Really nice stay at Villa Georgia, close to the beach and in a quiet location. The room was very well cleaned. the owner was helpful and friendly.

Villa Georgia is a wonderful place to stay for the holidays! Everything is close and everybody are really friendly and cheerful. Rooms are clean and equiped in all what you need!

I visited this wonderful villa and was satisfied! Clean rooms with air conditioning, there are tables where you can sit down with a glass of wine at the end of the day, beautiful garden design, there is a small swimming pool, but even this is not the main thing! The sea is within walking distance, many cafes and restaurants for every taste!

Location is super OK, the hosts were nice and discreet, they cleaned the room and changed towels every day. If I go to Perissa again, I will surely stay there. The kitchen was fairly equipped, if you need anything more (we wanted one more glass and one more cup) , you just ask.

Five stars hotel and all the hotel's rooms, many friendly owners offer wine or coffee for sunbathing at the pool with a very beautiful garden.The Hotel is very close to Perissa beach and many restaurants, surely you will relax and rest in this quiet environment!

A great, sweet hotel, very friendly host and staff. It is cleaned daily and requests are responded to in a very friendly manner. It is a very quiet environment, I slept well here because the beds are very comfortable. I also recommend the bakery which is open 24/7 and is just 5 minutes away.

Our room was spacious. The bathroom needs some mainetance and the air conditioner did not reach the upper level. Other than that it was quite nice - they gave us clean towels and sheets everyday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The space outside with the swimming pool was pleasing. Overall I liked the place, I think everything was adequate to the price. Brilliant bar, with lovely staff. The bar was very close to our apartments and we stopped off for a last drink or two on our way back in the evening. Ideally located by the beach. The hotel offers basic but clean accommodation. There are steps up and down most rooms, so request a room where you don't have to worry too much about steps if they are an issue for you. A fantastic family Run resort,on the more quite resort of perrisa. We've spent 2 summer holidays at the Anezina and 1 holiday where we had use of there swimming pool and sun loungers. This year we won't be returning,as they are no longer with Olympic holidays.

A lovely hotel - just a few minutes from a beautiful beach, with many good bars and restaurants nearby. Spiros and Hiroko are very warm hosts and made us feel truly welcome. I thoroughly recommend a stay!

I am positively surprised about how high quality service has this small, cosy hotel for adults. Hosts are really nice, warm and helpful people. Rooms are fine, clean with day to day service. We made friends! The hotel Manager was viable and interacting and really wanted to know your thoughts and views on the hotel, the bartender Stelios was awesome, with local tips and makes a mean Drink. We visited Santorini for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better stay at Istoria. Everyone there was so kind, and the beach is right across the street. The breakfast included with the stay was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very happy with my stay. Location is convenient with bakery, supermarket, and restaurants literally beside the hotel. Bus station and bike rentals are also within a few minutes walk.

The villa was beautifully and centrally located in perissa. The beach and restaurants are hardly 200 m away from the location. The view from balcony facing ancient Thera was just great. The only minus was that the Air-conditioning went off in the middle of the night only in our room. Could have been because of some fluctuation or lot of AC usage in general. Omg… this place is everything we wanted and a lot more. We wanted real Greece and we got it. Our room was spotless, fantastic air con and the shower was fab, hot and powerful. It is very basic with twin beds, dressing table, a small dressing area, a tiny bathroom with a shower attached to the wall. And a fridge. We are fed up of high end resorts with no character. The owner is so nice and helpful. The place has everything you need and good Wifi. The shower is a little uncomfortable cause is in the corner of the bathroom on top of everything but for the price is great. We knew before we went this was a basic hotel. The room was quite big could have done with a set of drawers for clothes although there was a rail for hanging things up . The shower left a lot to be desired it need a hook on wall to hang the shower on but we managed . The location is absolutely excellent. It is only 2 minutes walk from the beach. We had such a varied choice of shops, mini markets, bars, taverns. They were all so stylish. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and there was ample parking. What was most touching for us however was how warm and accommodating the staff were ..always there and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible...

