Consists of two 5-storey buildings.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. The beach is 5 km away.

We stayed for 2 nights between 29.06.2025 and 01.07.2025. The hotel reception was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, the restaurant section is not suitable for children. When I entered with my 2-year-old baby in a stroller, we put it on the edge of the table on the first day. A lady came immediately and said in a harsh tone to pull it aside. On the second day, she said it was forbidden to enter with a stroller. In other words, how are we going to have breakfast with a baby in one hand and a plate in the other? Just returned home from a one week stay at this hotel. The hotel has a fantastic location... It's super easy to walk to the marina or the old town, there is a small supermarket next door and an amazing ice cream shop a couple of mins down the road.
The majority of staff are super helpful and friendly with a couple (whose names escape me, female blond hair and glasses works in the pool bar during the day and male with dark hair who works in the pool bar at night) being completely wonderful and a real asset to the hotel.
Our room was just as pictured and the shower was wonderful!
We didn't like the cooked breakfast options in the morning, but the yogurt, fruits and breads were nice enough and the food available for lunch from the pool bar was all really good... The tzatiki, chips, baguettes, wraps and pizzas were all great and we enjoyed eating there.
The biggest issue we had during our stay was the pool and some of the other guests... The pool and number of sunbeds is really far too small for this size of hotel, we saw two men arguing and almost have a fight over beds, a man decided to move my bed to a different location while I was in the pool so he could squeeze more in next to his group, you'd regularly see a family or a couple sharing a single bed, and see people coming and then going as no beds were left. The hotel also allows balls in the pool, and some of the men were quite aggressive with throwing it to each other, which made it feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe - I saw a girl hit in the face with one at one point, and although she was fine, its not the kind of environment I like. The hotel also allows smoking and vaping around the pool and the pool bar, which I didn't like.
Overall the hotel is very well located, it's nice and clean, and the staff are lovely. If a pool isn't important to your holiday or if you don't mind a very active pool and an early scramble for a bed then I'd totally recommend this hotel, but if you prefer a quieter pool and a lie in then I probably wouldn't.

Just had our 3rd visit. We love Kos and travel there frequently. Tried some different hotels/aparments - but all in all. Price-performance here is perfect. Nice, modern, clean, good breakfast, the best staff, comfortable rooms and all in all a great location for travelling around the island. Walk around the town and enjoy every night, travel the island by car during the day ... We'll be back again. :)

Stayed here with my husband and our 9 year old son (one room accommodation) in early May. Very friendly staff, clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was very rich with some changes every morning.
Plenty of storage/cabinets in the room. Good location just outside the busy streets of the center/old town of Kos City, quiet at nights. Easy access with a rental car, almost everyday we could park straight in front of the hotel.
Pool area was safe and clean, and the pool itself was just the right size for our son with its depth between 1,10-1,50m.
Keep in mind whilst booking, that there is no actual bathroom, but small separate toilet and shower and the sinks are outside the stalls. This became a tiny problem for us because I tend to wake up earlier than the rest of the family and would have loved to wash up, put on sunscreen etc. without waking up others with the lights. Yet of course we knew this ourselves when we booked our room, so as mentioned, not that big of a deal 😊

We had such a lovely stay! The room was beautiful. The staff were all fantastic—especially Michael at breakfast and Pam in the spa. They were both so kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well looked after.

In a word, perfect. A lot of hotels use the word suite, but we booked a suite in the hotel at a very reasonable rate and it was amazing. Elegant, beautiful, easy to access. I love a hotel that nails every detail of the perfect experience. Nothing over the top, just executed perfectly. Room was so comfortable and easy to be here. Best of all, everyone is pleased to be helpful, and down to little things like the woman at the restaurant remembered exactly the coffee I ordered the day before and was delighted to bring up to us the next day. The hotel is quiet yet perfectly situated blocks from the water and old town. The pool and pool bar was a great touch. Loved the stay in every possible way.

Lovely hotel a short walk from harbour. Very friendly staff - always smiling! Rooms amazingly clean, bed very comfortable, nice size room - we are on 1st floor overlooking the pool. Breakfast - fantastic choice - no one could complain about the variety. Loving here!
