The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. Great hotel, highly recommend! The food is delicious and fresh, there is a lot of vegetarian options which was a nice suprise. The staff is very nice. The rooms are pretty and clean. The beach is very close. Amazing experiance. Staying here was the right choice.

Hersonissos palace was a lovely place to stay. Our room was standard. It was clean with a lovely shower. Maids worked very hard and cleaned our room every day. Hersonissos palace is rated a 5 star but we felt it was more a 3 star only because the hotel needs to be updated and in its mantainance up keep. Took such great care of me and even upgraded me to full sea view. Super comfy beds, great Bfast, close to everything you want here in town. Cannot recommend enough!

Style without substance ...first impression ok but so many things missing .. Bedroom very small with limited storage in room,why not have bedside drawer units ..?Air con poor. Shelves or drawers in bathroom and some clothing hooks .Balcony remove table then possibly 2x people could sit out at same time .. Reception area with its all white blandness lacks any atmosphere, it's all about the look .....
