My stay is very relaxing and rejuvenating getaway , beautiful weather and the people around me are kind and welcoming as it’s my first time in Greece 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Hotel was a little outdated ie bathrooms and restaurants/dining area. We was also only served a drink once when eating at the AI buffet. Sometimes we would get to the end of our meal before being offered a drink- there is no self service drinks bar around the Al buffet. This was a lot better in the restaurant where we would be offered multiple drinks throughout our meal! The absolute highlight of the trip was the bartender by the main bar, he kept me and my partner laughing all the time, he remembered my favourite drinks and would bring them out even without me asking. He was serving everyone by the pool by himself which meant that there could be a delay in getting a drink but we would just go up ourselves. Another amazing highlight was the crepes and the gyros at the beach bars wow these were 10/10 I had multiple each day. We didn’t stay for much of the evening entertainment as we preferred to play games on our balcony but when we did it was really good! Lots of music lights and we was served multiple drinks by our table so it was lovely. Overall me and my partner rate this at 3.5/5 there was definitely some highlights and we would 100% go to mitsis Ramira again! We don’t feel as though it is a 5* hotel so the price could definitely reflect the fact it’s probably a 3/4 but it was a lovely holiday and all of the staff from the receptionist to the bar staff and cooks were brilliant and we could not fault them or their service

We had a great time here during the first week in June! I have to start by giving credit to Kat who runs the kids club and mini disco, she absolutely made our holiday, couldn't imagine doing it without her. Our children are 7 and 4 so previously haven't spent much time in kids clubs at other hotels, we are also pretty protective parents, but Kat was amazing with the kids. So many amazing activities every day, the kids were watching the clock to get back to her. They cried more when we had to go home due to missing Kat, rather than the holiday ending! I could go on all day but just know that she is the best of the best! Our family room was a great size, kids were separated just enough from the main bed with their own single beds, but also close enough for peace of mind. Mini bar refilled every 2 days free of charge, always done consistently. Food was great, plenty of options from the main buffet, the gyros and pitta from the beach bar are insanely good, and the creperie is amazing when you want something sweeter or lighter. You usually have to wait a while at the beach bar and creperie but you can see the staff are working very hard, there's no improvement to be made but I will say it's worth the wait anyway. The A La Carte restaurants are all amazing, your wine or water glass is never empty, and the food was top tier. We tried them all and reception kindly sorted us a second night in the Italian. We had a ground floor room and there were loads of ants from the moment we arrived inside the room, all over the floors, counters etc., but I guess this is to be expected. We considered asking to move rooms but we decided to just see how it goes. The cleaner did a great job daily to control it, and although the ants noticeably returned every day, it weren't enough to turn us off. I have no doubts we could have changed rooms if we really wanted. It can take a while to get served during the late afternoon and evening at the main bar, the staff are quite friendly but sometimes you do really have to try hard to get their attention and order drinks. Again, not enough to impact a 5 star review overall but it was borderline. The guy who serves drinks at the main bar and pool (sorry I can't remember your name) is fantastic, we didn't spend much time there because the other pool was better for the kids, but whenever we did go he would really look after us. Massive shout out to Ergest at the bar for the kids pool, really nice guy, very polite and great at his job. Worst was probably the service during breakfast in the main restaurant. Food is self serve but the drinks must be ordered. Most days we waited too long to be asked what we wanted, and quite a while for them to come. I also don't think there was 1 single day where we actually got what we asked for first time, and one day we had to ask about 4 different people before giving up because we'd actually finished our breakfast. Again, I don't think a slow coffee or missing cup of tea should impact the ov

We were stay at the hotel, our stay it was beatiful, we had a very nice room, the housekeepers was perfect, also the restaurant and of course the reception team was fabulus, evrybode was friedly every day with a big smile and of course they are willing to help us every time We will Come again for sure

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and very friendly staff who work really hard, sometimes a wait for drinks in the evening but we just got 2 at a time, the kids pool is great and right next to the kids club and the lifeguards are good. The crepe bar is good and the food was ok, could have been better and more range of deserts also the kids at spag Bol every night as there was not much choice for them . The entertainment was so so but nothing for teenagers at all and a mini disco started few days before we left but that was it. We had a day when rained and no music on inside for kids or any games etc and no aerobics round the pool or music which would have been nice . Mini bar only filled up every 2 days which I feel should be done daily for a 5 star I’d put this at a 4 star. We would not return due to nothing for the children I would not class this a family hotel I’d say it’s more for couple or the older generation which is a shame cos with a few changes it could be perfect.

We have come away for my 30th Birthday celebrations, and it has been such a memorable trip! The stay has been wonderful so far! The staff are all so attentive and meet all of your needs. Behzad Maleki at the beach bar is wonderful, so kind and is excellent at checking on your drinks and how you are doing. The staff as you go into the restaurants are very friendly! The hotel is lovely, the beach and pools are great and we are having the best time! We will definitely be back!

I cannot say how wonderful this hotel is! My friends and I were there for a week and flew back yesterday and I already miss it!! The staff are so lovely always making us feel welcome! Making sure we always have a drink in hand. We made so many friends with all the staff who put up with our chatting . the housekeepers are also so lovely leaving us flowers in our room. The facilities are also so lovely beds are so comfortable the pool is amazing and it’s a short walk from the beach!! Can’t wait to come again next year

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing, can't do enough for you and very friendly and alway happy. Food is the best I've had in an all inclusive and the drink especially the cocktails are very good. The view from our room is amazing and there is our own private beach too with food and drink. You don't do anything the staff do it all. You order your drinks, you get seated to eat and they serve you by the pool. It is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in. Highly recommend it. Your a bit out the way here so a car is a very good option, then can go anywhere. I've had the best time and will definitely be coming back.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of.

Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet.

Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰
