Hotels All-inclusive in Kos Town

Ignore all the bad reviews, we had the best time. Our room was clean and functional. Food was varied (book the a la carte restaurants. Our son attended and loved the TUI kids club

Food cold a lot of the time al la carte not much different to main restaurant. Lifeguards aren't on every pool Beach small not Clean also it has a blue flag status covered on cigarette ends and plastic cups

The only downside which was probably more down to personal preference was the Chinese restaurant, it was definitely not what we were expecting and we all left most of it

Why management can't have this tidied up as it would benefit the hotel massively. kos town is nice and a good price taxi is €9. The harbour is beautiful Nice places for food and drinks

If you like to stay by the pool this is a great hotel, however if you do like getting out and about I would recommend a car due to the location and taxis were a pain to wait for there is a bus stop outside and there however they were not overly regular

We have just arrived home from a lovely week away, the hotel was spotlessly clean the staff all worked really hard and were polite and friendly you were always greeted with a smile and hello

We feel the restaurant has improved compared to last year – there seems to be a wider selection of food now. We especially enjoyed Betty in the main restaurant and the Greek restaurant, where the service was excellent

There are several pools and free sunbeds, including free loungers on the beach, which makes it perfect for spending quality time with family

Eighth Year in a Row – Still Amazing! This is our eighth year staying at this hotel, and we’re always very happy with our experience

next to the largest there is a snack bar where they serve the best gyros. There is also a bar with all kinds of drinks and spirits by each pool. The hotel area itself is very well-kept and ideal for walks

The recommendation by Susan was informative and friendly. The studio was clean and there was a variety of therapies to choose from.

Read the small print, it’s there and for all to see. This leads me on to the cocktails, again all included until 11pm, after this they are charged at €4

Check in was fairly straight forward although we had 3 groups all same surname and in one booking which was a bit of a challenge for the new staff. We were also given the wrong safe key so had to go back and change it

Make sure if you have a late flight that you book the shower room well in advance even the day you arrive as they don’t always have a room free and each family get it for half an hour so once it’s fully booked that’s it

Again this didn’t bother us as it was clearly very clean. The double bed was huge probably queen size. Spare pillows in the wardrobe we also used. Reception area Nice air con, pleasant area to sit and have a drink

We were provided with information leaflets about what the restaurant times were, activity times and so on. This included information about the €10 refundable deposit required for a safety box

At the restaurant you will find a selection of food that will sure please even the children. The hotel staff is available to help with any issue that may occur, making sure that you will have a great time at the hotel

Self service ice cream, cakes and also sandwich rolls later on in the day. The hotel restaurant is large with a nice terrace

Just back from a holiday at this fantastic hotel. My family and I had a perfect holiday here last week. Great food and selection, staff were helpful, extremely clean and maids came in everyday and did a wonderful job

We only used the large pool as it was a bit shallower which our youngest child preferred and we all really enjoyed our time spent in and around the pool. Could not fault the service and staff at the pool bar

Hot food was standard to hotel buffet expectations but always lots of nice fresh salads and fruit. We found all the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful, they really all are a credit to Corali

The entertainment was standard for all inclusive. This resort has the potential to be so much better

The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful, the food and drink very disappointing but there are lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance

It was not possible for us to get into the speciality restaurants as they were fully booked for our stay

The girls who work nights at the Meraki bar are amazing (blonde girl with nose piercing particularly is incredibly friendly and remembers every body’s regular drinks)

There are some really friendly cats at this hotel also🐱 The one downside I would say (if any) is the app- sometimes what’s on the menu for dinner time is incorrect and interfered with our plans to eat out on nights where we didn’t enjoy certain foods

Also, there’s a young girl who works regularly at the adults only pool bar and it seems as though it literally kills her inside to crack a smile

We spent a week here in June -25, as a couple. To be honest, we had not that high expectations from the very start. We read about this hotel before coming here, and some of the reviews weren't all that good

We arrived late at night and got our room, we were very tired from a long travel and only wanted to sleep. When we entered our room we immidiately noticed a foul smell from the drains in the bathroom

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Just be aware that the Bedroom Tax needs to be paid in cash, which we weren't aware of. All in all we had a great time & would return without hesitation

We had a very relaxing holiday, the hotel is lovely, very clean, fresh towels and sheets everyday. The food was really good, there was a choice for everyone, vegetarian food was plentiful

The Salt Lake walk is a must & takes around 10 minutes to get there to see the Flamingoes. We would not hesitate to go back. If you like peace and relaxing, then it's the place to go

The experience there was great. The hotel has everything you could need or want. A beach, pool, bars with free alcoholic drinks, tasty food, and a kind reception. The manager himself was very helpful and professional

