Gallery Suites & Residences

We initially chose Gallery Suites & Residences Piraeus for its close proximity to the port, as we were catching a ferry to Milos. We ended up staying here both before our departure and again after returning, and we're so glad we did.
On both check-ins, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Despite arriving early in the morning (around 9 AM), they kindly arranged for a recently vacated room to be cleaned immediately so we could get some much-needed rest after a long international flight. We hadn’t even asked, they just went out of their way to accommodate us. Originally, we only expected to store our bags until check-in, but their hospitality exceeded all expectations.
While we waited, we explored the area, located our ferry gate, and visited a few local restaurants recommended by the staff. The hotel is surrounded by great food options and is an easy walk from the port.
The room was spotless, featured a nice balcony, and the rooftop terrace was peaceful and relaxing, which was perfect for a quiet moment above the city.
We were actually headed to Milos to get married, and on our return stay, we were scrambling to pack and catch a flight. In the rush, we accidentally left my wife’s wedding dress in the room. We didn’t realize it until we were already at the airport, stressed and out of time. Incredibly, within five minutes of us noticing, the front desk called to say they had found the dress. We couldn’t return, but they worked with us from abroad and arranged to ship the dress safely to our home in the U.S.
We travel frequently and don’t always take the time to leave reviews, but when a hotel delivers this level of service and care, it deserves to be recognized. Without a doubt, if we return to Piraeus to travel to any other Greek islands, Gallery Suites & Residences will be our go-to choice.

Location is good for Port and is walkable to parts of Pireaus. The rooms are clean and so is the establishment. The only reason it isn't a 5 is the beds are rock hard, it was painful to sleep in. If you like firm beds though you will be very happy with this place.

The room is spacious, have few stair step to get in the lift. hotel close to Piraeus ferry terminal.

We were given a basement room which is big but no view and no bath towels. After our request, they changed the room to a classic room per our booking. Location is near the port and metro station.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Close to harbour if you take an early morning ferry. Plenty of restaurants nearby and places to grab coffee and breakfast before taking the boat.

Ultimate clean and neat rooms. Staying near ferry terminal is the best option.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful and were really helpful and willing to help. The rooms we had were clean and well maintained and plenty big enough. In this respect we couldn't really fault the place. However, there were a couple of negatives...the kitchen comes with absoultely no cooking equipment, though apparently you can ask for plastic cutlery and plates from reception. What's the point in having the kitchen if you can't use it? The aircon in 1 of our rooms was a bit dodgy and swtiched itself on in the middle of the night at 28c for no reason as far as we could see. Not a major problem in April but might be in August. However, this was still a great cheapish hotel with excellent location.

The location is IDEAL, especially if you have to catch the ferry early in the morning.
The room is TOP, too. Super clean, spacious, mattresses are brand new.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Piraeus port. Nearby has X96 bus stop, it’s convenient to take this express bus to the airport.

Hotel is clean and safe, stuff is very friendly.
