Hotels All-inclusive in Hersonissos

Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc)

Overall a decent hotel, quite large, and All Inclusive worked well. Good choice of food & drink options throughout the day. Animation team enthusiastic with a fairly reasonable program of activities

However , there’s always room for improvements. Such as , why do we need to pay 6 euros for cocktails that aren’t on the cocktail list. At others all inclusive, they never charged me extra for an aperol

Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport

Very varied, many salads, different meat, rice, potatoes, pasta or fries to choose from. I can highly recommend the hotel, because even in bad weather it can be endured very well

In the hotel itself there are offers every day for young and old, which I found particularly nice. We tolerated the food well, every day something different is offered

Great hotel for family vacation. Plenty of offers for children (pools, kids club, playgrounds). Mini Disxo for children on 6 of 7 days. 3 different restaurants (2 with breakfast and lunch) with all inclusive

Also 3 different pool bars included with drinks and some snacks. The Water Park is right next door and has multiple pools for all ages. Some slides for and access to sunbeds in the park and on the beach are also included

We are On our last day at this hotel. Rooms are excellent, and cleaned every day. Lots of choice of food and drink. Places to eat all over the complex. Pools are a little cold, but everyone loved the new water slides

Snacks outside of breakfast, lunch, and dinner are fantastic as well. You can choose from fresh vegetables, fruit salads, or classics like pizza and toasties – even vegetarians will be happy

The alcohol is not cheap quality either; they serve well-known brands like Havana Club and Beefeater. And at the bar, they’ll make you a real coffee, not just one from a machine

Hotel is in the center of town, there are a lot of nearby shops and cafes you can visit. Very much thanks to local barmans Zacharias and Kostas for supplying us with cocktails, beer and water during our stay

Loved the privacy of the rooms, which were more like villas. Wonderful service and ambience. The dining options and hours worked very well for us

All inclusive buffet is very good with a nice variety each day. Rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of space for 2. We had room 448 which was in an excellent location with a main pool view and a distant sea view

Our room had a fridge to keep your drinks cool and a kettle if you fancy an early morning hot drink. There is 3€ per day charge to use the safe and a 10€ room tax per night which is paid on arrival

Bed were changed regularly and rooms cleaned daily. Pool we went to the one nearest reception. All staff were very cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, the meals were good and varied

Excellent snorkeling just off the very small beach! I would recommend the Silva Beach Hotel for an all inclusive Crete vacation

Pros: great location, diverse range of food. Cons: small room, tiny shower, "all inclusive" is poor, low grade of drinks and snacks, dirty pool, need to pay for pool towel,poor Wi-Fi connectivity.

A complex of buildings catering quite a few people. Some buildings are older than others. They cope well at meal times, everyone knows what job they have to do so everything flows smoothly

we were accommodated for 5 nights, the big minus is that there is no beach and if you want to lie on the sunbeds you have to pay €25 but the view of the sea is beautiful, we had ordered 2 rooms, but we got a large apartment with a luxurious terrace and a wonderful view, the food was good for children (all-inclusive) they didn't have any non-bubble drinks except water, otherwise everything was wonderful

It was a pleasure to stay here. The only thing was, that the dinner was always a bit cold and the polish and russian guests were horrible at the buffet.🙈 The Staff was perfect. Maria at the Reception was the best.❤️

Recently back from Crete ,Family of 5 including an infant ,We stayed there for a nearly week , first, I would like to say is hard to find the hotel , especially when you driving a hired the car

Nice place for a summer holiday. They have some rooms with small private pools. There are larger common swimming pools with bars. They have 3 restaurants with different cuisines, apart from the regular buffet

From the first minute, we walked into the front doors we were cared for like none other. The staff was super friendly and very hospitable. The dining options were very good. We only booked a two nights stay

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The a la carte dining options are incredible with 5 restaurants to choose from, all offering very different cuisine. The cocktails are made fresh and are excellent quality

Lunch and dinner are ok, but the variety isn't huge and quality was hit or miss. However, there are several restaurant options for lunch as well where the food is guaranteed to be great

Excellent first holiday as a family here. The staff are very polite and helpful. They always tried to entertain our baby too which was lovely. Especially the cleaner and lady who welcomed you into the main restaurant

