The most annoying thing during our holidays was the silent fight for sunbeds. The hotel has a no-reservation policy, a lot of signs everywhere, but the policy is not enforced

Hi everyone, We spent 7 days here for the second time. I would say it's not an accident. Honestly, I would come here in every year if I could do. Why? Because, it's perfect choice for real 5 stars lover

So when you have a 600+ rooms resort and a limited number of sunbeds, you must enforce the no reservation policy. The beach is fine, but there are huge underwater rocks near the shore when you get into the sea

The hotel is beautiful, with such a Greek feel around the place, beautiful plants everywhere. The pools are so clean & the water park is amazing for all ages. Me and my husband love the slides

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The food, especially the meals at the restaurant, was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations

If you wanted the sunbeds at star beach these were at a fee. The food is okay, pretty much what you expect for an all inclusive family holiday. Plenty to choose from and the grills are cooked fresh along with omelettes

All pools were clean and well maintained. Did struggle to find sunbeds some days as people would ‘reserve’ them

We have just arrived home from a wonderful holiday at the Belvedere. We have three teenagers and they all thoroughly enjoyed. There are 3 big pools to choose from, but their favourite was the top pool with the jacuzzi

Not to mention that we had already paid for all inclusive. Food overall in the hotel was standard. Pools were great except they did use salt water so your eyes would constantly be stinging. I would not give this a 4 star

A lovely family hotel but not luxury which wasn’t expected. Ideal for families with young children. Wouldn’t come here if you don’t have little Ones. It’s a large, all inclusive hotel so you have to expect it to be busy

The wardrobe space was really small and wouldn't have been big enough for my husband and I never mind the children too. The rooms are pretty basic but we didn't mind, we were only in the rooms to shower and sleep

Awesome water park for kids of any age, sunbeds on the beach available for free, beach nice and clean, with a part without stones after entering the sea, car rental, supermarket and souvenir shops onsite

The hotel of course attracts people from different age groups, and perhaps families with loud children isn’t the perfect match for elderly people with hearing aids, but they do their very best to cater for everyone’s taste offering family areas, as well as adult only areas

The food is outstanding, with several restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious dining experience. There are also multiple bars to enjoy, providing a variety of drinks in relaxing atmospheres

Dinners in the main restaurant have different themes every day. There is an excellent fish restaurant within the hotel area: octopus, calamari and great variety of fish

Huge hotel complex, great food, however the fish restaurant could be better (grilled stuff had weird taste because the grill probably hasn't been washed for some time)

I could go on listing the amazing features, but I’ll leave that for you to discover when you visit this top-tier resort yourself. It’s truly a remarkable experience!

To be honest reading the reviews I was dreading coming here! I can honestly say we’ve had the best time here! The kids have loved it they’ve been busy all week with kids clubs discos every night for them the entertainment staff have been fantastic :) they been playing in pools all day and the rooms are nice as well

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them

The 2 Albanian gentleman working the pool bars were the rudest, most miserable people I met the whole holiday. Advice, get a job where do you don't deal with people. I would recommend this place for families

Other than that good location lots to do and nowhere is 100% but it's the small things that count

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days recently and I will definitely be returning, perfect for children, they absolutely loved the pools, play areas and slides

The bathroom looked awful, but otherwise the rooms weren't that bad. Shame the pools are salty as it kind of puts you off from using the slides (not a pleasant experience for nose and eyes)

Our room had a 'picture postcard', perfect sea-view and whilst the view might have been better from the suite above but then the extra flight of stairs! As beautiful as our room may have been, the real joy was the product of all the hard work from the staff and management

It was quite loud, especially in the middle of the night, to the point where the noise was almost like a broken machine. This definitely impacted our sleep quality and is something the hotel should address

A special mention for the front of house (reception) staff who, together with the customer services manager, secured an elusive booking at Black Pepper for a sunset meal on our last night

However, we felt that the dining area could benefit from more seating and a wider selection of food options, especially during peak meal times when it tended to get a bit crowded

On the positive side, the food at the hotel was quite good for an all-inclusive experience. There was a decent variety of dishes, and the quality was consistent

The hotel has a lot to offer, especially with its stunning beachfront location and friendly staff, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement

The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs

The stay at Lyttos Mare was just wonderful. The food was really nice and the service overall was just fantastic. The rooms with individual pool are superior and come with some extra benefits

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

They are modern and equiped with small refrigerators, and a small safe. The bottom level rooms have a small pool connected to the rooms

The only downsides were the salt water pools and the food not accommodating for children. Apart from that we had an amazing time!!

