The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. We had complimentary vanity kits, toothbrushes and a small little kitchen if needed. Fridge was there as well. Perfect head to bed situation in Heraklion. 10-15min walk into the old town and the port.
I was really curious about the parking situation but they had their own dedicated parking spots which made life soooo much easier. Be mindful though, the roads are narrow entering the carpark so you wouldn't want a 4WD.
The suites are located in the heart of residential areas for Heraklion so it was nice to be with the community.
I definitely would stay another night if we had the chance.
But what truly made our experience special was Giannis. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a genuine smile, positive energy, and an incredibly kind and helpful attitude. He went out of his way to provide fantastic recommendations for both restaurants and beaches, many of which we would have never discovered on our own. Every suggestion he gave us felt spot-on and helped us experience the best of Crete like a local.
Giannis doesn’t just do his job – he clearly loves what he does and treats every guest with warmth and care, as if you were a friend. His hospitality added a personal and memorable touch to our stay.
We would absolutely return!
Both receptionists we met were extremely helpful and polite, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance when needed.
The room was excellent — very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
Overall, a solid and comfortable stay in Heraklion.
Good communication from the hotel allowing us to find the hotel easily with our satnav. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger suite by the very friendly staff. The suite itself was modern, comfortable and clean with TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. A small patio area allowed us to catch some sun before going out for our evening meal.
Overall I would highly recommend this hidden gem in the back streets of Herakleion.
