were rooms a lot smaller than they look on website. We had Jacuzzi suite "Anastasia" very clean no problem with extra towels etc. Breakfast buffet was average we ate dinners outside the hotel

Good place to stay, ideal situation close to the sea, town center and sea front street, while remaining a calm place when enjoying their swimming pool

There are a few large beds dotted around the pool area, bells that you ring for service at every sunbed (service is very quick throughout the hotel), music was at a good level with the mood being respectful and chilled

This time we have booked all-inclusive deal with Laguna Resort in Crete and as expected it was one more unforgettable experience!!! Everything was just so amazingly welcoming - the facilities, well-maintained room, huge swimming pools and recreation areas, tennis courts, the gym, reach food and beverage menu in the main dining room and on-site restaurants

Also, there were many large pools across spread across different zones with hundreds of sunbeds and dedicated bars around these pools

There is a beach also at the rear of the resort with sunbeds where you can dive as well. Last but never the least, there are many sports and entertainment activities and games organised throughout the day

Ideally better umbrellas by the pool, Thicker walls between rooms, less queues for the bars, separate kids/adult day time entertainment One of those places that have done the bare minimum well but not worth the price in my opinion

We had a swim up room which is a game changer with kids. Water park great with slides to suit all ages. We are normally ready to go home after a week, but didn’t want to leave Highly recommended

The check in was smooth, the room was so well equipped, large, airy and well lit. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The food options were extensive with multiple restaurants available

Not everything went 100% as planned, but the staff was always very focused on finding solutions. Room with heated pool was very nice. But also the beach front is amazing

In this respect, we are of the opinion that there is no need to employ so many service staff, as many of them are often standing around idly, but then immediately approach you at the table as soon as you have eaten the last bite from your plate, even if other people at the table were still eating

Situated on the outskirts of Koutouloufari village, Diktynna makes the most of it's elevated position offering stunning views of the Cretan coastline from many of it's rooms although a few of the lower level rooms have a view of the pool and it's surroundings (also a very pretty view)

Lovely villa. Highly recommended this place. Pool a little small and can get crowded but everything else good.

My wife and I are seasoned Greek travellers and our two weeks in Koutouloufari was our third stay on the island of Crete

The shower room also benefits from new sanitary ware with cupboard space for nik-naks and plenty of hooks for towels (can't stand a floor sodden towel)

The room was cleaned every other day to high standard by a very friendly lady who would leave replacement towels and additional toilet rolls. The chlorine pool is cleaned religiously every evening and shuts at 7pm

There's also a brand new communal toilet/shower block that's been recently added downstairs from the pool area. Everything at Dyktynna happens under the watchful eye of Vangelis

pools are salt water and are a decent size and there are plenty of sun-beds available so you don't have to go down early

The hotel a bit old but clean. Food was tasty and clean. The people they try always to help and make you happy. We were 5 days but I can say was one of the best our holidays. Thank you for all❤️

Only constructive criticism I have is on dining staff were watching all time and taking plates when people were still eating from them. This was a daily event at restaurant

The location of the hotel is really good with a shop in the resort and the nearest town centre only a 10/15 minute walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, and beaches

The girls running the entertainment are lovely and provide a couple of activities through the day and evening entertainment on a night

The wifi did not work in the rooms. The food was not good. Not easy finding sunbed at hotel. Everything closed: animationteam and kidsclub. expensive with sunbeds at sea.

We recently spent 9 nights at Porto Greco Village Beach Hotel in Hersonissos, Crete, and overall, we were happy with our stay

They even brought a birthday cake to our room for my son who turned 7 during our stay. We did not ask for this they just figured it out and did it. I highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of nice places around it too

The hotel has a lot to offer, especially with its stunning beachfront location and friendly staff, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement

It was quite loud, especially in the middle of the night, to the point where the noise was almost like a broken machine. This definitely impacted our sleep quality and is something the hotel should address

I spent 10 days here with my wife and 2 kids. It's not a hotel tuned specifically for kids but it is family friendly, good aircon, great food, great service. Really nice and thoughtful team

For the best part of our stay, the relax pool was attended by a very angry blond - haired lady. Hour by hour, day by day, she would constantly turn children away despite them having made no noise in the pool

On one occasion, she turned away a baby and told the mother to take it to the children's pool even tho it wasn't making any noise or causing bother to any other guests who clearly didn't mind their presence

Just returned from a 10 day stay here and what a fantastic hotel,the rooms(ours anyway,526) were in a cottage style ,simply furnished but with a/c,fridge and a decent shower and comfy bed and a sea view that looked out over the town of Hersonnisos and beyond

I was expecting local cuisine. However the location was absolutely fantastic. Also big shouts for staff especially cleaners as they were always happy and welcoming. The kids really enjoyed the water park

Food was delicious + every day something new from the country in our plate. The room is very hygienic and well cleaned

2 small negatives are: - airco cant work when u are gone from your room - small pool; But garden with very comfortable sunbeds and many beaches around the hotel, so no big deal. We very much enjoyed our stay😁
