Resort is beautiful, facilities for a family are great. Lots of options for pools and dining. Beach is stunning and very close. Restaurant and bar staff are great. Resort is kept immaculately clean

One of our party is coeliac and the meals are made personally and brought to the table. Absolute must for families!!! Hotel grounds are well tended to. Flumes are fab for the kids! Will book again when we get back

Staff are the hardest working people and always so welcoming and pleasant. It has 4 single beds and 1 king size bed which is really comfortable

The pools and sheer size of the place means it really takes days to see it all. The food is the best we've had in a hotel never mind all inclusive

I had a great time with the family, the staff were very friendly and hard working. The pools were great and very clean, there are several pools to choose from, and the beach access is very convenient

The facilities are nice but the service was poor. We stayed at the Luxury Villa which is booked through Lyttos Beach but gives access to both Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare

The stay at Lyttos Mare was just wonderful. The food was really nice and the service overall was just fantastic. The rooms with individual pool are superior and come with some extra benefits

The food was fine for an all inclusive but it wasn't great, although definitely a better experience than the chaotic meals at Lyttos Beach next door. I had a massage, which was good, but don't expect any spa facilities

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

The smaller restaurant, Calypso, is more pleasant, however the food is similar in both. Good quality drinks that are available all the time. The private beach is very clean and nice

Our son’s family stayed in a Family Room, which had the same facilities but was larger and included a bath. Their ground-floor room also had a patio leading to the family pool

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

But there are good hotel sunbeds, umbrellas, a changing cabin, a shower, a freezer with cool water. There are also waiters from bars who bring drinks and fruits

Again we could not fault the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty to choose from and if you would like a change they also have 4 onsite restaurants that are also included in your all inclusive package

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

We arrived late at night and missed having wine or beer in the fridge, although it was stocked daily with water. The hotel offers several restaurants, and reservations can easily be made through an app

The beach, however, isn’t the most appealing, so we highly recommend renting a car to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back!

Interesting beach, the concretes that protect it from the waves are ugly, but those concretes help you to swim when all the other beaches are red flag and the waves passing by them create a unique sensation that children likes

Great and helpful staff, lots of activities for kids, but the highlight for me was Rocco the magician. Very funny and the kids were roaring with laughter, as were the adults. Any chance to see Rocco is a huge bonus

Very friendly staff, helped us with a medical problem. Stella Village is more for families, with activities and pools for kids. If you want to have beautiful pools with more calm, try the Stella Palace

I am really impressed by this hotel. It’s right by the beach, so when falling asleep you hear the waves - very soothing. If you have a room with sea (side) view it’s even better

The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean

However, the room looked nice. The restaurant – excellent, great food, and there's something for everyone (meats, salads, fish, pasta, desserts, fruits, and just about everything you can think of)

The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach

(Maybe better pool chemicals or better filtration should be used). But overall, the pool and its surroundings were very nice and pleasant. There was a bar and an afternoon restaurant by the pool

The pool – although they take care of the pool and clean it every evening, unfortunately, the pool was slightly cloudy the entire time, and the edges of the pool could also use a cleaning

Every evening, the dinner was in a different style (Italian, Cretan, Mexican, etc. The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was clean

Although the gym is a bit lame you can enjoy the healthy choices in the cafeteria and go on walks next to the beach where you can enjoy a lot or great shopping places and things to do :) overall no flaws, thank you for the amazing service I have a great time

We had a superior room that overlooked the pool, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of sunbeds and couches to cosy up on. Close to the beach and plenty around to do

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here,and both times in a superior room with pool view. Both times rooms have been immaculate. The hotel has a great location, close to sea/beach

They made sure there was something for everyone and it was delicious. The beach is a walking distance of one minute with bars around

Updating older rooms & improve dining experience would probably justify 5* tourist tax charge. Nevertheless, very close to beach & highly recommended

We also went to the Euphoria Spa that is part of the hotel but you can also use it if you don't stay in the hotel. My partner had a Deep tissue massage from Lily and came back out after 1 hour a new man and so relaxed

Hotel was recently renovated so it felt like brand new. Bed was super comfortable and yes double beds do separate but to us it made no big difference. Staff really nice people! I would give extra star for cooks

The issue was that the hotel management was afraid to tell them to behave. I can appreciate it - as when I simply asked them to wear a mask in the hallway (in Dutch), they aggressively verbally attacked me

Out of protest, I refused to purchase any drinks at the restaurant. I overheard a similar complaint at another table. This is simply a stupid and trival issue which can easily be solved

We particularly liked the fact that the resort is never overcrowded with guests, which ensures a relaxed atmosphere and gives the staff the opportunity to always respond to guests in a friendly and helpful manner

Wonderful hotel experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the best attention to detail and service. We did the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced

There is simply nothing to complain about the whole complex or the rooms. The hotel is also very suitable for visiting with children, as there are plenty of child-friendly activities in the neighbouring hotel if required

They have a lovely pool where it's generally very quiet, even in high season. The village is also very nice, with many great restaurants and a lovely authentic Greek atmosphere

The location is absolutely perfect, just slightly next to the main strip. The best bit about our stay was meeting the lovely staff, Nico, Bob, Joseph and the other chaps

They made us feel more than welcome and got to know us on a personal level which was lovely. Joseph makes the best cocktails…a little message to him ”cheers mate”! We will be returning in the future for sure

We have just stayed here for 10 nights, and had the most amazing stay. We upgraded to the junior sea view suite which was modern and a had a big balcony

However, if it runs long enough, this is not a problem. I felt very comfortable in this hotel, can definitely recommend it and would book it again at any time

As 2* hotel Zorbas was perfect for trip aruond Crete. We stayed for sleeping and breakfast. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels also. Breakfast and service was very good

Manolis was amazing and so was his team. He told us about a beautiful rustic beach where we snorkeled in crystalline waters right off the shore. There were lots of gorgeous fish

The place was just what we were looking for. The price was incredibly good. I love Hersonissos- I'm referring to the quiet part where Klery is. I highly recommend the self service restaurant called DAVID

They serve Cretan food and it is so good I'm still dreaming about it