Also, the blue paint left marks on both our clothes and skin. Easy to remove with soap, but still unpleasant. Not to only be critical- it was private and great when there was a red flag on beach

We had a shared pool which was amazing with us having a ground floor bungalow. I’d definitely recommend requesting ground floor if you’re paying extra for a shared pool

It was nice, but the individual restaurants weren’t top notch food and the portions were small. We ended up going to the buffet some nights even after a meal. Other than that, would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice Rooms, directly at the beach. I have booked a Massage at the Spa, it was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing and perfect to relax

The food is good, there are many dishes to choose from, but drinks are not included at dinner. The beach is across the street from the hotel, but it is full of rocks and stones, and renting sunbeds costs 10 euros

The staff, the receptionist at the Spa, and the therapist Rafael, were very friendly and the Massage was perfect

We were traveling in a group of 12 and had all our needs well taken care of. The rooms were clean and very comfortable

Overall, the hotel is okay, but the rooms are outdated (starting with the walls, which have an old appearance, and the furniture, which is also old), the air conditioning is either old or not working, and there are no mosquito nets (we had major issues with mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep), the bed is slightly uncomfortable

Modern service, pool and outside areas. Helpful , efficient and cheerful staff in al areas. Not really suitable for kids and meal times can be brisk. Food is generally good and plentiful for a three star rating

They are still doing renovations and we unfortunately got one of the old rooms. But it was still pretty pleasant for the price. The lobby and the restaurant area are very modern and clean

On arrival which was after midnight received a warm greeting at reception and was informed that after taking our cases to our room that a meal was waiting for us in the dining room

Rooms can be a little dated and basic, although the are clean an comfortable. It appears the hotel is gradually refurbishing thou this is not obvious and detrimental to your stay. Good value for money and very relaxing

Initially we were put in a room which we did not like but after we got given a nicer room which had a better view and had everything you need. Staff were lovely especially Aggellos the barman

The breakfast and dinner food could have a little bit more variety and be a bit tastier, but I always had something I liked to eat. The location is great - a small beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets are very close

People can use a jacuzzi and free gym that belongs to the hotel (due to Covid I was not able to). You get a discount at a restaurant nearby that also belongs to the hotel

The all inclusive isn't exactly all inclusive. There is a very limited selection unless you pay extra for it. Before I arrived I paid for an upgrade to a superior room but it definitely wasn't superior

The free WiFi is good, you also get a free small fridge, air conditioning and TV. The rooms with balconies towards the street can be loud - but some people enjoy the bustling streets

Nice and good hotel for people who don't expect too much. All rooms have a terrace or a balcony. The rooms are not luxurious, but comfortable and tidy

Older nice hotel with perfect location. Clean plain and simple rooms with little hard beds. Nice breakfast at hotel next to this (sergios hotel). Clean pool. Close to beach and bus stops and shops and restaurants.

Iro doesnt have its own reception, all you need as well as check in and breakfast and dinner is in Sergious hotel which is located just by the Iro

Food at Sergious is AMAZING, lots of choice and tasteful, fresh, just perfect

There was a 1000 years old tv, not sure if was working as i didn't even turned it on. There was no wifi at all even if it was advertised in the contract

Hotel was cheap and clean so everything i needed. It's and old not fancy hotel but that was reflected on the cheap price so nothing wrong with that

There was also air conditioning in the contract but they asked you 3. 5€ per day if you wanted to use it

A special mention goes to the amazing Maître Anthony, who, throughout the week and for all three meals of the day, helped me always with a smile to find what I could eat, as I am celiac

The restaurant offers delicious food, everything is clean, and it's especially pleasant to dine outdoors. There is plenty of variety, so it's impossible not to find something you like

My daughter loved the kids' club (bookable online) and the staff there. special wine at dinner) were charged extra. Otherwise, all drinks and snacks were included. The food was always delicious and fresh

I spent a week at the resort all-inclusive with my daughter. After initially being given a somewhat noisy room, we requested a quieter one, which was immediately accommodated

We particularly enjoyed the Restaurant Platia, but the buffet in the main restaurant, Enomy, was also always great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them

Only down fall is the all inclusive bar but it depends on what type of holiday your looking for! It’s really close to the town with lots to do. Walking distance from the beaches lots of restaurants near by

The food has been really good I mean what do you expect at 4* hotel there have been meals for everyone