Very basic 2 star accommodation a few minutes down a side road from the village. It came as 'Room Only' on Jet2 but has a fridge and sink, but only 2 saucers/2Glasses/2 teaspoons. It does however have a free safe and underpowered aircon for the size of room. Pool area is small, but was filled with screaming kids with toys even in September and was not enjoyable as a result. We have just returned from a fantastic week at VP Belair. It is basic accomodation but exceedingly clean. We had a nice room with a bed downstairs for our daughter and a bedroom upstairs which worked really well for us. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms very small & poor drainage. When you shower complete floor is soaked & drains very slowly. Pool is very good but not enough sunbeds. All staff very friendly & helpful but should stop people reserving the few sunbeds the night before. One very selfish couple placed towels on 1st day & didn't remove them.

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees. The hotel staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. They helped with recommendations, taxis, planning days out, skinned knees.... And are very kind to children. The room are very clean and basic...

Wow wow wow!! What a place in heaven! We came last week for a week for our delayed honeymoon, as soon as we pulled up we knew this was the best choice for accommodation! Rooms are a bit dated. The pool area is really lovely with loads of greenery. The pool itself is great for a swim but not for kids as very deep. But it has a area for kids with a slide. The service was great nothing was to much trouble. Definitely recommend think hotel

Nice hotel with a very helpful staff. Room is reasonably clean and spacious albeit a little run down. The hotel pool is very well designed but lacked maintenance. The town is too far to reach on foot, have to take the bus that runs on an hourly schedule. Quiet and peaceful surrounding.

I've only stayed one night at Santa Irini but felt very welcomed and happy. The one person's room was big enough but a little outdated (i.ex. shower). I had a terrace outside the room with a lovely view. Breakfast was nice. They also have an amazing bakery within the property open from early morning till late night. I've got a little gift when I was leaving too ! :) Would definitely go back !

Very nice location with an extremely friendly staff. Keeping in mind the price paid Santa Irini has a very good price to quality ratio. The room was big enough for a family of 3, they changed sheets and towels every 2 days, it's fairly clean. The pool it's a very nice addition for an afternoon in which you feel lazy. That being said, the room and especially the bathroom are in dire need of a makeover...

Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. So early morning walk plus sunrise is what we chose here. Plus dinner at a beach side restaurent. Beach is filled with lot of sea view restaurents.

I could recommend this Villa to anyone! The owners are so so kind, the room is clean (there is cleaning everyday). Close to the beach and close to the bakery/supermarket also. The hotel rooms were just they looked online. Spotlessly clean and very modern. Our double room was small but we had everything we needed including a kingsize bed and a small balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was served until 10.30am every morning and was delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

The perfect hotel for both couple and family holidays. Spacious rooms, great design, excellent service from the staff. Definitely I would recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here for 6 nights and have had an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the views are awesome. The pool is nice and cold if you need to cool off. It's also a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and so many good food places. This is the place to stay if you don't want to deal with the large crowds. A truly amazing experience.

Very clean! Simple accommodation, w/ bed mini fridge, coffee and beach towels! They also have a very clean pool, walking distance from Perissa black sand beach. They do not offer breakfast but, not to worry, you will have an abundance of food options less than 5min walk away. The property is owned and operated by a local family. Wow! This place surpassed our expectations. I knew from the reviews the hospitality was exceptional and we experienced just that. Everything was arranged for us, taxis, outings, and suggestions for dining. My friend even got sick and we were greeted with homemade Greek remedies, which worked! The hotel is close to the beach but a bit far from the main town. No pharmacy nearby. We had a "garden view" room and though I didn't expect much on the view, it was worse than I thought.

My husband and I are here at the moment. This small intimate hotel is excellent. It is spotless and beautiful Spindoula and the chap who does the rooms are really lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming people. If you need a quiet place that's close to the beach shops and places to eat look no further highly recommended
