Awesome water park for kids of any age, sunbeds on the beach available for free, beach nice and clean, with a part without stones after entering the sea, car rental, supermarket and souvenir shops onsite

Also the towels put on the sun beds at silly o clock is ridiculous. There should be a removal policy if they are not occupied or put on the beds early morning. Other than that would love to return one day

Drinks were good on all inclusive and the beach setting is great. Snorkels necessary as lots of shoals of fish just off the beach

The hotel of course attracts people from different age groups, and perhaps families with loud children isn’t the perfect match for elderly people with hearing aids, but they do their very best to cater for everyone’s taste offering family areas, as well as adult only areas

The food is outstanding, with several restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious dining experience. There are also multiple bars to enjoy, providing a variety of drinks in relaxing atmospheres

Dinners in the main restaurant have different themes every day. There is an excellent fish restaurant within the hotel area: octopus, calamari and great variety of fish

The hotel staff is genuinely exceptional. The only issue I encountered was the absence of a quick dial option on the phone for direct access to the hotel's reception or service

The same is true about the beach area. Multiple open bars are present with easy access from all directions serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The rooms are spacious, kept very clean daily

The food was fine for an all inclusive but it wasn't great, although definitely a better experience than the chaotic meals at Lyttos Beach next door. I had a massage, which was good, but don't expect any spa facilities

The facilities are nice but the service was poor. We stayed at the Luxury Villa which is booked through Lyttos Beach but gives access to both Lyttos Beach and Lyttos Mare

The dinning room is very large and spacious with an excellent choice of hot and cold food selections appealing to any taste with excellent selections of desserts and fruit as well as a coffee bar and self operated coffee machines if you chose

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

Not ideal, but you can swim, but it’s nice to dive); 3. Meals: There is a main restaurant and 5 "a la carte" (Cretan, Mexican, Asian, fish and Italian)

We stayed again for a few days 2 people for our vacation. Excellent professionals, service and all staff welcoming

But there are good hotel sunbeds, umbrellas, a changing cabin, a shower, a freezer with cool water. There are also waiters from bars who bring drinks and fruits

This time we have booked all-inclusive deal with Laguna Resort in Crete and as expected it was one more unforgettable experience!!! Everything was just so amazingly welcoming - the facilities, well-maintained room, huge swimming pools and recreation areas, tennis courts, the gym, reach food and beverage menu in the main dining room and on-site restaurants

Beach: The beach is across the road, it is not private, and this is understandable, in Europe there are no hotels like in Turkey or Egypt, with their own beach

The overall ambiance of the resort is wonderful and relaxing. There's live music at night near the pools. There's access to the beach as well

Everything was beyond perfect! We relaxed, enjoyed the wonderful pool, food and drinks were incredible, very kind staff and the room was really clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this hotel and make sure you book a swim up suite, just amazing! Thank you all for our amazing days there! See you next year!

The icing on the cake was Anastasia what an amazing girl with years of experience who personally took care of all our requests always kindly with a stunning wide smile !!!. A hotel that we will no doubt return to soon

Absolutely perfect hotel !!! Modern, clean and excellent service !! There are plenty of seating areas and a pools of water. We were in a room with a pool and this was a great choice !! Of course we'll be back there again

Both hotels (palace and island) are PHENOMENAL! Excellent service; they take great care of each guest. I know I am not an easy person but they managed to make me feel amazing. Thank you for the delightful memories!

Nice place for a summer holiday. They have some rooms with small private pools. There are larger common swimming pools with bars. They have 3 restaurants with different cuisines, apart from the regular buffet

I believe the room types in this area also allow you to have breakfast in the veranda restaurant we only did this once it's open later for breakfast (Elias is also open later), so that's handy if you have had a lay in

Really enjoyed our visit to Stella village. The reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were small but very clean and possibly the comfiest bed I've slept on abroad

We travel as a family of three so prefer when the room has a separate area for child to sleep but that's just a preference. The facilities were great, particularly the waterpark

Again we could not fault the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty to choose from and if you would like a change they also have 4 onsite restaurants that are also included in your all inclusive package

The water is also such a fun and special addition to our experience One small suggestion for improvement is the beach area. It’s a bit small, and there should be a nearby toilet that is maintained better

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

Princess Nana is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s really beautiful from all perspectives

On the way to Nana Princess, we saw some very shocking sights and hotels, which made us apprehensive. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were overwhelmed with joy and excitement as it was picture-perfect

There is simply nothing to complain about the whole complex or the rooms. The hotel is also very suitable for visiting with children, as there are plenty of child-friendly activities in the neighbouring hotel if required

From the scent laden, luxury feel welcome in Reception to the privacy of the rooms with private pool and sunrise views. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful especially Michael at Reception

Never had to look far for a sunbed and located well for off resort shops and a beach. Very nice food in the restaurants but alcoholic beverages were watered down

I think it's very obvious that the staff doesn't care about the condition of the rooms they give to the guests. On the other hand, the food and beach are absolutely flawless