Everything for the family stay is here. Plenty of attraction, few pools and bars. Besides that location is great- everything nearby including clubs bars and restaurants

To be honest reading the reviews I was dreading coming here! I can honestly say we’ve had the best time here! The kids have loved it they’ve been busy all week with kids clubs discos every night for them the entertainment staff have been fantastic :) they been playing in pools all day and the rooms are nice as well

Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food could be a bit better but we always found something to eat as there’s plenty of option. Our room was very clean with a perfect sea view

The team in the restaurant worked so hard and the bar staff worked equally as hard, despite some very rude guests! We sauntered down to the nearest supermarket and also took a taxi to the old town, again everyone was so friendly

We had lovely time this October. You feel very relaxed as staff is welcoming and kind. They do not behave like 'police'. Spa offers nice massage, ferrari of all massages I ever had done by Joanna- highly recommend

We arrived after midnight and were offered food which really does not happen elsewhere- so kind of reception. Beach is 5mins walk so you dont get bored. 26 degrees all week at the end of October

Room was clean and spacious with a balcony looking towards the sea. Staff were kind and accommodating. What you'd expect for breakfast- eggs, toast, bacon etc. Lunch was a mix of salads, pasta and sandwich things

Dinner was very interesting as every night was a different theme. Italian, Asian, traditional Greek, street food, fish. Kept things fresh and meant you could try more interesting things

Wifi isn't included unless you pay extra. Free WiFi in the lobby, pool and surrounding area but you need to pay of you want WiFi in the rooms

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation

Our second stay this year! Amazing hotel. I'd accidently booked the wrong room type, and we were upgraded for free. Giannis provided excellent service around the pool

The food at the restaurants are amazing, we can't decide which one is the best! Really enjoyed the pan asian breakfast. Loved the creperie, open all day

Service throughout the hotel was amazing and cannot fault at all. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Beach is a pebble/rocky beach, this didnt bother us as we were happy by the pool

The Italian restaurant was our favourite. Roula and Spyros were amazing waiters and recommended the best food! Toto and Ana kept the kids and adults entertained

There's an astro pitch, tennis courts and arcades and pool table for other entertainment. Unfortunately, didn't get an opportunity to try the sushi bar but it looked really nice

Not only are there 2 pools, but also a sea down the street. You can ride jetskis in the sea. There's also a bar, an 8-ball place and a lot of shops nearby from this hotel

You can get the bus on the main road by the medical centre, which is near to the hotel. The buses run regularly every half hour to an hour, and the prices are very reasonable

I really love this place! I like the food from the buffet, you can choose what to eat in the morning or in the evening. The rooms are a little small for my liking though

My stay at the hotel 06-11 October was perfect. The workers of the hotel were hospitable and pleasant. Rooms are always tidy and good equipped. I had nice view on the street and the beach

However, I do like the feature where you let the cleaning ladies just clean your room. Not to mention the staff are really nice and they guide you through the room

A very smart hotel with excellent sea views and a lovely main swimming pool. You can have room with its own jacuzzi and garden, or one with a plunge pool or a share infinity pool

The only gripe about the pool area was that you had to use an app on your phone ( that didn't always work) or catch the attention of a server

Great hotel, actually perfect!! We had the room with private pool it's amazing. The restaurants are a little expensive but well worth it and the food is amazing. I would most probably come here again

Food, staff, rooms and all facilities are great. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The swim-up was fantastic, quiet most of the time and waiter service to pool side was unexpected but appreciated

If you're going to Crete and want a 5 star resort then you should consider the Stella Palace. We didn't try the Aqua Park, but from the screams it sounded like everybody was enjoying themselves

A special mention to George in the restaurant who is just one of those welcoming and helpful people that makes your holiday very special. He’s worked there for 25 years and could not do enough for our family

Just back from a ten day stay at Grand Hotel. Super clean rooms and dining areas. Pool areas power hosed every morning and then mopped by the very hard working cleaners

Apparently the beach chairs are free for hotel guests but we didn't known and just stayed for an hour because it was quite windy that day Bad: -micromanaging everywhere: you have to wait to get in the dining area, you have to wait to get seated by another guy, you have to wait to order drinks by a third waiter

He’s the type that knows what you need before you know yourself! Nothing is a bother to him and we will always remember his kindness

All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable.