Free table tennis and tennis were a nice touch that delighted me. The only downside was the rooms and some parts of the hotel which were visually old. A proper renovation would be suitable

The hotel is generally old-fashioned. 1 TV station in English - the rest German. No bottle of water inside the room, weird smell from the fridge We had an issue with locker but the service repaired it quickly

Be aware that sometimes is crowded and you have to wait for a spot. Animation team is nice - however there are only 2 members (Kat - really liked her) - I think sometimes not enough for so many people

Service is extremely helpful and you can sense the hospitality. Perfect location - 30 min walking distance to Kos City. You can also take a bus - 2 euro per person (sometimes 1euro)

The room was cleaned daily and had a more than adequate mini bar which was regularly re-stocked although light and no-sugar drinks are not available

The beach and beach bar were fantastic and the staff down there incredibly helpful and friendly. Bezhad never stopped and always checked that we had everything we needed - he is an absolute asset to this hotel

We split our time between the pool and the beach. At the beginning of the holiday, sunbeds by the pool were rarely reserved and it was easy to get a bed with a parasol at 9/930am

As our time went on, beds started to be reserved earlier despite signs saying that beds could not be reserved and items would be removed, which we did see a couple of times

Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the staff are incredible and are really keen to ensure that you have had a good stay and will promptly sort out any issues reported

We have just stayed at Mitsis Ramira for 11 nights, travelling from the UK as a family of 3 - 2 adults and a 16 year old

May be some improvements could be (but only because we compare to other GRECOTELs we love): main restaurant despite very nice design can be a bit overcrowded sometimes and the food offering is not as diverse (themes) and exceptional as in some other GRECOTELs but do not get us wrong the food quality is definitely there relative to other hotel brands, some staff not as smiling like in other GRECOTELs...

To note is that the team did everything to help us deal with an issue as we did not like initially our room. We complained and staff acted very professionally and efficiently

Hotel policy seems to be that you cannot reserve pool loungers by placing towels on them, but we were confronted by a French family who insisted that they had “booked” our loungers

As always with GRECOTEL, location is great, staff does its best to accommodate needs and even deal with issues asap, food is of good quality

With respect to this KOS GRECOTEL , the plus are : great green and well maintained landscape, multiple pools, a la carte restaurants with great views and nicely designed pool bar, new gym and multiple bar options and a lot of efforts done on the shows

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be near Kos town last year we stayed at the Mitsis Blue Domes (highly recommend). Myself, my husband and two children age 4 and 10 stayed for 7nts all Inclusive

We were not all inclusive because we don't drink much alcohol, we were half board

The beach is beautiful, always free sun loungers to pick from, the water was warmer in the sea than the pool, just perfect! We loved having our lunch in the beach restaurant/cafe area, views out to sea, shady and breezy too

Toiletries were very nice, full size Olivia Thinks which I confess to taking with me to give to my daughter Olivia! We had sliding doors out onto a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table which led to our swim up pool which was very much the highlight of our stay

We were given a brown paper bag containing a sandwich, crisps, banana and carton of orange juice; although the sandwich was pretty dry and tasteless this was very well received! A lovely chap in a buggy took us and our luggage to our room

Many paths are cobbled which I can see would make it tricky for the less able to negotiate but we had no problem. There are views of the mountains and out to sea views of the volcanic islands which is just breath-taking

The room was lovely, very well equipped, clean and in great condition. Kettle, teas, coffees and milk etc. A nespresso machine, fridge, tv, telephone, hair dryer. Shower and also a bath with another shower above

The layout of this large complex is good, but if you get a room near the bar/restaurant, you would have to put up with noise till after 23:00. There are also echoey corridoors, which amplify voices etc

The restarant is great! We enjoyed every meal and the choices were varied and delicious. A good mix of meat and veggie options, plenty of variety and something for everyone

A couple of small supermarkets and general stores are about 5-10 minutes walk towards Kos Town but you will need to hop in a taxi to reach the main shopping. centre, unless you want a 30 minute walk along the seafront

The table tennis table is also in an awkward place and in constant use, which can be noisy. The main downside with this hotel is the location. Although the hotel is self-sufficient, there are no real shops nearby

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and worked relentlessly to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you! The pools were really lovely, well appointed with sunbeds and with plenty of room to relax and swim

This is a scruffy pathway, where you need to dodge bikes and scooters, unless you hire one yourself. We didn'f brave the busses but they are apparrently sporadic. The 'beach' is also a let down

Great location on the harbor right next to ferry loading dock and restaurants. Rooms are basic and sparsely decorated, but nothing really wrong with them. Beds are firm, but nothing too out of the ordinary for Europe

