This is a two star hotel but frankly it represented amazing value for money. It was spotlessly clean; the welcome was warm; the rooms were small and functional which was what we expected for the money; the inclusive breakfast was excellent too. Add to this that the hotel is literally just off the main port and it offers the perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the Kos Town action. We stayed there one night before starting a Dodecanese island hopping trip. I would have no hesitation recommending it.

Nice hotel, good room size, reasonable cleanliness, excellent location in the center of the old city, close to the beach. But the facilities are old, the shower needs a refresh and the bed is uncomfortable. The service of the staff is excellent, everyone was very kind.

Great location 100 yards from harbour front, bars and restaurants. Staff excellent, couldn't do enough for you.
Hotel has been renovated and everything is clean and tidy.
Only small problem, if you rent a vehicle there is nowhere to park overnight, just public roads.

A very nice hotel. Very luxurious, with a baggage scale that works by inserting a one-euro coin, breakfast on the backside, and in the rooms, with Turbox non-smart TVs, soap/shampoo tanks in the showers, air conditioning tools, balconies with tables and chairs, and a toilet like public.

Very average hotel! The drinks and food are disappointing, pretty much the same food everyday. Drinks are misleading as they have bottles on show which they don’t even serve. The staff I seen were quite rude but the reps are lovely! Best thing about this place is the pool

Booked through booking and in the description says sea view 180 euros 2 night. When we arrived it was a small room facing a backyard. Receptionists very unkind saying I do not care you can cancel it is subject to availability.... AVOID!!

Great location for the harbour, beaches and taverna. Bathroom looked lovely on first impression but was a shame on closer inspection that some holes that had been wrongly drilled in the shower had just been covered over by masking tape instead of filler or tiles changed. Also when I emptied the sink the water came out of drain hole on the floor. A little bit typical of Greek plumbing but a shame after so much effort to put in a modern bathroom. The bed was a bit too soft, which is unusual for Greece. The breakfast was very good, great selection and dining room was kept very clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
