Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel

Here now at Ramira food excellent - service good. Family if 4 Maybe entertainment could be slightly better on an evening - but the staff very attentive especially Behzad at the beach bar he’s always happy and goes the extra mile to interact and ensure you have a drink in hand he’s a real asset to the hotel All in all good hotel and not too big but enough space to enjoy & not feel crowded

From the moment we arrived it has been nothing but amazing. After our transfer we arrived to happy and helpful staff we brought us cold face cloths, welcome drinks and toys for the children. They took our bags to the rooms and then left us to explore. The pool bars are great as you can't just help yourself so it keeps the place clean and wasp free. It's table service in the main bar & restaurants so again no kids running around making mess. Not sure why people were complaining about the meat and Italian restaurant yesterday they are connected to the main restaurant but it's lovely food and full table service. Kids mini disco was fine nothing exciting but the kids all had fun and the night entertainment was lovely. It was also lovely that you didn't need to wake up at stupid a-clock to get a sun lounger we woke up 7.30/8 and there was plenty to pick from at the kids pool. All I can say it went had the best time and we might be booking to come again next year 😁

Mitsis Ramira I'd a fab place to stay. We have a family room with sea view and its great ! The service is amazing. Especially Behzad at the beach bar who looks after us when there ! We have another week but great so far 😊

Just spent the day at the beach and the service from Bhezad was brilliant. It was 40C degrees and there was a group of us. Everyone stayed well hydrated. Big thanks to Bhezad.

We booked a week all inclusive for two a dukes and two teen agers. We had the most amazing relaxing week. The staff is always smiley, friendly and helpful. The food is gorgeous, and the cocktail list very good. The rooms are spacious and clean ( we booked two sea view rooms). The pool is huge, clean and never too crowed. The beach are is fantastic, space between sunbeds and a fantastic beach bar that serves food between 10 and 5pm, drinks between 10 and 12 am. We couldn’t have hope for a better experience. Highly recommended. A mention to Poppy (the cleaner) , Kostas the waiter at the lounge bar, Dimitri (waiter at the beach bar). Always there to help and make sure we had the most incredible experience. Thank you Mitsis Ramira, we will be back

We booked this hotel as a family holiday to relax and enjoy the good weather. We love Greece and the people are so kind. The hotel provides a very good service but what sets it apart is the staff and their service. They out the customer first at all times and work so hard. We had an amazing time.

Hotel nice and staff very helpful. Entertainment ok but could be better i think. Service for drinks very slow in the evening but in day by pool service excellent and the man who comes round is great and has a laugh with you. Rooms were big but dont pay for seaview like we did as we were just overlooking pool with sea in distance - views would be good no matter where you are i would think. Beds on beach not very clean and beach very stoney. Sunbeds around pool not good if you have a bad back . Food in resturant was ok but barely warm and this lets the hotel down really. Same things every day. We asked one day for coffee and although most of the staff were very nice one young boy was paticularly rude with us. But everybody else was amazing. Nothing in the area to do so a few nights we got bus outside hotel into kos town - about 2 miles away. Overall very nice holiday.

Hotel was a little outdated ie bathrooms and restaurants/dining area. We was also only served a drink once when eating at the AI buffet. Sometimes we would get to the end of our meal before being offered a drink- there is no self service drinks bar around the Al buffet. This was a lot better in the restaurant where we would be offered multiple drinks throughout our meal! The absolute highlight of the trip was the bartender by the main bar, he kept me and my partner laughing all the time, he remembered my favourite drinks and would bring them out even without me asking. He was serving everyone by the pool by himself which meant that there could be a delay in getting a drink but we would just go up ourselves. Another amazing highlight was the crepes and the gyros at the beach bars wow these were 10/10 I had multiple each day. We didn’t stay for much of the evening entertainment as we preferred to play games on our balcony but when we did it was really good! Lots of music lights and we was served multiple drinks by our table so it was lovely. Overall me and my partner rate this at 3.5/5 there was definitely some highlights and we would 100% go to mitsis Ramira again! We don’t feel as though it is a 5* hotel so the price could definitely reflect the fact it’s probably a 3/4 but it was a lovely holiday and all of the staff from the receptionist to the bar staff and cooks were brilliant and we could not fault them or their service
