I stayed in Stalis for a week in May this year, i normally stay in Malia. I found i spent half of my week at Charlies bar, Taxi's are easy to get @ 10 Euro's. This is a lovely Hotel so quiet even though your near the *****. Room small but had everthing you needed. We have been there in July 2021. The rooms were awesome and absolutely spotless clean! The hosts were very nice and helpful. We've left everything out to dry, nothing was missing or stolen. I've left 300€ in my room, nothing was missing there, even after the cleaning of the room. If I ever go to Malia again, I would never ever choose another destination. We were up 3 flights of stairs which was hard going as an older guest. View was worth it though. No TV which hubs was sad about as we sometimes like a siesta and he likes the TV on. We had a lovely time staying at the Sarpidon. The apartments are clean, spacious and have everything you need. We stayed in a superior apartment and a standard apartment both were very nice the standard apartments are more spacious for a family of 4. All the staff are amazing, very friendly and welcoming.
