Good location of the hotel, poor services, excellent cleaning, at any time, and very kind staff, abundant breakfast, but never variable, always the same things, after 3 days tired of always eating the same things.
Parking not available on site as reported!!!
This thing must be changed absolutely since a customer may be looking for some hotel with only a private parking available on site!!
For a 4 star I expected at least, disposable toothbrushes and a disposable razor……
But maybe it is asking too much (?)
For the rest excellent something to improve!
But I would go back.

Great place to be, pool was close thou to be open in summer.

Good service from start to finish. Good engilish speak staff, complementary breakfast was very good and was stock well. The only minus point is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. It wasn't an issue for me but the hotel wasn't that busy. But you could hear people talking, not shouting, in the adjoining room. I didn't lose any sleep, hence the high star rating.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 kids. It was short but pleasant.The weather was surprisingly nice and 18° . This hotel is a direct bus ride to the front of the hotel from the airport. Staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection is good. Kids had loads of fun in the playground very close by. The main market syntagma square is one tram ride direct. The also have a shuttle bus you can book ahead of time, for extra comfort. I would recommend this hotel for comfort and accessibility. The room was a good size. Most bathrooms in Athens are small, but this one was good sized.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life. Nothing at all looked like the picture except the sea view. We booked for three night and as soon as we entered the room the first thing we did is booking another hotel. The pillows had yellow spots on them and the bed looked very dirty. The room was hot and when we turned on the AC it was hot as well and staff told us they can’t change it, and they gave us a fan. The room smell was full of smoking although it’s a non smoking room. Definitely not gonna recommend it to anyone who goes to Athens. Overall the hotel is a disaster and they should deliver what they promise in the pics.

I booked a big bed with sea view, and I can watch the sunset. The view is nice. You can smoke on the balcony. There are a lot of small red ants in the room. Foreign hotels don't have much service, so don't expect any local service.
The transportation is very convenient, and there is a bus stop and a light rail station downstairs.
There is a small supermarket next door, where you can buy almost all the basic food, drinks, fruits and daily necessities?

Rude and untrained staff, rooms have centralized air condition.
So if the he sun is shining very strong on your room in October and November and the heater is on they cannot put it off in your room or help on any way.. basically they tell you to burn 🔥
Not recommended at all due to the lack of professionalism from staff
Also never order food at the beach, they have to travel across the street (wait for the light to turn green etc..) on an uncovered tray

Great hotel in a good location. Near the beach and the the tram. We could go to acropoli in 30-40 minutes directly from there.
The room was clean and modern. They also provided some useful hygiene packets.
We had one the best fried calamari there. We were in the rooftop bar and even though the calamari were from the restaurant, we asked if it was possible to bring the dish to the rooftop and they gladly did it.

I was there as a videographer of a tech business conference, not a guest in the room. The staff is friendly and nice, their support was top notch. Great roof top restaurant and a bar with an amazing view. The conference hall is also good and equipped.