You could barely notice a difference being in and out of the lobby, and unfortunately, already having traveled hours and not being given our rooms, the heat was just another add to the stress

There's also no hot water in the bath, only in the shower, and the TV's screen just hung down, and when we tried to fix it to it's correct position, the screen just dropped down again

When we were finally shown to our rooms, I was just simply disappointed. I believe that the minimum for every and any hotel is cleanliness, and this place definitely didn't have that

We arrived early to the hotel, so we weren't given our rooms yet, we had to wait for around three hours. That's perfectly fine, I understand, I'm not here to complain about that

do a fantastic job! Clearly working very hard and provide that extra level of care and service. You'll not be short of things to do, with plenty of pools, arcade games, beach, bars and restaurants a short walk away

Interesting beach, the concretes that protect it from the waves are ugly, but those concretes help you to swim when all the other beaches are red flag and the waves passing by them create a unique sensation that children likes

Great and helpful staff, lots of activities for kids, but the highlight for me was Rocco the magician. Very funny and the kids were roaring with laughter, as were the adults. Any chance to see Rocco is a huge bonus

Not all the rooms are renovated, the one we stayed in, a family room, was not, but after a hot day when we arrived in the evening it was clean and cool even if the air conditioning did not work

Absolutely no complaints from us. And out of all the holidays we've had we left here feeling like we got what we paid for when booking all inclusive. Water park was great for the little one

A very clean hotel with fabulous staff, the food is not overly diverse but very good and sufficient

Although the gym is a bit lame you can enjoy the healthy choices in the cafeteria and go on walks next to the beach where you can enjoy a lot or great shopping places and things to do :) overall no flaws, thank you for the amazing service I have a great time

Updating older rooms & improve dining experience would probably justify 5* tourist tax charge. Nevertheless, very close to beach & highly recommended

We also went to the Euphoria Spa that is part of the hotel but you can also use it if you don't stay in the hotel. My partner had a Deep tissue massage from Lily and came back out after 1 hour a new man and so relaxed

24 and stayed in a Superior room with pool view. From the arriving to departure day it was amazing. Very friendly and hardworking staff all around and they go beyond to help you with anything

We enjoyed our first stay here and fell in love with Crete/Greece. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back at some point. Thank you to all the staff, you were amazing

The room was spacious and cleaned every day if you wanted to. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were buffet and changed a little at breakfast to something different at dinner everyday

in the morning people go and reserve their place with a towel. those who like to sleep will never find a sunbed and a beach umbrella. you just won't find a free option

Very nice hotel and very value for money. Food was fabulous, especially in the Mediterranean Restaurant. We booked a suite and when we saw the room, we were speechless

Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

we stood in line waiting, but never found out which restaurants were in this hotel. everything is delicious, diverse, the staff is wonderful. every evening there are some parties and entertainment near the main pool

The resort is well maintained, beautiful area, room was very comfortable with Aircon, fridge etc. The main restaurant is quite large with a wide selection of foods available

The beach was sandy and clean, with the option to use the hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas for free. The sea in this area is very clean

Practically all day, from morning until night, there was some program organized in different parts of the hotel by the talented animators – beach volleyball, ping pong, guessing songs, pool exercises, etc

Despite the fact that the hotel could use a bit of renovation or repairs, I highly recommend it, and these shortcomings are definitely balanced out by the excellent staff, location, and delicious cuisine

However, the room looked nice. The restaurant – excellent, great food, and there's something for everyone (meats, salads, fish, pasta, desserts, fruits, and just about everything you can think of)

The bar offered a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were very good – prepared by a skilled bartender. The hotel is located right by the beach

- The staff were amazing 🥰 all of them friendly and very helpful. - Food was deliciiiiiooooous and variety of options😍 Chef did great job. Everything was so good starting from main dishes finishing with desserts

Beach was small with paid sun-beds and umbrella, but last day we just stayed around pool where beds are free and went for few dips in the see from there. Inflatables are free to use and stacked by the pool

They have no service elevators, so the maids use the same two elevators. 5 days, one of the elevators was broken. It was really not a good situation. - There is no "Drinks" menu in the dining room for Half Pension guests

An exceptional hotel in all respects: cleanliness, food, location on the beach, staff, comfort. It's worth all the money!

The issue was that the hotel management was afraid to tell them to behave. I can appreciate it - as when I simply asked them to wear a mask in the hallway (in Dutch), they aggressively verbally attacked me

We arrived early morning and they offer us beach towels, sun beds to swimming pool to relax until they prepare the rooms for us - and they did it faster the we expected

Location is great, so close to the beach and convenient for shops and great photo opportunities. We will absolutely return and I loved it here, such a paradise!

it's fun to wake up in the morning in front of the sea and it's fun to end the evening in front of the breeze from the sea. A large pool with many sunbeds, adjoining tables and umbrellas all around

Absolutely gorgeous location, so clean and the best part - excellent staff! We were greeted by the lovely Dimitra who gave us brilliant recommendations for restaurants and local sights

