Awesome water park for kids of any age, sunbeds on the beach available for free, beach nice and clean, with a part without stones after entering the sea, car rental, supermarket and souvenir shops onsite

Drinks were good on all inclusive and the beach setting is great. Snorkels necessary as lots of shoals of fish just off the beach

We booked the Luxury Villa through Lyttos Beach. The Villa is about a 5 min walk from the Lyttos Beach lobby. The Villa gave us access to both Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare next door

The food is outstanding, with several restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious dining experience. There are also multiple bars to enjoy, providing a variety of drinks in relaxing atmospheres

Huge hotel complex, great food, however the fish restaurant could be better (grilled stuff had weird taste because the grill probably hasn't been washed for some time)

I could go on listing the amazing features, but I’ll leave that for you to discover when you visit this top-tier resort yourself. It’s truly a remarkable experience!

The wifi did not work in the rooms. The food was not good. Not easy finding sunbed at hotel. Everything closed: animationteam and kidsclub. expensive with sunbeds at sea.

We recently spent 9 nights at Porto Greco Village Beach Hotel in Hersonissos, Crete, and overall, we were happy with our stay

There are many beaches along the promenade, all are good, you don’t need to go far or go. Service: very friendly and helpful staff. They work quickly and efficiently, smiling, positive

The hotel has a lot to offer, especially with its stunning beachfront location and friendly staff, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement

Despite these issues, our overall experience was enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, and the staff were always friendly and helpful

Bar: a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, juices, water, beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, coffee, tea. The restaurant is located near the sea, very nice. Beach: the closest one near the hotel, 50 meters

Gorgeous grounds, very nice rooms in bungalows and a walkway to the beach (though stony).

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The food, especially the meals at the restaurant, was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations

We have just returned from an amazing family holiday with our 2. This hotel has absolutely everything you need. We stayed for 1 week, only a short drive from the airport which is perfect with a little one

We have just arrived home from a wonderful holiday at the Belvedere. We have three teenagers and they all thoroughly enjoyed. There are 3 big pools to choose from, but their favourite was the top pool with the jacuzzi

If you wanted the sunbeds at star beach these were at a fee. The food is okay, pretty much what you expect for an all inclusive family holiday. Plenty to choose from and the grills are cooked fresh along with omelettes

There is also a free shuttle bus by the hotel to take you to the star beach which also has a few water slides which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was €10 each for the full day

There are also two snack bars open throughout the day with one offering fresh Gyros. These were a great hit with them all. The only reason for the 4 star was the lack of room for clothes

The wardrobe space was really small and wouldn't have been big enough for my husband and I never mind the children too. The rooms are pretty basic but we didn't mind, we were only in the rooms to shower and sleep

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

The facilities are nice but the service was poor. We stayed at the Luxury Villa which is booked through Lyttos Beach but gives access to both Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare

The food was fine for an all inclusive but it wasn't great, although definitely a better experience than the chaotic meals at Lyttos Beach next door. I had a massage, which was good, but don't expect any spa facilities

Every day when we walked into the lobby at Lyttos Mare, no one greeted us and we were treated like intruders. When my husband asked for assistance making a reservation off the property he was told he could call himself

Overall there is potential but they need better management to train them on how to treat guests. I will say that there were some fantastic bartenders, specifically those in the main lobby and the Rainbow Bar

I was waiting outside the restaurant five minutes before it opened for lunch and the manager told me I had to wait somewhere else

Very good quality WiFi in all areas. Also the pool lovely and clean. We will definitely prefer it again!

If I could I would give them 6 stars! So much fun, I want to go back already. The food is amazing, the staff is very professional and kind. I've got not even one bed thing to write only good things.

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

Not ideal, but you can swim, but it’s nice to dive); 3. Meals: There is a main restaurant and 5 "a la carte" (Cretan, Mexican, Asian, fish and Italian)

The overall ambiance of the resort is wonderful and relaxing. There's live music at night near the pools. There's access to the beach as well

Nice place for a summer holiday. They have some rooms with small private pools. There are larger common swimming pools with bars. They have 3 restaurants with different cuisines, apart from the regular buffet

The rooms the pool and the restaurants what a high standard meticulous and fine food

The icing on the cake was Anastasia what an amazing girl with years of experience who personally took care of all our requests always kindly with a stunning wide smile !!!. A hotel that we will no doubt return to soon

Both hotels (palace and island) are PHENOMENAL! Excellent service; they take great care of each guest. I know I am not an easy person but they managed to make me feel amazing. Thank you for the delightful memories!

