Would have loved the option to go to the Asian Restaurant more than once as that is really lovely

Swimming pool water not heated and can be refreshing! Beach is 5 mins walk if that and the hotel provides sun loungers

There are 5 restaurants, the main restaurant and taverna serving mixed buffet with daily specials, an oriental restaurant serving sushi and Chinese that needs to be pre-booked, a fast food style bar in the waterpark and a snack bar by the beach

There are so many pools it's crazy. The water park was the kids favourite and was a good size with 8 main slides, a kids play park which looked great for the little ones and a lazy river

Amazing 👏 Quality , Service 👌 Professional in all aspects! Don't hesitate to visit. The Gym and the Spa . Besides, it is located in front of the most beautiful long Sandy beach ⛱️ with sea throughout blue 💙 colour 💙

Great hotel to spend your vacation. A lot of different food and drinks. We like easy access to the beach, it is very close to the hotel. The staff here is friendly and eager to help you. Thank you for your hospitality

Rooms are big with nice garden/sea view, equipped with electric kettle, fridge, hair dryier, and safe deposit box (all for free). Food was more more than excellent. You will always find something for yourself

Great hotel, well situated with chalet style accommodation, private pools and a main pool with waterslide. Plenty of bars, restaurants, game facilities, gym, tennis courts and squash courts

Straight on the beach with another beach close by. Plenty of fish if you like to snorkel. Staff attentive, friendly and professional

The staff in the restaurants were so helpful, I have to mention one particular woman Aphrodite, what a kind and professional staff member, my granddaughter adored her

A massive thank you from both of us for my granddaughter's birthday cake and the staff for the happy birthday song. The entertainment from Pink Wave was brilliant

One small minus: drinks bars were open for a strange time frames. In the evening it was nearly impossible to order some drinks and bring them to your room). I think it was organized this way for purpose

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

The facilities are nice but the service was poor. We stayed at the Luxury Villa which is booked through Lyttos Beach but gives access to both Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare

The food was fine for an all inclusive but it wasn't great, although definitely a better experience than the chaotic meals at Lyttos Beach next door. I had a massage, which was good, but don't expect any spa facilities

Every day when we walked into the lobby at Lyttos Mare, no one greeted us and we were treated like intruders. When my husband asked for assistance making a reservation off the property he was told he could call himself

Overall there is potential but they need better management to train them on how to treat guests. I will say that there were some fantastic bartenders, specifically those in the main lobby and the Rainbow Bar

I was waiting outside the restaurant five minutes before it opened for lunch and the manager told me I had to wait somewhere else

Bar man at the pool was exceptionally good I cant imagine how many steps he does in a day and the food and cocktails were great All in all we would go back but would try to get bigger suite

Good place to stay, ideal situation close to the sea, town center and sea front street, while remaining a calm place when enjoying their swimming pool

Nice restaurant just outside named "coast". Pool was good but busy on all days

Wifi is awful, worst I've ever experienced. Very close to the beach, couldn't get much closer and the staff are lovely

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

Not ideal, but you can swim, but it’s nice to dive); 3. Meals: There is a main restaurant and 5 "a la carte" (Cretan, Mexican, Asian, fish and Italian)

This is the second time we live in the area and again we chose the same hotel because we are completely satisfied at all levels

Ideally better umbrellas by the pool, Thicker walls between rooms, less queues for the bars, separate kids/adult day time entertainment One of those places that have done the bare minimum well but not worth the price in my opinion

There is a beach also at the rear of the resort with sunbeds where you can dive as well. Last but never the least, there are many sports and entertainment activities and games organised throughout the day

There are 2 shops also within the resort which sells from sunscreen to beachwear and inflatable pool floats, cosmetics, drinks etc

The best part was there were so many guests but the place never seemed under maintained or messy. A must recommended place for family with kids and also couples. I'm definitely going back next summer

We had a swim up room which is a game changer with kids. Water park great with slides to suit all ages. We are normally ready to go home after a week, but didn’t want to leave Highly recommended

The check in was smooth, the room was so well equipped, large, airy and well lit. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The food options were extensive with multiple restaurants available

Me (29) and my girlfriend (24) stayed at this hotel for 8 days. Great location right @ the beach/the strip with all the restaurants, clubs, shops etc. The staff is polite and the service is great

Food was delicious + every day something new from the country in our plate. The room is very hygienic and well cleaned

2 small negatives are: - airco cant work when u are gone from your room - small pool; But garden with very comfortable sunbeds and many beaches around the hotel, so no big deal. We very much enjoyed our stay😁

The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options and we already miss Chef Ali’s waffles! He was very generous every morning with the service and positive attitude! Overall amazing experience with a great location near the clubs and restaurants!

