It is a good hotel deliciaus food, super nice people, everything is perfect. Especially the staff take care of everything very nicely and smiled the whole week.

We have just stayed at Mitsis Ramira for 11 nights, travelling from the UK as a family of 3 - 2 adults and a 16 year old. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the staff are incredible and are really keen to ensure that you have had a good stay and will promptly sort out any issues reported. The room itself was nice - we had a family room so had a partition between the main bedroom and the extra bedroom. The room was cleaned daily and had a more than adequate mini bar which was regularly re-stocked although light and no-sugar drinks are not available. The beach and beach bar were fantastic and the staff down there incredibly helpful and friendly. Bezhad never stopped and always checked that we had everything we needed - he is an absolute asset to this hotel. We split our time between the pool and the beach. At the beginning of the holiday, sunbeds by the pool were rarely reserved and it was easy to get a bed with a parasol at 9/930am. As our time went on, beds started to be reserved earlier despite signs saying that beds could not be reserved and items would be removed, which we did see a couple of times. If you want to put your towels out early, you need to stay with them. It should be noted that staff did find beds for people who asked when they couldn't find any themselves - this often resulted in towels being removed from unused beds. The main salt water pool is very deep - at least 2m all the way around except for one small area of steps and a platform within the pool which you’re able to sit on. There is another smaller pool that I think had the day time entertainment in, and also a kids pool with a slide. Drinks are available at the main pool from 9am. There is one waiter who will come and take drinks orders and bring them to you but the pool is far too busy for just one person to manage. At least one other waiter is needed here. You can go and get your own from the bar but you may have to wait until the orders sent through from the waiter are done. Having said this, the waiter is fantastic and never stops. The a la carte restaurants were brilliant. The food and service were outstanding. We would highly recommend eating at these. The main restaurant felt repetitive and that there wasn’t much we could choose from outside of salad! There was a lot of pork offered and lots of sauce based dishes, which isn’t ideal for fussy eaters. We are not fussy eaters but we struggled to find food we wanted to eat. There are menus for drinks but staff are happy to make any drink that isn’t on the menu and whilst there are some premium spirits available the choice is limited (no bourbon at all). During the day, crepes, waffles and ice creams are available but be prepared to queue as this isn’t the most efficient line as everything is made to order. We found 230/3pm a good time to go for minimal queuing. We did go to Kos town - we took the bus for €2 each, each way. There’s a bus stop right outside the main entrance and it takes about 10 minutes

My son and I have had an awesome time here! Staff really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable; from those serving drinks, food and cleaning staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, I loved that we never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Great location on the beach, clean rooms and great food! Highly recommend the Italian restaurant 🙂

1st all inclusive family holiday and certainly didn’t disappoint. Cleanliness outstanding. The staff make the hotel excellent . Nothing too much . Edi working in the breakfast team worked so hard to make everything right. Reception / customer service staff nothing too much trouble. Can be difficult to get beds by the pool so head to the beach . The beach staff personify our experience which was service with a smile.

We really recomend staying in the hotel, food is amazing, rooms are clean by really nice pearsons (espiwcially Mirella), stuff of the hotel is really helpfull, for sure we’ll come back :)

Hotel nice and staff very helpful. Entertainment ok but could be better i think. Service for drinks very slow in the evening but in day by pool service excellent and the man who comes round is great and has a laugh with you. Rooms were big but dont pay for seaview like we did as we were just overlooking pool with sea in distance - views would be good no matter where you are i would think. Beds on beach not very clean and beach very stoney. Sunbeds around pool not good if you have a bad back . Food in resturant was ok but barely warm and this lets the hotel down really. Same things every day. We asked one day for coffee and although most of the staff were very nice one young boy was paticularly rude with us. But everybody else was amazing. Nothing in the area to do so a few nights we got bus outside hotel into kos town - about 2 miles away. Overall very nice holiday.

I cannot say how wonderful this hotel is! My friends and I were there for a week and flew back yesterday and I already miss it!! The staff are so lovely always making us feel welcome! Making sure we always have a drink in hand. We made so many friends with all the staff who put up with our chatting . the housekeepers are also so lovely leaving us flowers in our room. The facilities are also so lovely beds are so comfortable the pool is amazing and it’s a short walk from the beach!! Can’t wait to come again next year

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing, can't do enough for you and very friendly and alway happy. Food is the best I've had in an all inclusive and the drink especially the cocktails are very good. The view from our room is amazing and there is our own private beach too with food and drink. You don't do anything the staff do it all. You order your drinks, you get seated to eat and they serve you by the pool. It is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in. Highly recommend it. Your a bit out the way here so a car is a very good option, then can go anywhere. I've had the best time and will definitely be coming back.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of.

Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet.

Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰
