A super clean hotel! Beautiful rooms, excellent service. Everybody was very kind and helpful, ready to assist us anytime. Our room was cleaned up thoroughly every day. George, the receptionist, was one of a kind! Would definitely recommend it!

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely will return!

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is at a great location only a few minutes away from the beach or a bus stop. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Tristhenia hotel is in a good location for Perissa beach, as well as being opposite the bus stop and within a short walk of the beginning of the hike to Ancient Thera. Very friendly staff. Rooms were okay we had purchased a split level room but there was some mix up with the booking agent and we ended up with a shared room. It is really nice place. Very close to the beach, bus stop is just outside a gate, atm 20 meters away and many shops and restaurants in area. So location is perfect. As my daughter said: "the hotel is small but clever", very clean and well designed. It has a small pool and a bar.

This place is really nice. We've been here for 6 days. The place is close to both the beach and the bus stop. Nicoletta is a wonderful host, she speak even a bit of Italian. The breakfast every morning was served from 8 to 10 am in the bedroom 🥰. We had a great experience. I recommend it.

Three Harites is located in Perissa, 5min walk to the beach and bus stop. You can rent a scooter/bike/atv in a shop round the corner. Also there are a lot of mini market and souvenir shops nearby. August 2025 Very nice hotel which is very reasonably priced. Next door to a restaurant, plus vehicle hire, and opposite a small supermarket, so everything you need is nearby. 10 minute walk to nearest beach. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Needs to improve some things: the sink in the bathroom almost have no water (little) and the "box" (bidet) have less than 1 squared meter!!!...The Room is good, mas the Bath is bad!

Happy with our stay here. The main improvement would be more storage space in the rooms. We stayed for a week and only had a small rack to hang our clothes with 6 coat hangers. Would be much easier with a set of drawers as we like to unpack all our clothes to stop them creasing. Very good smoothies, good food, nice hosts and lovely cats 🐈😻! The sunbeds are free if you also eat in here and the beach is very nice. You also have a fresh water shower on the beach to wash the salt off your body, because the sea is very salty.

Friendly staff. Service was very slow (we were one table of 2) even though they were very nice. The food was nothing extraordinary. However the octopus was so dry i could not eat it and had to get a gyro instead. We had been recommended this area for seafood but this was maybe not the right place. There are plenty more options in front of the beach.

We stayed at this property for a week. Very friendly staff, available to all our requests. The gentleman at the reception was super nice. Unfortunately, I had to wait around 45 minutes to be checked-in despite the staff telling me that the room would be ready “shortly” and the fact I had arrived at the correct check-in time. There are steps up and down most rooms, so request a room where you don't have to worry too much about steps if they are an issue for you. It was a beautiful experience for my mother and I. Yanna and Panos, and the whole team, were very helpful and very kind, they truly made it feel like a home and assisted us with everything we needed. Just back from a week away at Meltemi Suites, exactly what we needed. Panos and Yanna were absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Yanna helped us organising a car hire for a few days and showed us on a map the best locations to visit on the island. These two people were very helpful and always on hand to help with anything. This hotel was nice and quiet. It is in a perfect location only 2 minutes from the beach. It is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Although it could do with some drawers as we found we only had hanging space. The breakfast was a buffet which was OK. On Thursday, the 10th of July,my wife and I flew to Santorini and couldn't wait to check into our chosen apartments,Meltemi Suites. On arrival from the 40ish minutes from the airport ,we were dropped outside Meltemi Village and were left looking around to see what happens next.
