The breakfast is rich and varied, offering plenty of healthy options as well as some indulgent treats. One evening, I used their room service because I was too tired to go out for dinner, and I was very satisfied—the food arrived quickly, and the burger was absolutely delicious!
The hotel also has its own spa center with massages and facial treatments, which is a great bonus. The housekeeping staff is very friendly as well. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

We came from Germany for a holiday in Turkey and planned to stay at the Anatolia Hotel in Thessaloniki for our return. However, the day before our return to Greece, we were caught in a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul. After this frightening situation, my family and children wanted to return home directly for our health and because my children were very scared. We shared this situation with our travel agency and they were very understanding and contacted your hotel. However, later on, they sadly shared with us that your hotel did not accept the situation and would not make a refund. This is inhumane behavior and we would expect your hotel to be more understanding in such disaster situations. We hope that the people who made this decision will personally experience the same situation and feelings and understand the emotional state we are in better. We will publish this comment on all global platforms such as Booking.com, Google, Hotels.com, etc. to ensure that our management is aware of this behavior.

One of the highlights is the exceptional staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, they truly make guests feel valued.
The breakfast is excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and high-quality options, while the rooftop bar is the perfect spot to unwind with a drink, enjoying beautiful city views. The wellness facilities, including the spa and gym, add an extra touch of luxury to the experience.
Overall, Anatolia Hotel offers outstanding value for money, combining comfort, service, and a prime location. Whether visiting Thessaloniki for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
On their website, in every platform, hotel claims they have a parking. Booking, Tripadvisor and even to the B2B platform. (You can check the photos)

There is a PUBLIC & LIMITED parking space. If the space is fully occupied, you cannot park there.
But on the information, they dont say "We have LIMITED parking". They just say we have free-parking.

Be careful when you book here believing that you can park. Maybe and most probably you cannot park here.
When we arrived to the hotel, we have been informed that the parking is public in front of the hotel. So hotel doesnt have a parking belongs to the hotel. But it was also occupied by other cars. Hotel says there are private parking around.
Totally misleading. The manager of the hotel (Anatoli Haralambidis) never came to listen us.
BE CAREFUL EVERY ONE. HOTEL IS MISLEADING.