Rooms was clean and quite big, Daily cleaning. Staff always smiling and very helpful 😊 There is 3 pools , 1 for small children , the other 2 for older, 2big slide and in small pool few slide and splash area

We have just returned home from a week here and I wish I could have stayed longer! We were worried as we had seen so many bad reviews but this hotel is absolutely lovely

Pool fresh sea water and cleaned daily was so refreshing after the warm sun with plenty of sun beds to choose from and kids loving the slides. Food was tasty and so much choice for all including 2 fussy eaters

The rooms are cleaned every single morning to a high standard. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic with our two year old and made her confidence shine through

Room cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels mattresses so comfy all of slept really well every night. Fan provided for kids room to keep cool and worked well

The hotel has a very nice bar, pool bars and restaurants. Food is tasty, and although the choice is not overwhelming, it was still difficult to decide - everything was tempting

Great and helpful staff, lots of activities for kids, but the highlight for me was Rocco the magician. Very funny and the kids were roaring with laughter, as were the adults. Any chance to see Rocco is a huge bonus

- Room was cleaned nicely every day, and the hotel gives you 4-5 water bottles, when they clean the room. - Food was decent at the buffet

Nice, clean and well situated hotel with a few small swimming pools and a water park. The beach directly in front of the exit is small, but sheltered from the waves, so you can use it even in strong winds

The pools and sheer size of the place means it really takes days to see it all. The food is the best we've had in a hotel never mind all inclusive

Resort is beautiful, facilities for a family are great. Lots of options for pools and dining. Beach is stunning and very close. Restaurant and bar staff are great. Resort is kept immaculately clean

The location is perfect, the beach is nice and the city is close to have some sight seeing. The facilities were good, like the pools or the slides. The down side was mainly the room

Never had to look far for a sunbed and located well for off resort shops and a beach. Very nice food in the restaurants but alcoholic beverages were watered down

One of our party is coeliac and the meals are made personally and brought to the table. Absolute must for families!!! Hotel grounds are well tended to. Flumes are fab for the kids! Will book again when we get back

The only downside was the reception staff were unhelpful. We asked 3 or 4 basic questions over the week and each time they would say we don’t know and move on to the next person. This really let the resort down

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

But there are good hotel sunbeds, umbrellas, a changing cabin, a shower, a freezer with cool water. There are also waiters from bars who bring drinks and fruits

We stayed again for a few days 2 people for our vacation. Excellent professionals, service and all staff welcoming

This time we have booked all-inclusive deal with Laguna Resort in Crete and as expected it was one more unforgettable experience!!! Everything was just so amazingly welcoming - the facilities, well-maintained room, huge swimming pools and recreation areas, tennis courts, the gym, reach food and beverage menu in the main dining room and on-site restaurants

It's situated on the beach with lovely views, is well located with the small harbour/port in one direction with many nice bars & restaurants along the sea front, star beach in the other direction with nice pools, water park & nearby water sports & snorkeling

Also many shops and markets nearby. We were welcomed warmly, had nice time, eaten very delicious food. Rooms were nice and clean, once they forgot to bring towels but we called to reception and they were in 5 minutes

We had a wonderful holiday at Silva beach, nicely laid out rooms in small blocks not one big building. 2 decent sized pools, both with nearby bars & loungers. The staff are very welcoming & feiendly

However, be ready to be approached every 30 mins by kids trying to sell you flowers - The showers are unreasonably small - The staff are hit or miss. Some are really nice, whilst others make you question your existence

Many shops, bars & restaurants along the main road that runs parallel & fairly close to the seafront path/road

Up the hill are a series of small old villages that are very nice & well worth a visit, there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the walk, there are multiple bars on the way back down from Old Hersonissos to the beach side Hersonissos to ensure you don't get dehydrated! Alar dinner show is well worth booking in for a very entertaining evening

