Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of.

Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet.

Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. Mariana was lovely. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing. Loved it here and we don’t want to leave!

We recently stayed at the Mitsis Ramira and had an overall enjoyable experience, though there were some areas for improvement. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and unfortunately located in front of the hotel’s air conditioning engine, which made it less than ideal. The main building rooms could definitely benefit from some renovations to match the rest of the hotel's offerings.

On a positive note, the food had a lot of variety and was generally good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was a highlight—very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of a very nice beach, though it is a bit stony, so something to keep in mind.

The animation team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained with fun and interesting activities throughout the day. There was a dedicated crew for children, and activities like morning yoga and more, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if the room conditions improve with some updates.

Mitsis Ramira is the best hotel I've stayed at. The whole experience is incredible. The room surprised me in how spacious it was and how clean it is. They really pay attention to every little detail and it makes it feel like home. The staff is extremely attentive and kind. I want to definitely book a return trip.

I met a lady who has worked here for 27 years and now I understand why the love for the guests comes through, because they treat you like family.

Enjoyed a great stay. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean well serviced by staff. All staff were very helpful , cheerful and friendly with a ready smile.Catering was excellent with extensive variety of well balanced food for all tastes. Bar staff in the hotel from main bar area to beach were very attentive.

We had a pleasant stay at Mitsis Ramira Hotel as a family of three. The staff were amazing and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and activities, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The hotel is starting to look a bit dated, and the kids club, needs an update. The huts where the kids club is located were too hot, making it uncomfortable for the children. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of seafood options. There was only one night where we had stuffed calamari and prawns, which seemed unusual given the hotel’s coastal location.

Prior to our arrival, I sent a message with some requests, but when we arrived, we were told they hadn’t received the request. This was a bit frustrating.

Overall, we had a good time, but addressing these issues could make the experience even better. I would give the hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

Just returned from a stay at the Mitsis Ramira Hotel, and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made our stay really enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent.

We loved the beautiful pools and the easy access to the beach. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone.

What really made our stay special was the top-notch service. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Mitsis Ramira to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed hotel.

Without any doubt one of the best hotels in the area! We are currently staying here for 1 week and everything is perfect!
The room is not the typical 5* hotel room you would get in western Europe but it does the job! The hotel is very clean and all people working here are very friendly and caring! The food is tasty and and is different everyday.

Housekeeping is doing an excellent job and little details are not overlooked. Also, we are traveling with our baby which one of the people of the cleaning noticed and made sure we had enough water on the room for the feeding bottle. Very nice! Whoever you are, thank you! 🙏🏻

We have had a fabulous holiday at Mitsis Ramira. The staff here are exceptional. We were travelling with my elderly parents one of whom has dementia and everything has been perfect. Food has been delicious with so much choice. Highly recommend this hotel.
