The whole resort is quite spacious and access to everything is included in the price, even the sunbeds on the beach. It’s truly a paradise for children

The food is excellent and the selection is amazing! The area can be a bit windy since it’s up north, but there are plenty of other attractions to enjoy – lots of pools, fun water slides, kids’ corners, playgrounds, and more

The staff is very friendly, especially towards children. The hotel is a great destination for vacation with kids!

Awesome place Fantastisk hotell. It was like staying in a little village, they had everything inside the perimeter. shops, outdoor activities, playgrounds pools for the kids. Beautiful view to the sunset/sunrise

You can access the sister hotel Lyttos beach and use their facilities such as the Olympic pool, waterpark, lyttopia, and see the entertainment each night (quizzes, bingo, performances & DJ nights) so there was plenty to do

Service throughout the hotel was amazing and cannot fault at all. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Beach is a pebble/rocky beach, this didnt bother us as we were happy by the pool

There's an astro pitch, tennis courts and arcades and pool table for other entertainment. Unfortunately, didn't get an opportunity to try the sushi bar but it looked really nice

Staff were amazing and a special shout out to George from the theatre bar who was great. Kids loved it and I even got to do some fishing! Would highly recommend

Not only are there 2 pools, but also a sea down the street. You can ride jetskis in the sea. There's also a bar, an 8-ball place and a lot of shops nearby from this hotel

Room maids are practically invisible, but room are always clean. Often decorate bed with towels, kid very liked it

I really love this place! I like the food from the buffet, you can choose what to eat in the morning or in the evening. The rooms are a little small for my liking though

The cool elevator had Greek music while you are inside! Pleasant relaxing smell in the lobby lounge made me feel like home and always welcomed. To the beach was 3 minutes walk

Albatros Spa Hotel: Paradise Found! 🌴💆‍♀️* I recently had the pleasure of staying at Albatros Spa Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I was in for a treat

Private beach areas are lovely too. The water park for the granddaughter is great too

many sunbeds are already reserved with towels (an issue the hotel could manage more strictly), and in the restaurants some parents let their children watch videos on phones or tablets at high volume

Areas for Improvement • The hotel’s beach is not particularly appealing. However, after a 10-minute walk, you can reach a much nicer beach

Food, staff, rooms and all facilities are great. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The swim-up was fantastic, quiet most of the time and waiter service to pool side was unexpected but appreciated

• Everything is tastefully decorated — from the stylish apartments to the elegant restaurant interiors and even the staff uniforms. • Our children absolutely loved the aquapark; it’s a highlight for families

• The main buffet restaurant, Poseidon, can get quite noisy — the acoustic level is more reminiscent of a train station than a dining hall, which takes away from the otherwise good food experience

Beach was small with paid sun-beds and umbrella, but last day we just stayed around pool where beds are free and went for few dips in the see from there. Inflatables are free to use and stacked by the pool

The hotel is centrally located near shops and beach. Good breakfast, ok lunch, messy dinner, recommend to have breakfast only

Good service except for the guy who works on the beach and rents out sunbeds and umbrellas, arrogant and rude. recommend to choose the nearby beaches

The beach was not very nice, if you are looking for a beach vacation this is not it, we visited multiple other beaches which were a million times nicer. The pool is way too small for the amount of rooms

The hotel fully lives up to its 4-star rating. Great location with easy access to the sea and convenient parking nearby. The reception staff are friendly and helpful — always ready to answer any questions

we were accommodated for 5 nights, the big minus is that there is no beach and if you want to lie on the sunbeds you have to pay €25 but the view of the sea is beautiful, we had ordered 2 rooms, but we got a large apartment with a luxurious terrace and a wonderful view, the food was good for children (all-inclusive) they didn't have any non-bubble drinks except water, otherwise everything was wonderful

There are a few pools mostly small, very disappointing that they allow guests to leave their towels on the sun loungers even though they are still sleeping. We never found room at the main pool

It was a pleasure to stay here. The only thing was, that the dinner was always a bit cold and the polish and russian guests were horrible at the buffet.🙈 The Staff was perfect. Maria at the Reception was the best.❤️

Recently back from Crete ,Family of 5 including an infant ,We stayed there for a nearly week , first, I would like to say is hard to find the hotel , especially when you driving a hired the car

Rooms are basic but cleaned daily Food was nice, plenty of choice for everyone Professional entertainment staff during the day especially for kids

We stayed at Stella Island for 6 days and in that time, we had an absolutely Stella-r time! I don’t even know where to start, the views are spectacular, the food is Michelin-star level, and the staff are professional and kind

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The a la carte dining options are incredible with 5 restaurants to choose from, all offering very different cuisine. The cocktails are made fresh and are excellent quality

From the first minute, we walked into the front doors we were cared for like none other. The staff was super friendly and very hospitable. The dining options were very good. We only booked a two nights stay

Lunch and dinner are ok, but the variety isn't huge and quality was hit or miss. However, there are several restaurant options for lunch as well where the food is guaranteed to be great

Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor! TV mainly in German with some French and Italian - no English

We enjoyed the hotel so much that we stayed on premises the whole week! Tip: for somewhere quiet to read, try the library above the Bar, most people never find it!