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

Our room was just as we remembered – spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. It offered the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The pool areas were a highlight once again

We stayed at Stella Palace in the fall and had a suite with pool sharing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the direct pool access is absolutely fantastic

Again we could not fault the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty to choose from and if you would like a change they also have 4 onsite restaurants that are also included in your all inclusive package

We arrived late at night and missed having wine or beer in the fridge, although it was stocked daily with water. The hotel offers several restaurants, and reservations can easily be made through an app

We recently had the pleasure of returning for our second stay, and it was every bit as delightful as we remembered! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home

The sushi was perfect I ordered the same thing everyday! The hotel grounds truly breath taking with the sunset views. They gave us a free room upgrade with a plunge pool. Service and staff were so friendly and helpful

We also used the fitness center and spa and enjoyed both. The massages were relaxing and perfect for the atmosphere here. The beach and pool chairs are nice as well, with gorgeous views and decent beach access

Great hotel, actually perfect!! We had the room with private pool it's amazing. The restaurants are a little expensive but well worth it and the food is amazing. I would most probably come here again

Just perfect! Everyone was so very kind and helpful. The concierge even helped us rent a car. We booked last minute after fleeing another not so nice place booked by our travel agent. This was absolutely the best move

The hotel is great, but the service is amazing. The water are good and the beach is great, food is good but use the menu instead of the open buffet, it had great things like pesto pasta and grilled meat

The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day! We got upgraded to suite 806 which is a stunning suite with a private pool and huge bean bugs for sun bathing and that made our stay even more pleasurable

Everything as expected for such hotel type. Great food, kids' animations, facilities, swimming pools with bars, night bar with live music nice and friendly people. Nice vilage with beaches nearby (10 mins walk)

Stayed for 10 days in September and what a fab place. Excellent choice of good quality food, pool areas very clean with tasteful fun games at family pool area. All staff very friendly and helpful

Great hotel with friendly and polite staff, with fantastic facilities and multiple pools. However if you want the beach you'll need to get the free shuttle bus to the golden beach, approximately 5 minutes away

All inclusive* (*from 10:30 to 22:30) The hotel overall is good, could be great but there is just too much unnecessary annoyance especially bad micromanaging and it's more suited for families or older people

For lunch and diner waterbottles are possible but you can't get a bottle at breakfast, just tiny glasses. You have to ask the person at the pool bar afterwards, but the pool bar is closed till 10:30

Life guards were on duty in all pool areas which was reassuring. Location and sea views from our room were amazing especially early morning sun rise was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Room was clean; towels got replaced everyday. The poolwater is salty and clean too. Food was average, since there isn't a wide variety. The waiter are attractive and nice. The beach is a 10 minute walk from thr hotel

I have never seen such cleanliness and commitment in such a large hotel. The pools are great, even the number of sunbeds is quite ok

The food is varied for so many people, alcohol in all inclusive is not the same, but the whole hotel and the commitment of the staff at the highest level

Food was nice with plenty to choose from but at times the food did seem luke warm but the quality was to good standard

Everything was beyond perfect! We relaxed, enjoyed the wonderful pool, food and drinks were incredible, very kind staff and the room was really clean and comfortable! Absolutely perfect hotel !!! Modern, clean and excellent service !! There are plenty of seating areas and a pools of water. We were in a room with a pool and this was a great choice !! Of course we'll be back there again

Nice place for a summer holiday. They have some rooms with small private pools. There are larger common swimming pools with bars. They have 3 restaurants with different cuisines, apart from the regular buffet

It has balconies that let you go straight to the pool and the rooms have a beautiful interior and are made of quality materials. All in all a good recommendation if you want to go and relax :)

The overall ambiance of the resort is wonderful and relaxing. There's live music at night near the pools. There's access to the beach as well

Absolutely gorgeous location, so clean and the best part - excellent staff! We were greeted by the lovely Dimitra who gave us brilliant recommendations for restaurants and local sights

She was so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome! We also had an excellent massage at the on site spa which was incredible and very worth the money

Location is great, so close to the beach and convenient for shops and great photo opportunities. We will absolutely return and I loved it here, such a paradise!

One idea for improvement : breakfast maybe less choice and higher quality ingredients would be beneficial