The room was really clean & it is cleaned every single day (new towels etc). Special thanks to Marko for always having a fun chat! Good food also! 5 stars!

We have just stayed here for 10 nights, and had the most amazing stay. We upgraded to the junior sea view suite which was modern and a had a big balcony

They made us feel more than welcome and got to know us on a personal level which was lovely. Joseph makes the best cocktails…a little message to him ”cheers mate”! We will be returning in the future for sure

The location is absolutely perfect, just slightly next to the main strip. The best bit about our stay was meeting the lovely staff, Nico, Bob, Joseph and the other chaps

I will try to keep this as short as possible; the wifi in the rooms is terrible but works near the pool and the lobby; the breakfast buffet is horrid and could really use some additions like more fresh fruits, granola or crunchy muesli (the options now taste like cardboard), crackers, and a better coffee machine

However, if it runs long enough, this is not a problem. I felt very comfortable in this hotel, can definitely recommend it and would book it again at any time

The overall ambiance of the resort is wonderful and relaxing. There's live music at night near the pools. There's access to the beach as well

Nice place for a summer holiday. They have some rooms with small private pools. There are larger common swimming pools with bars. They have 3 restaurants with different cuisines, apart from the regular buffet

The rooms the pool and the restaurants what a high standard meticulous and fine food

The icing on the cake was Anastasia what an amazing girl with years of experience who personally took care of all our requests always kindly with a stunning wide smile !!!. A hotel that we will no doubt return to soon

Hotel by the sea, with multiple pools and for children, there are slides for adults and children. On the territory of 3 restaurants where you can eat at any time, pour food using gloves

Never had to look far for a sunbed and located well for off resort shops and a beach. Very nice food in the restaurants but alcoholic beverages were watered down

Great place for rest. Friendly people, especially ones at the blue bar at the pool :). Nice food with plenty of variety and theme dishes every day for different countries cuisine.

I think it's very obvious that the staff doesn't care about the condition of the rooms they give to the guests. On the other hand, the food and beach are absolutely flawless

You could barely notice a difference being in and out of the lobby, and unfortunately, already having traveled hours and not being given our rooms, the heat was just another add to the stress

Interesting beach, the concretes that protect it from the waves are ugly, but those concretes help you to swim when all the other beaches are red flag and the waves passing by them create a unique sensation that children likes

Very friendly staff, helped us with a medical problem. Stella Village is more for families, with activities and pools for kids. If you want to have beautiful pools with more calm, try the Stella Palace

Great and helpful staff, lots of activities for kids, but the highlight for me was Rocco the magician. Very funny and the kids were roaring with laughter, as were the adults. Any chance to see Rocco is a huge bonus

Not all the rooms are renovated, the one we stayed in, a family room, was not, but after a hot day when we arrived in the evening it was clean and cool even if the air conditioning did not work

Absolutely no complaints from us. And out of all the holidays we've had we left here feeling like we got what we paid for when booking all inclusive. Water park was great for the little one

Although the gym is a bit lame you can enjoy the healthy choices in the cafeteria and go on walks next to the beach where you can enjoy a lot or great shopping places and things to do :) overall no flaws, thank you for the amazing service I have a great time

This hotel is amazing especially for big families! The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is quick and helpful, the pool and spa are great

I recommend wearing water shoes such as those used for kayaking because the beach can be rocky in some Places. There are two average size pools with plenty of sun beds

24 and stayed in a Superior room with pool view. From the arriving to departure day it was amazing. Very friendly and hardworking staff all around and they go beyond to help you with anything

The room, though looks a little "lived-in", was always kept very clean, had an amazing view of the sea and all the necessary amenities (except the useless TV, as it was not smart, so we didn't want to watch CNN or local channels)

They made sure there was something for everyone and it was delicious. The beach is a walking distance of one minute with bars around

in the morning people go and reserve their place with a towel. those who like to sleep will never find a sunbed and a beach umbrella. you just won't find a free option

we stood in line waiting, but never found out which restaurants were in this hotel. everything is delicious, diverse, the staff is wonderful. every evening there are some parties and entertainment near the main pool

The resort is well maintained, beautiful area, room was very comfortable with Aircon, fridge etc. The main restaurant is quite large with a wide selection of foods available

The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean

Practically all day, from morning until night, there was some program organized in different parts of the hotel by the talented animators – beach volleyball, ping pong, guessing songs, pool exercises, etc

(Maybe better pool chemicals or better filtration should be used). But overall, the pool and its surroundings were very nice and pleasant. There was a bar and an afternoon restaurant by the pool

The pool – although they take care of the pool and clean it every evening, unfortunately, the pool was slightly cloudy the entire time, and the edges of the pool could also use a cleaning

