Hotels All-inclusive in Hersonissos

Not to mention that we had already paid for all inclusive. Food overall in the hotel was standard. Pools were great except they did use salt water so your eyes would constantly be stinging. I would not give this a 4 star

A lovely family hotel but not luxury which wasn’t expected. Ideal for families with young children. Wouldn’t come here if you don’t have little Ones. It’s a large, all inclusive hotel so you have to expect it to be busy

The speciality restaurants were okay nothing was fantastic though. The still gave you the standard wine and if you wanted better quality wine you had to pay for it

Overall the staff were good but a few members were a bit rude. One bartender decided to come along and take my drink off me whilst sitting at the bar. Other members of staff didn’t listen when you were speaking to them

They just ignored you then asked you to repeat yourself. Overall I would give the hotel a 3 star. Food - 3 star -rooms - 3 star - hygiene- 4 star- location 4- star

All pools were clean and well maintained. Did struggle to find sunbeds some days as people would ‘reserve’ them

Lyttos Beach Hotel is a very good hotel for vacation. Meals are very good and there are a lot of options. Service could be better in the restaurants.

Returned at the beginning of July. Fabulous Hotel and facilities, so much entertainment for the adults and children. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. Food so much variety to choose something

We got all inclusive deal and it was perfect for the kids but not for adults as food quality is poor. Free drinks but all from the cheap brands

Our family stayed in early April 2024. The quality of food and drinks for the all inclusive was great, there were very few added extras

There are 5 restaurants, the main restaurant and taverna serving mixed buffet with daily specials, an oriental restaurant serving sushi and Chinese that needs to be pre-booked, a fast food style bar in the waterpark and a snack bar by the beach

Great choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and recommend the new Taste Of Asia restaurant

Huge room(1110) huge balcony. Food excellent, very clean. Great amenities. Quiet and not much pool entertainment through the day. . This is a review compared to other greek all inclusive large hotels.

The room itself is a lovely size was a very nice finish to everything and very clean. The staff have been very accomodating towards everything, the drinks menu is very big and all taste good

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We have just spent a week here with the family. Our rooms were spotless, great size and with swim ups. The food was delicious and so much to choose from

The staff were friendly and brilliant. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return

Unfortunately the kids pool was in very poor condition compared to the adults only. This is very frustrating and makes families feel second tier. Overall enjoyed our time but won't be back

We walked along the beachfront which was also nice and found a few bars which were reasonably priced and the owners very friendly. There are boat excursions available but seemed expensive

One small minus: drinks bars were open for a strange time frames. In the evening it was nearly impossible to order some drinks and bring them to your room). I think it was organized this way for purpose

Great hotel, well situated with chalet style accommodation, private pools and a main pool with waterslide. Plenty of bars, restaurants, game facilities, gym, tennis courts and squash courts

The staff in the restaurants were so helpful, I have to mention one particular woman Aphrodite, what a kind and professional staff member, my granddaughter adored her

If you want some to keep some cash in your pocket go shopping outside the hotel. There is a supermarket 1km from the hotel (35°20′07. 65″E) which is around 20-40% cheaper

Food is buffet style at breakfast and dinner, good quality and excellent varied selection. Had a great week here and would recommend to anyone

Every aspect of our holiday was spectacular. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time. The food exceeded my expectation breakfast, lunch and dinner were more than 5 stars

Nice mix of hotel rooms and apartments. Good quality buffet style meals. Apartments are quite spacious and comfortable.

Special mention for the restaurant and its chef. The view over the bay is wonderful and the swimming pool great

The only room for improvement would be the closing time for the swimming pool (6 pm is really really early !!!) please keep it open up to 8 pm (maybe not guarded from 6 to 8 pm if that's the problem?) so that we can take a dive coming back from the beach

Also the lifeguard (the guy) and the Russian boy doing the aqua-gym were very friendly, professional and always smiling

Relaxing, good food, good location, free shuttles to the beach, covid tests in the hotel, staff is very friendly and polite. The WiFi connection seemed unstable though, even when reception was good

Discretely laid into the hillside. I can imagine it being cooler with a breeze during hot weather than on the coast. Apartments are spacious and clean. Pool area nicely appointed.

A great hotel offering great service. I spent 5 days in the hotel with a colleague in June. The food was fine, the rooms were neat and it is about50 metres to the sea. Great for fun lovers

We took a basement room because it was more budgetary, nice room, comfortable bed, we were all the days out so for us that was a perfect

The sea is in front of hotel, great location, great receptionist, normal breakfast and dinner which was included in the price

But we had a great experience with the bar tender in some nights, the tall and young guy - he was very nice, drinks were awesome and he was very king and friendly! Most of the time was present in the restaurant during breakfast time! I rate the hotel with 3/5 stars because of lack of managing employees

During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

The only thing the hotel should take care of, is seating people at the pool/beach. Not to allow people to leave their towels on a chair for the entire day and catching up seating space

However, there were some guests who, regrettably, displayed a disregard for the rules and regulations put in place for everyone's safety

I was waiting outside the restaurant five minutes before it opened for lunch and the manager told me I had to wait somewhere else

The food was fine for an all inclusive but it wasn't great, although definitely a better experience than the chaotic meals at Lyttos Beach next door. I had a massage, which was good, but don't expect any spa facilities

