Great location near the ***** and beach. Staff really helpful and modern facilities are excellent for the price you pay! Perfect for different types of trips to Malia due to location. Great pool facilities and bar area for food and drinks all day long, highly recommend for a long stay in the area.

If you like party central, come here. I was looking for a quieter place, but then Malia is a party town. I only came to see the Minoan ruins, really. The staff was nice but no one told me when breakfast was and it was a bit slow. The bed linens were not clean. There was hair and some dirt on them.

Lovely grounds once on the place and very close to beech. Lovely staff and rooms were fine. Breakfast was lots of eggs so be prepared for that. It just got a bit more of the same but we made the most of it. We went here just to get some sun for 2 weeks but probably won't go back to Malia. But I stress the complext was fine. Lovely pool

Past reviews are unfair!! The hotel is clean and does the job. Food is pretty standard but once again isn’t horrific. It was a good hotel for a girls holiday as it was cheap and basic, however the staff were very strict with noise. We got told off for talking in our hotel room at 6pm because it was ‘nap time’. Great location, nice beach. The hotel is good but not great. The food in the restaurant is very low quality, the breakfast was always the same, the coffee machine is so slow. I've seen turtles moved faster that the waiter in the restaurant, one day we ask for beers and we were almost in the desert when the beers arrived. The room was clean and spacious.

The owner speaks many languages and we felt welcomed there. At the breakfast we had multiple things to choose from. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

I like that Nikos Hotel is not in the centre so it's quite (besides Mondays when you may expect big techno party just opposite site). I dont like the fact that pool at the bar is closed at 7pm, this is big disadventage that is why 4 stars. Towers changed once a week, breakfast the same every day but in principle good when you take a look at the price.

Group of 20 of us went there, we were quite rowdy around the pool but the staff didn't mind, they often joined in with our games etc, they were quick with service so can't fault them

Each room has its own balcony, rooms with a different number of beds, the linen is always clean. Responsive hosts. The hotel is located in the center of Malia, very convenient if you want to have access to bars and restaurants day and night, there is a 24 hour shop nearby.

A very nice studio apartment. Recently renovated to a high standard. A large triple bed room, a very good air con unit and a basic kitchen area good enough for your basic self catering requirements. The room was light and airy. The proprietors were nice and helpful especially the old chap and the younger son. We didnt use the facilities as we prefer the beach, but the pool looked good.