She was so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome! We also had an excellent massage at the on site spa which was incredible and very worth the money

There are a few pools mostly small, very disappointing that they allow guests to leave their towels on the sun loungers even though they are still sleeping. We never found room at the main pool

If you want a well-located hotel, near to beaches and pubs, which is well-priced and comfortable, look no further than here

A complex of buildings catering quite a few people. Some buildings are older than others. They cope well at meal times, everyone knows what job they have to do so everything flows smoothly

we were accommodated for 5 nights, the big minus is that there is no beach and if you want to lie on the sunbeds you have to pay €25 but the view of the sea is beautiful, we had ordered 2 rooms, but we got a large apartment with a luxurious terrace and a wonderful view, the food was good for children (all-inclusive) they didn't have any non-bubble drinks except water, otherwise everything was wonderful

Great hol. Great bars virtually on the beach. Food superb. All inclusive drinks lacking - no gin or vodka? Bar staff and chefs fantastic all round. Love to go back

It was a pleasure to stay here. The only thing was, that the dinner was always a bit cold and the polish and russian guests were horrible at the buffet.🙈 The Staff was perfect. Maria at the Reception was the best.❤️

Please keep in mind that the beach has a lot of stones and might need water shoes if you want to swim and keep you legs and toes safe

I came to the hotel following the good reviews, I must say that the review did not disappoint and it is a wonderful hotel, on the main street and on the sea, the rooms are beautiful, the pool is good, but the most important thing to mention positively is the reception staff who were wonderful and helped me with every little thing I asked for and with a huge smile beyond, Everyone on the reception staff...

If you want sleep, definately stay away from beach side rooms. Wery noisy and room is not soundproof as said in hotel info. Elevator is from year 1800. I dont reccommend take dinner from hotel. Otherwise okay hotel.

Great hotel right on the beach, very lovely area with lots of things to do. The beach is nice, water is clean, and it could be a bit of waves. The shoreline is narrow and sand is mixed with small stones

Also, there are some big submerged rocks inside water (be careful not to step on sea urchines in between those rocks). You can get sunbeds for 10 eur on the beach

My favourite place for cocktails and food for many years!!! Kind staff, lovely atmosphere, amazing music! And there is option for shisha as well!!!! All in one and ON the beach!

The location is absolutely perfect, just slightly next to the main strip. The best bit about our stay was meeting the lovely staff, Nico, Bob, Joseph and the other chaps

They made us feel more than welcome and got to know us on a personal level which was lovely. Joseph makes the best cocktails…a little message to him ”cheers mate”! We will be returning in the future for sure

We have just stayed here for 10 nights, and had the most amazing stay. We upgraded to the junior sea view suite which was modern and a had a big balcony

However, if it runs long enough, this is not a problem. I felt very comfortable in this hotel, can definitely recommend it and would book it again at any time

Amazing location, breakfast was perfect, the food in general they served was very nice. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily

Fantastic location too, the only fault is the gym equipment (lat pull down machine) is faulty and cannot be used at all. All in all completely worth the money and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again

The service was excellent, great food and well-designed hotel. The location is fabulous with a private beach. The room was nice, but there is a significant mosquitos issue. You literally can’t sit in the terrace

The most disappointing thing is that the hotel doesn’t do anything about that, neither mosquitoes traps nor repellents. We stayed in the end of September in a room with a private pool

The cocktails are delicious, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality. I highly recommend trying it! The beach is decent but could benefit from better maintenance

Wonderful Stay at NEMA We had an amazing experience staying at NEMA! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredibly friendly and attentive service

After a storm, a significant amount of seaweed washed ashore, emitting an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to enter the sea. Additionally, there are areas for improvement in cleanliness

At the reception we can all learn. The evening menu is always different. Meat: the lamb (wonderful), pork and chicken in various forms, including the grill. A variety of desserts, ice cream

The restaurant is great, various delicious food, friendly and nice staff. Clean rooms, helpful reception. I don't have any bad thoughts about this place, i recommend!

Nice place, if you are smiling everyone around you are also smiling, friendly people, you can always talk about your probléms, if you think that is small room they will find solution for you, food is fresh, i love salades, vagatables and feta cheese or you have to try black olives, amazing

I think that the only minus point was the breakfast. It was very Dutch, eggs and bacon were often cold, but that was not disturbing us at all since the appartment was great, people amazing and location very good

The manager is great, he knows a lot about Crete and gave us great recommendations about what to see and where to eat. He helped us rent a car (the next day we could already drive around :D)

The owner Chronis has seen a lot of the island and can tell you about all the hidden features and spots. Would definitely come back to stay at Sundance again! We are leaving with a smile

Great apartment with see view, fantastic staff who make you smile everyday of the week! Many different restaurants around the complex and private parking for guests who hire a car.

Very well managed hotel with nice apartments, each with a terrace or balcony, big enough to have breakfast on. We might only add some advice, to make handrails by all the stairs

For elderly people or those who have trouble with their balance, they miss them. We had to think hard to find anything else to whine about, this place is really good!