The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool

The Hotel was very nice, good Buffet, very clean and directly on the beach. Very good located with a lot of shops and Restaurants around.

Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it

We were on All Inclusive basis, but like any other hotel in Europe you pay a Holiday tax and the safe as we would not leave valuables in a room without a safe. Reception staff very friendly on arrival

We literally could see the staff pouring drinks from our room(not so private)! We heard a lot of guests complaining that there rooms were not as advertised and to be honest most got fobbed off by reception who are paid to act like a doctor’s receptionist and have an answer for everything

Though yes we knew it was an inland view we were surrounded by 2 overhead walkway bridges to the restaurant and bar so guests constantly walking overhead and peering down

Pictures on website can be quite deceiving. Yes we did have an individual pool but it was really overlooked. We were in a room of 3 in a row. We did feel it lacked the privacy we were hoping for

we overheard them mocking guests that had complained. Would I go back to this hotel, no, I feel unless you stay in the elite or deluxe rooms you will probably be disappointed with your room

It’s overpriced to be honest for what you get and sometimes the waft from the hotel drains is overwhelming

Just got back from a fantastic 2 week holiday at Insula Alba. This Hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve been to in Europe. The Rooms are great and having a swim up pool at the bottom of your sun loungers is top notch

Huge room(1110) huge balcony. Food excellent, very clean. Great amenities. Quiet and not much pool entertainment through the day. . This is a review compared to other greek all inclusive large hotels.

The rooms are spotless and clean, the staff are very helpful and we loved the waiter service for drinks by the pool. We have visited twice and enjoyed both holidays

You have a number of restaurants to use via their app and themed restaurant nights every evening in the main buffet area

Waitress staff were lovely especially eleni in the Thai restaurant after being treated so poorly by the older gentleman on front of house. Was a great holiday but needed a few changes and a few more smiles from staff!

The hotel backs onto a beautiful pebble beach and is a short distance to the town Hersonissos- which I highly recommend as it has lovely restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife

Everything was just fine, I had a grate hollidays in the hotel. The room was clean, food was nice and fresh and the hotel stuff friendly... only in the breach you need special shoes to get into the water.

- excellent beach, just a few steps from our room. Unfortunately, we had huge waves on 3 days of our stay when it was not allowed to swim in the sea. This is purely bad luck, can happen anywhere, anytime

- nice, friendly and so energetic animation team you can only dream about - can you imagine they made my teenage son dance one night? I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes

Getting a massage at this spa was really nice. Emma was my masseuse, and you can tell she's an expert, and her massage was very relaxing. I'd definitely go back again!

There is a nice selection of food every night and drinks are very nice. The entertainment is very inclusive and enjoyable, and the animation team are incredible and so friendly

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Excellent facilities with a swimming pool front and at the back of the main building. Great food and drinks.

However, the quality of the drinks served in cheap, old and way overused plastic cups were just below any criticism, it wasn't drinkable besides very low variety of drinks, some of them like mohito are for a fee

Nice hotel but the food is just ok. After 5 days everything repeats and gets boring. Nice pool area and bars. Low budget drinks are ….. ok. Small cups for LQ cocktails

If anyone is actually reading this review, I would propose to place a sign that sunbeds can't be reserved. Not everyone is there at the same time. Another splution could be baskets for towels and personal belongings

The pools were renovated and look amazing!! There aren't enough sunbeds for everyone and many guests seem to "reserve" sunbeds by simply placing their towels on top for the whole day

Put up a sign explaining the purpose of the baskets and that sunbeds cannot be reserved. The staff in the whole hotel was extremely friendly, understanding and competent

The food was absolutely amazing and the chef made sure everyone knew what his creations contained. I have no doubts that we shall be returning to this wonderful place

The Option to use the pool or go to the beach which was just crossing the road. The bars and restaurant gave options for dinning. The grounds are well looked after.

Pure gold From check in to check out we were made welcome all the staff went over and above to make certain their guests were taken care of

Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor! TV mainly in German with some French and Italian - no English

Excellence at work The management and staff made this one of the most memorable experiences we have had in a hotel,the chef Petros was amazing his food some of the best we have had this accompanied by the wait staff Tonya,Evi,Manos and Soula who could not have been more helpful