The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach

- The staff were amazing 🥰 all of them friendly and very helpful. - Food was deliciiiiiooooous and variety of options😍 Chef did great job. Everything was so good starting from main dishes finishing with desserts

The room is spotless, bed is huge and very comfy, the air conditioning is bliss especially when it’s a touch under 40° here like it’s been this week. And finally the hotel design and pool are beautiful

We had an amazing experience here. The room was huge with 2 porches. The staff are wonderful and super helpful. The pool is incredible and the food is amazing both breakfast and dinner

NEMA is a hotel I would recommend to anyone who is travelling to Crete. The location is picturesque and safe, also being along the sea front with the most beautiful sunset views

Lastly, the pool was incredible with comfy sun loungers and adjustable parasols. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

everything was incredible. starting from the wonderful room we had until the last person from the hotel staff. everyone was extremely friendly. excellent food and delicious cocktails. we will definitely come back.

On our last night, we stayed in the jacuzzi room which had a lot of style and was overall incredible. I also wanted to note that the breakfast buffet offered a variety of food and it was all fresh and tasty

Beach was small with paid sun-beds and umbrella, but last day we just stayed around pool where beds are free and went for few dips in the see from there. Inflatables are free to use and stacked by the pool

No road between hotel and beach. 😉👌

Great hotel, with great staff

They have no service elevators, so the maids use the same two elevators. 5 days, one of the elevators was broken. It was really not a good situation. - There is no "Drinks" menu in the dining room for Half Pension guests

An exceptional hotel in all respects: cleanliness, food, location on the beach, staff, comfort. It's worth all the money!

The issue was that the hotel management was afraid to tell them to behave. I can appreciate it - as when I simply asked them to wear a mask in the hallway (in Dutch), they aggressively verbally attacked me

we were accommodated for 5 nights, the big minus is that there is no beach and if you want to lie on the sunbeds you have to pay €25 but the view of the sea is beautiful, we had ordered 2 rooms, but we got a large apartment with a luxurious terrace and a wonderful view, the food was good for children (all-inclusive) they didn't have any non-bubble drinks except water, otherwise everything was wonderful

but once you get there,you will love it. The hotel itself looks very stylishly , as well pool area

Great hol. Great bars virtually on the beach. Food superb. All inclusive drinks lacking - no gin or vodka? Bar staff and chefs fantastic all round. Love to go back

There are a few pools mostly small, very disappointing that they allow guests to leave their towels on the sun loungers even though they are still sleeping. We never found room at the main pool

The hotel is nice, located on the first line. Location to the sea is perfect! One of the best disco bars by the sea yelling to three hours a night for sleeping

It was a pleasure to stay here. The only thing was, that the dinner was always a bit cold and the polish and russian guests were horrible at the buffet.🙈 The Staff was perfect. Maria at the Reception was the best.❤️

I think that the only minus point was the breakfast. It was very Dutch, eggs and bacon were often cold, but that was not disturbing us at all since the appartment was great, people amazing and location very good

The manager is great, he knows a lot about Crete and gave us great recommendations about what to see and where to eat. He helped us rent a car (the next day we could already drive around :D)

The owner Chronis has seen a lot of the island and can tell you about all the hidden features and spots. Would definitely come back to stay at Sundance again! We are leaving with a smile

Great apartment with see view, fantastic staff who make you smile everyday of the week! Many different restaurants around the complex and private parking for guests who hire a car.

Very well managed hotel with nice apartments, each with a terrace or balcony, big enough to have breakfast on. We might only add some advice, to make handrails by all the stairs

I came to the hotel following the good reviews, I must say that the review did not disappoint and it is a wonderful hotel, on the main street and on the sea, the rooms are beautiful, the pool is good, but the most important thing to mention positively is the reception staff who were wonderful and helped me with every little thing I asked for and with a huge smile beyond, Everyone on the reception staff...

Also, there are some big submerged rocks inside water (be careful not to step on sea urchines in between those rocks). You can get sunbeds for 10 eur on the beach

Great hotel right on the beach, very lovely area with lots of things to do. The beach is nice, water is clean, and it could be a bit of waves. The shoreline is narrow and sand is mixed with small stones

In the night, everything around the hotel becomes a huge party. Music is non-stop till the morning. If you can't sleep, either ask for a room further from the beach or simply buy some earplugs

The breakfast was good, the dinner was great, Christiana and her colleague (sorry I don't remember the name) were very nice and friendly, the sea view from the restaurant was beautiful

My favourite place for cocktails and food for many years!!! Kind staff, lovely atmosphere, amazing music! And there is option for shisha as well!!!! All in one and ON the beach!
