FABULOUS family run boutique hotel right on the beach, 10min walk to the center of Malia. Stayed in a Seaview suite with a jacuzzi for 4 nights. The suite was spacious and immaculately clean. Huge comfy bed. Particularly appreciated the mosquito screen. The hotel is directly on the beach, but it also has a good-sized swimming pool. A quality hotel! Very friendly staff!

Stayed here with a friend in June and absolutely loved it. The room was big, super clean, and had a private balcony with an amazing sea view—waves, stars, even a little chapel on an island. Very friendly and helpful staff! Got to meet the owner and the GM and both are super welcoming and know how to make guests feel welcome. (Thank you again!) I was there one week with my family, I have two kids ...we had an amazing time ...the owners are amazing guys so good and take care for everything!!! It was a pleasant stay at Anna Maria hotel. Justin was super friendly and quickly found the solution to the one and only problem we run to it during the stay. Everything was super clean. Beds offer a pleasant sleep. Justin also told me, that in the next year the hotel will expand the offer! I would recommend it to everyone that wants to visit eastern side of Crete.

Absolutely lovely place to stay I highly recommend. It’s in the old town so far enough away from the party culture, but close enough walking distance if that’s what you want. The owner and staff were incredibly lovely and made us feel very welcome there. The rooms and facilities were kept really tidy too. There’s a small supermarket right opposite and lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

We had a great holiday thanks to Justin the owner and Gaia who works in the apartments complex. They are extremely friendly!The place is in the old town of Malia so it is more quiet further away from crazy party people 😄. The whole complex is very original and it has Greek charm! We will definitely come back there again!

If you dont mind a refreshing walk to reach the beach this is a perfect spot, part of Old Town Malia with everything you need within or just outside the apartments. It is simple but clean and every single person working or connected will do everything to secure you having a wonderful vacation.

It was a nice stay. The outdoor area with the pool is very nice. Good location and you can quickly walk to the beach and the party street. Staff is friendly. Rooms are OK but cleanliness could be a bit better. What is really annoying is that you have to pay an extra €8 per day for the air conditioning, which is not mentioned anywhere beforehand. I have never experienced anything like that anywhere...

This a good little hotel, not a tourist factory with thousands people. The team and management are very nice and provide good service. Swimming pool is very pleasant without any chemical products but very clean. I stayed 15 days in this hotel and I greatly appreciated the welcome, the smiles.... The swimming pool is very pleasant, close to everything, I highly recommend it, far from hotels where there are 1500 people.. This hotel is perfect.

Didn’t stay at the apartments but used the cafe/bar and beach beds daily. Super comfy beds and great food with friendly staff. Thank you for the raki with honey which was delicious. I haven't stayed in a hotel but I've spent two very nice days on the beach. Sunbeds are for very reasonable price (normal 6€ per set, more comfy one 10€ per set). There is a shower on a beach and very clean restroom just few steps from the beach. Staff are also very friendly here.

This self catering hotel suited us perfectly as it had a great pool which was not busy and it was only a few steps down onto the sandy beach. Not a luxury Hotel but being operated by a family and therefore with true passion and love makes it nearly perfect. Yes the Rooms are dated, but clean. Aircondition works and it is directly at the beach. We can highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We recently just stayed at Matheo for a week in May and honestly we cannot fault it. On arrival they kindly upgraded our room to the suite and it was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough for us, they were very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend and would 100% visit again.

We had a great time at these studios, they are kept very clean with such lovely hosts who can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a chilled holiday 😎.