Situated right by the harbor, it offers incredibly easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants, a market, and several beautiful beaches

We found it incredibly convenient to have so many options within a few minutes' walk. The bustling town center is also just a short 5-10 minute stroll away, making it effortless to explore the area's sights and sounds

They were extremely attentive and worked quickly to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort were a testament to their excellent customer service

This perfect location meant we spent less time traveling and more time enjoying our vacation. The hotel itself was great, particularly when it came to cleanliness and comfort

A Fantastic Stay with an Ideal Location and Excellent Service Our recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, and a huge part of its appeal is its prime location

This was outside the reception and over across a busy main road. Room As mentioned, we had to cross the a road out of Reception and then across a further busy road across to our building

Pool area spacious and plenty of beds. 15 mins walk to Port and old town. Would love to have stayed for longer but hopefully we will return in the future

Check-In This was nice and easy and the man in reception went through everything quickly and as we were the only ones checking in at the time, walked us directly to our room

€5 for a large beer is fine, considering what you're paying elsewhere, though somewhat disappointing to be charged €3 for a "Sprite", which turned out to be poured straight from a Lidl-branded lemonade 2l bottle! Breakfast We stayed on a B&B basis so went to the breakfast buffet each morning

The room itself is fine, but a little basic? We walked in and there were bunk beds in the main 'living' area, along with the usual kitchen appliances and a bedroom with two single beds

The other lifeguard (Ianis?) is excellent at interacting with everyone too. Good idea with the QR codes around the pool so you order food/drinks to your sunlounger

Moreover, we felt completely comfortable and safe - even in Corona times, the best hygiene standards have always been exemplary

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. From facilities to staff everything was perfect

The thing that stands out and makes the trip memorable is the attention to detail along with some complimentary gestures. Don’t even hesitate to book if you can’t decide you won’t regret it

Anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway then this is definitely the place. Location of the hotel is spot on, they have there own beach across the road and it’s amazing. My wife and I will definitely be returning

Starts with the stuff that would do everything and even more to ensure you enjoy your holiday. The location is excellent, right on the beach , close but not too close to the town and excellent view

Having read reviews prior to going I was a bit anxious about staying here, however myself, my husband and two of our children 12 & 16 have just had a great holiday at Kipriotis Aqualand

The lifeguards- in particular Yannis, he was brilliant especially with our son, he remembered his name every day and always spoke, cheered him on when doing throwing the ball competitions with his dad in the pool- he wasn't "whistle happy" unlike his colleague who was always on his phone and when he wasn't he was blowing his whistle, for things that had been happening for 30 mins right infront of...

The food- good, usual all inclusive food, remember this is a 3 star hotel don't expect Michelin! There was always something to eat, our children can be fussy but always managed to find something, there's chips, pizza and pasta every night as well as a huge variety of main dishes and puddings

Room was cleaned daily- spotless, clean towels daily by our lovely cleaner very friendly, always had a smile. The pools- The main pool is where the entertainment is through the day, Zumba, aqua aerobics, games, darts

We seen the pool chemical levels being checked so I dont think there was anything as such wrong with this just wasnt pleasant to look at especially in the main pool where one wall is higher than the pool water level making a green line across the pool wall

Excellent hotel which exceeded expectations. Superb location close to old town; but above all the general vibe, cleanliness, extremely friendly staff and very good amenities made for an excellent stay

What a wonderful hotel ! The standard rooms are lovely and have everything you need for your holiday. Comfortable beds, air con, twin sinks and a waterfall shower

Staff clean around the clock, food is very healthy. Try salads and something different and your body will thank you. The entertainment was very good and the entertainment staff , dedicated to keeping The kids engaged

Choice of cocktails is poor, choice of fruits at meals is poor and not great what is there, snack bar has got 4 sandwiches to chose from and that's it

We had a wonderful stay here, hotel is beautiful, well kept grounds, rooms cleaned everyday, food was lovely but what made it the most special for us was the friendly amazing staff

We traveled all over the world and this is the best four star hotel ever. Fantastic location with unbelievable ocean view, great clean room and wonderful service. The restaurant is so good and inexpensive too

The location is perfect walking distance to the port and to all restaurants and shops! There is also a complimentary breakfast that was the perfect start to each morning. The restaurant attached is amazing as well

Stayed with half board which was different from any other. You actually dine in H20 restaurant which is downstairs and there is menu you choose your food from rather than Swedish style

I love rooms with sea view. But the room I stayed in Kos Aktis was the best gift I gave myself. It's like being in the wheelhouse of a ship on the ocean, but you're actually on land! ❤️

Literally on the crystal clear sea side of the bay for peaceful and beautiful moments either for vacation or business visit. Exquisite cousine and excellent local wines to taste

This has to be one of the best locations on the Greek Island of Kos. I had previously stayed and enjoyed the views and cleanliness of the rooms, so it was time to return

Food was fresh, delicious and plentiful… be prepared to not have “English Grub” as you are in Greece 🇬🇷 after all!!! Lots of snacks and drinks through the day in between meal times, I have a very fussy 14year old - happy to report she did not starve and always found something! The pool is freshwater and was quite chilly to initially get in, but once that part is over it’s refreshing and a great way...