The food and facilities were better at Mare so we did our meals there but we were treated very rudely

The dinning room is very large and spacious with an excellent choice of hot and cold food selections appealing to any taste with excellent selections of desserts and fruit as well as a coffee bar and self operated coffee machines if you chose

The same is true about the beach area. Multiple open bars are present with easy access from all directions serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The rooms are spacious, kept very clean daily

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

Nice restaurant just outside named "coast". Pool was good but busy on all days

There are a few large beds dotted around the pool area, bells that you ring for service at every sunbed (service is very quick throughout the hotel), music was at a good level with the mood being respectful and chilled

But there are good hotel sunbeds, umbrellas, a changing cabin, a shower, a freezer with cool water. There are also waiters from bars who bring drinks and fruits

Spacious and clean appartments for those which are looking for peace and relax while on holiday. The caretaker do not hesitate to go extra mile to deliver perfect experience

Great little appartment building that is a perfect base for your trips around the eastern part of the island. Owner is really friendly and makes you really feel welcome. We got fresh fruits regularly

Building entrance is accessable by wheelchair, but there's a few steps up to the appartments. I hope one day they'll be fully accessable

One thing worthy of noting is that the wi-fi is really good! Only downside we could think of is the beds being quite hard

By the coast!

Rooms were well kept, staff were broadly friendly. Good variety of restaurants and kids entertainment

and although they weren't heated much, they were fine, and the round pool in the middle of the Aqua Park in our site was heated The restaurant was very nice and we never had to wait for a table

Wonderful resort and the water park is really great! The stuff is really helpful and attentive ! The food is delicious and vary each day

The check in was smooth, the room was so well equipped, large, airy and well lit. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The food options were extensive with multiple restaurants available

The hotel is great, but the service is amazing. The water are good and the beach is great, food is good but use the menu instead of the open buffet, it had great things like pesto pasta and grilled meat

On another note, there’s one employee named Aris who took us from the airport and during our travel was so nice and helpful, which showed me what a service is all about

The Abaton Island Resort & Spa is an incredible vacation getaway! The staff, rooms, restaurants and hotel grounds were better than anticipated

On the negative side, I noticed that the quality of the drinks at the bar doesn't justify the high prices and that some of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed to me (e. communication problems with the cleaning staff)

Princess Nana is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s really beautiful from all perspectives

On the way to Nana Princess, we saw some very shocking sights and hotels, which made us apprehensive. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were overwhelmed with joy and excitement as it was picture-perfect

The staff, attention to detail, and environment were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, as was everything in the resort. We will definitely be coming here from now on. Overall, it was an amazing experience

And the cherry on the cake and the main reason I will come back is the people working there. Angeliki and Sofia from guest relationship were always nice and smiling and made me feel at home in the hotel

From the scent laden, luxury feel welcome in Reception to the privacy of the rooms with private pool and sunrise views. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful especially Michael at Reception

Food is buffet style of reasonable quality, but fairly unadventurous. The pool area is large with a bar. My only disappointment was the lack of water provided made worse by the over pricing of all drinks

Beauty in every single detail..starting the lobby to our suite.. Stuff were very nice..location was great ..near a lot of restaurants on the beach.. So peaceful where you can enjoy and relax...Definitely recommended!!!

Very tired staff, it is clear that it is not enough, the room has no iron, when asked to bring a nes 2 days, the same thing with a fork, dinner is not very tasty, though diverse, there is no normal drinks and desserts of the advantages of the hotel only for vzroslyh to 5 stars falls short

Situated on the outskirts of Koutouloufari village, Diktynna makes the most of it's elevated position offering stunning views of the Cretan coastline from many of it's rooms although a few of the lower level rooms have a view of the pool and it's surroundings (also a very pretty view)

My wife and I are seasoned Greek travellers and our two weeks in Koutouloufari was our third stay on the island of Crete

Villa Diktynna uses the classic Greek formula of multi level accommodation surrounding it's pool and snack bar

The outside balcony area had a table and two chairs and was spacious enough to sit and watch the world go by with a cool drink before heading out, there was also a handy fold out clothes drier

Throughout our stay Vangelis went above and beyond, from booking taxis and restaurants to arranging car hire and keeping our room on due to a late departure time. Nothing was too much for him, a true Greek gentleman

Room was old part of hotel but clean & tidy. Staff were lovely, helpful. Food good 👍 well done chef & kitchen staff 👏restaurant manager, lovely person & his staff they were all excellent 👌

A group of us stayed here in June 2024 and the hotel was good for the price, however, it is not the nicest but it was okay for the week. There is a restaurant and 2 bars in the resort

The all-inclusive food is nice and there is a large range of different things, but there are only certain drinks included in the all-inclusive rest you have to pay for

Only constructive criticism I have is on dining staff were watching all time and taking plates when people were still eating from them. This was a daily event at restaurant

The location of the hotel is really good with a shop in the resort and the nearest town centre only a 10/15 minute walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, and beaches

Buffet restaurant needs redesigned as counters too close together and can get very busy with everybody going everywhere all at once, or at least put one way system in place. I'd say 3star at most not 4star