I believe the room types in this area also allow you to have breakfast in the veranda restaurant we only did this once it's open later for breakfast (Elias is also open later), so that's handy if you have had a lay in

Really enjoyed our visit to Stella village. The reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were small but very clean and possibly the comfiest bed I've slept on abroad

There is a beach also at the rear of the resort with sunbeds where you can dive as well. Last but never the least, there are many sports and entertainment activities and games organised throughout the day

Also, there were many large pools across spread across different zones with hundreds of sunbeds and dedicated bars around these pools

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

The water is also such a fun and special addition to our experience One small suggestion for improvement is the beach area. It’s a bit small, and there should be a nearby toilet that is maintained better

We spent time at the gym, at the inside and outside pool and at the beach side which were all amazing places to enjoy the views, sun and to relax to the fullest

The hotel is great, but the service is amazing. The water are good and the beach is great, food is good but use the menu instead of the open buffet, it had great things like pesto pasta and grilled meat

The rooms with pools were super nice. The pool area was also nice with a refreshing sea breeze. The only disappointment was the Budha Bar by the pool. The quality did not match with price and expectations

Interesting beach, the concretes that protect it from the waves are ugly, but those concretes help you to swim when all the other beaches are red flag and the waves passing by them create a unique sensation that children likes

Very friendly staff, helped us with a medical problem. Stella Village is more for families, with activities and pools for kids. If you want to have beautiful pools with more calm, try the Stella Palace

Great and helpful staff, lots of activities for kids, but the highlight for me was Rocco the magician. Very funny and the kids were roaring with laughter, as were the adults. Any chance to see Rocco is a huge bonus

Not all the rooms are renovated, the one we stayed in, a family room, was not, but after a hot day when we arrived in the evening it was clean and cool even if the air conditioning did not work

Absolutely no complaints from us. And out of all the holidays we've had we left here feeling like we got what we paid for when booking all inclusive. Water park was great for the little one

I've had great experience at Albatros. The staff here is amazing, everyone is friendly and always helpful. Service is amazing, my room was nice and clean with a balcony and pool view

Albatros hotel is very welcoming with all members of staff doing their best for visitors. We had a lovely room with a sea view, cleaned daily and all you need for an enjoyable stay

Although the gym is a bit lame you can enjoy the healthy choices in the cafeteria and go on walks next to the beach where you can enjoy a lot or great shopping places and things to do :) overall no flaws, thank you for the amazing service I have a great time

in the morning people go and reserve their place with a towel. those who like to sleep will never find a sunbed and a beach umbrella. you just won't find a free option

we stood in line waiting, but never found out which restaurants were in this hotel. everything is delicious, diverse, the staff is wonderful. every evening there are some parties and entertainment near the main pool

The resort is well maintained, beautiful area, room was very comfortable with Aircon, fridge etc. The main restaurant is quite large with a wide selection of foods available

The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean

Practically all day, from morning until night, there was some program organized in different parts of the hotel by the talented animators – beach volleyball, ping pong, guessing songs, pool exercises, etc

(Maybe better pool chemicals or better filtration should be used). But overall, the pool and its surroundings were very nice and pleasant. There was a bar and an afternoon restaurant by the pool

The pool – although they take care of the pool and clean it every evening, unfortunately, the pool was slightly cloudy the entire time, and the edges of the pool could also use a cleaning

The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach

- The staff were amazing 🥰 all of them friendly and very helpful. - Food was deliciiiiiooooous and variety of options😍 Chef did great job. Everything was so good starting from main dishes finishing with desserts

While the hotel had some minor drawbacks, such as the access to the beach and the average quality of the food, the breathtaking sea and the memorable encounter with the sea turtle made our stay at Silva Beach Hotel worthwhile

Go to the beach bring flip flops or beach shoes as sand gets really hot go to the beach beds as little coves you can swim in the clear crystal sea so lovely but feet get covered in sand there shower behind the pool bar

Went to silva beach Heraklion Greece stayed with friends for a week. Very hot 4th June- 11th June 24 Lovely hotel staff super friendly and always saying hello room lovely cleaned daily. Fresh water daily for you in room

Quite often you can hear them playing Eminem or old 80's club hits. Im unsure on your opinions, but that doesnt scream romance. It is however a great bar to relax at with brilliant views of the pool and ocean

We found that the beach bar was far more romantic. - We arrived at 3am in the morning. But when we arrived, they had organised a little plate of meats and cheeses in the fridge for us as we missed dinner

Everything as expected for such hotel type. Great food, kids' animations, facilities, swimming pools with bars, night bar with live music nice and friendly people. Nice vilage with beaches nearby (10 mins walk)

There a rollers on side by side bed (for easier cleaning maybe?) which is quite annoying

- 4 pools (main, kids, relaxed, slides) with plenty beach chairs (saltwater like most pools on creta, slide pools is fresh water) -bars with coffee, branded softdrinks, ice cream and even fresh cocktails (fresh lime/lemon/mint) -you need to take a transit to the beach but it's not far and will transfer you every 15 mins or faster

We had a private pool directly behind our hotel room, which was a wonderful addition. The hotel also had two large main pools up in the front, providing plenty of options for swimming and relaxation

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, and both were very good. We appreciated the variety and quality of the food

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the location is fantastic, with the beach directly across the street. It’s also a short walk to many restaurants and shops down by the beach, which was very convenient

Nice hotel, good service and nice location because it is close to the beaches that are in front, left and right side. You can easily go by walking.