Some extraordinary things we have appreciated: - there are no bracelets for all-inclusive, which is so good for those who get irritated because of them; - guests can choose their drinks at the restaurant and take them autonomously

What an amazing week my daughter and I had!! The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, the area is quiet and safe… right across from the beach where there are gorgeous sunsets and you can see across to Turkey 🇹🇷 Can also get a boat over from Kos town which is about 40minutes walk, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel or taxis

The rooms are basic but comfortable and have ample space and all the things you would need to make you stay relaxed and content, comfortable beds, fabulous shower and big balcony, the TV didn’t have many English channels but we wasn’t there to do that

I found it so funny because you'd see so many people arrive, check in and see them for food a few times before you find out they decided every meal they'd just eat out, even though it's all inclusive

Who ensured hotel was kept in tip top shape, offering a wide selection of well presented food, that tasted as good as it looked, being an extremely critical foodie, I had nothing to complain about much to the delight of my family!! Only one drama related to an excursion which was dealt with by the TUI rep

We also had a frequent cat visitor, who ended up getting injured, he also was not neutered and the hotel arranged for him to get treatment, I also found out that the hotel paid for cats to get neutered, to help take the pressure of the local rescues, i just find this amazing

We woke up to an amazing view of the sea and to see just how close the nearby islands are. The inclusive drinks are limited to local products but they are satisfactory

I have not got enough time to describe how much i love this place, I always say I would never visit a place more than once, and I always find beautiful places , but nothing that gives the feeling this hotel did, I can't wait to visit again

The staff were so friendly, every staff member, from shop, kitchen, waiters, maintenance and of course the lovely reception staff, nothing was too much , from friendly chats , to local knowledge or helping us hire a car

The food is varied,there are 3 theme nights and the variety was good. we used the shuttle bus to Kos town which costs 4euro per person each way. all the staff are very friendly. we had a very relaxing September week

The snack bar serves a hot dogs,gyros and burgers etc on an alternating daily basis. Pool bar is where entertainment takes place,karaoke,Greek dancing and music, vocalists and musicians were some that we enjoyed

- The drinks quality was VERY bad. if course there were no fresh juices but neither the typical juices from the bottle. I ended up drinking water all the holidays

The staff was so polite, everyone was smiling every day and said good morning. We especially want to say thank you to Lucy, who cleaned our room, made wonderful swans that pleased us every day.

This place takes your breath away when you walk through the lobby, out through the pool bar and you take in all of the vast pools! The outdoor space is really well designed and it never feels busy around the pools, which feature a mixture of Jacuzzi's, waterfalls and plenty of space for either proper swimming or bobbing around on inflatables

I would thoroughly recommend getting a swim up room, it was amazing! The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Food and drink was of an exceptional standard

There is a range of fabulous accommodation, most of which faces the pool, and we were thrilled to be given a swim up room which got the sun most of the day

Room and sunbed service means that you don't even have to get up and walk anywhere for your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or lunchtime snacks

Top. Nice people, food is nice too, fresh fruit coktail are in the all inclusive. Just prepare shoes for the sea or you will hurt your toes. (They sell some in front of the hostel otherwise)

The food and drinks were great, sadly vegetarian options are pretty repetitive. Unfortunately, coffee during lunch and dinner is absent

A mighty fine hotel, but they should enforce the 'no sunbed reservation' policy, right now there's an alco-team Polaczki Leżaczki that leave something tiny on the sunbed and disappear for hours, of course in the best sun time

We had a lovely stay at the Harmony Crest Resort and felt very welcome due to the friendly and helpful staff. You have an amazing view on the sea, perfect in combination with the relaxed atmosphere

The ban on reserving sunbeds before 10 am was a promising addition, but it was not executed at all. This hotel has a beautiful view, but is rather far from main attractions and city center

Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job

Great hotel, room was nice, has fridge. But the hotel is old but its very great beacause price is good compare to quality.

Pool is nice but the stretcher toppers were all soaking wet and smelly old. Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. But maybe I’m also not the target group 😜
