Great hotel and really lovely staff. It wasn't cheap but we got a lovely room and a little pool, which given the heat was a god send. The hotel also booked a couple of excursions for us - the wine tour was particularly great - and the staff made lots of good recommendations. Selection at breakfast was really good.
The location is great and a short walk to the beach which also has some great restaurants. The area is really chill and the people really cool - I was worried about egos and posing. The hotel was the same vibe. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful location, great food, friendly staff
Fantastic spa with massage and beauty therapy.
There is a free gym, but hotel charges for the use of the Sauna, Harmam and Jacuzzi

A 5 star. How, i do not know! The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly apart from the breakfast staff. The location is very good, right near Perissa beach and you get free loungers. Pool in hotel, not the cleanest. Gym extremely basic.
Air con in rooms is so-so. Rooms have a fridge. The showers have salt water in them and sinks too.
Wouldn't stay again, as there are nicer places all over Perissa.

Had the best experience at this hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful inside and out. The customer service is 5 star. Roula at reception was amazing! She was so helpful with planning site seeing in the area and with transportation reservations. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond! She truly made our experience fantastic. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel - great location! The staff are amazing Roula Billy and Helen couldn’t do enough - stunningly clean hotel we loved every minute! We will 100% be returning without a doubt - oh forgot to mention only a stone throw away from the beach! Totally superb 👌

Great week at this hotel, very clean, quiet. Great location, 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants, small shops. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The big pool is great, I also advise you to take the private pool, a bit nicer. Spa/massage at the hotel for an additional fee. The breakfast is very good and varied. Possibility to rent a car, ATV with a hotel or nearby and book excursions. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bedding, air conditioning and cleaning done every day. I highly recommend

I am disappointed of the staff service, including the management. We had a bad experience in one of the day, we spend the time to the swimming pool and an accident happened, one of the sunshade fell on my husband's head and hit him quite hard, no one from the staff came to see what happened or to help us with anything, I personally asked for ice and inform the reception but no other help . When I asked for the accident form, the receptionist said that they do not have such a thing and that they will inform the manager, but the manager said regardless that this accident happened from nature, because of the wind, without checking exactly what happened and with what can help us. Refused to give us the manager's name or phone number, and they didn't even agree to report the accident claiming they didn't have an accident book.

The experience at this hotel was good. This is not a five stars hotel (more a 4 stars hotel): one has to carry his own baggages, the choice of food for the breakfast is limited, there is any water boiler in the room as well as glases, the fridge is empty. If someone needs something (a blanket, to repair a lamp, ect), simply ask. However, the price for the room is correct and they clean it very well, they offer spa treatments, organise car rentals and appointments with a medical center if necessary, and give good suggestions for restaurants