Plus points: Well laid-out hotel. Good spa service, including indoor heated spa pool, gym and jacuzzi for free. Staff were friendly and helpful

The Option to use the pool or go to the beach which was just crossing the road. The bars and restaurant gave options for dinning. The grounds are well looked after.

Three tiny ice cubes sloshed into a cup of syrup based 'mojito' and instead of rum, they used a 'spirit mixer' (rum flavoured alcohol) Having said this, the hotel is on the beach, with free beds and cabanas

The beach is stunning although I would recommend water shoes at it’s quite rocky in the water. The food included in the all inclusive package is all good. Perfect romantic holiday for a couple in late 20s

Palmera Beach Hotel was beautiful, clean and stylish. We had a problem with our first room, due to my disability, but the manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the sea, and the view from the room terrace was absolutely stunning—especially in the evenings with the cool sea breeze. It made every moment on the balcony feel special

All the staff at the hotel were polite, kind and very helpful, especially Mr Nikos in the restaurant, he made our mealtime experiences brilliant, he always made us smile

My experience at NEMA was 10/10, so much so, I’ve already booked again for next year having had such an amazing stay. Every member of staff from the reception, to the dining room, to the domestic were exemplary

The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort throughout. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering an extensive selection of fresh and high-quality products

We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture from the hotel when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room was both elegant and relaxing

• I stayed half board during my stay and honestly the selection of food was wonderful and I liked that they provided traditional Greek food which was great to try

The lady who checked me in was super friendly and l liked that they actually took you to your room when you first check in that is a nice touch

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece

I stayed for a week! Pros: • The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

The Manager and hotel staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and friendly. They were all utterly professional but also so friendly, generous with their time and welcoming

Took such great care of me and even upgraded me to full sea view. Super comfy beds, great Bfast, close to everything you want here in town. Cannot recommend enough!

As you can only give a maximum of 5 stars I’ve done my own rating system! Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - literally in the centre of Hersonissos with the best views! A few steps and you have the beach, restaurants and shops

However ,the place is nice, the beach is literally 20 meters, and this is the view from our balcony

! No books , flowers , paintings , magazines etc sitting there one felt uncomfortable. Pool area , why 8 dilapidated bean bag type sunbeds , use of space poor

Everything you could need in a hotel room was provided, tea and fresh coffee, water that was replenished daily, a fridge, safe, hair dryer (with nozzles! 😃), robes, slippers, toiletries and probably one of the best showers in any hotel room! There is air conditioning from the quietest air con I’ve ever had and a ceiling fan too

Really really good food for good prices! nice service and the location is top! We were here in the Restaurant and the beach lounges (not in the hotel) and it is so nice and food is super delicious!! Would give 10 stars if i could

That being said about the restaurant, the breakfast at the hotel doesn't have a lot of variation, and most food tastes like nothing. The location is right in front of the beach, and close to the strip

The beaches are better if you walk a bit further, but the view from the hotel is pretty great

When we first arrived, the service was phenomenal. We were early, and were provided luggage storage until the room was cleaned. We were also provided som breakfast

We have frequently been walking over to the "pub street". It's super loud and busy, so it's great to stay on the more quiet side

They advertise 10% off for hotel guests, but when you mention this they will only accept cash. The food there is also pretty bad

Small minus for a small and separate pool without the sunlight. I recommend if you prefer to travel more or combine it with sunbathing. There's almost no parking near the hotel if you plan to rent a car

Hotel is very good, clean and staff is great, very kind. Rooms are clean and tidy! Breakfast is great, we loved it! Location is perfect, you have the beach right in front of the hotel, and others are close by foot too

As 2* hotel Zorbas was perfect for trip aruond Crete. We stayed for sleeping and breakfast. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels also. Breakfast and service was very good

Hotel location next ocean is good, I'm fascinated and passionate by capturing Photo of the light change during sunrise and sunset moments. Overall we enjoyed a lot in Stella Village

It was one of our best family holidays! The hotel is beautiful, the Aqua Park provided all-day entertainment for the kids, and the food was consistently delicious and varied, with plenty of choices for everyone

A couple of minor downsides: the room cleaning could have been more thorough, and since we visited in early October, the water in the pools and water park was quite cold as it isn’t heated

Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous luxury resorts around the world, including those in the Maldives, Hawaii, and Dubai, we can confidently say that this resort is the best we've ever encountered—far surpassing our second favorite

We dined in the Meat at the Point restaurant, and enjoyed the quinnoa rocket salad, steak, and mushroom risotto. We truly enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options

While I could detail all the wonderful aspects of our stay, I believe those are part of the unique charm that makes this place so special

The only downside is that the hotel is closed from November to April, but we are already looking forward to returning next year

Large choice of restaurants in Koutouloufari and all we ate at where 1st class. Walk 15 mins down to Hersonissos & you'll find a great bus service with clean buses with friendly drivers & conductors

We had an amazing holiday at Sundance Creta! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed

The hotel has a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, a relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful views of the surrounding area

Additionally, the apartments are beautifully styled by a Dutch architect, fully equipped, and super clean. They are cleaned several times a week and fresh towels and linens are provided regularly

As far as location, standard of accommodation, standard of service, Pool area - couldn't fault them! The place was spotless /nipping clean, the staff all courteous / attentive, any small issues quickly dealt with (and I mean - MINOR, as a samll issue with my external transfer and they helped me immensly)
