Great location, really close to the center. The breakfast was good with breads, cake, coffee, juice, eggs, bacon etc.

It seemed at first a good hotel, before I took a shower and the pressure was weak or put on the air conditioner which leaked on the clothes I had put under it to dry. But these happened to be minor issues compared to what happened next. I rented the hotel's car Fiat Panda and lost the car keys. The manager asked me to pay €300 without providing any written document of the replacement keys' price or of the car insurance's coverage. When I asked to know how he had calculated this amount, he threatened me with the police if I wouldn't pay and said that he regretted that he hadn't asked of me a €500 caution before giving me the car! He didn't even know that €300 was the maximum excess I was liable for under my rental contract: the receptionist and I found it! I paid the €300, but still find outrageous to ask a caution of €500 when the maximum excess is €300. This only means that the hotel wants to have access to a greater amount than provided for in the rental contract, so that in case of a disagreement with a customer it would be able to force this customer to pay. I still don't know whether the price to replace Fiat Panda car keys is more than €300 or whether the car insurance actually covers lost keys. So, if you go to this place and, moreover, use the hotel's car rental service (€45/day), that's what may well happen to you: to be forced to pay more than you think you owe, on a manager's whim.

Very close to the center, clean, large room and spacious bathroom( the room we chose when booking, just like in the pictures), balcony. Varied breakfast from omelette, boiled eggs, cheeses, ham, to fruits and local pastries.

I had a very nice stay at the Olympia hotel back in September. The rooms were nice, luminous and had balconies. The lady at the reception was very friendly and competent. They also serve breakfast every morning.
The only con was the tiny shower, were water was leaking from after very time I had a shower.
But except this everything was perfect.
I recommend it.

This is the best Hotel we have stayed while visiting Greece(8 different hotels). Hotel admins are so nice, helpful, good looking and funny. Wish they could hang with us. The rooms were so clean and room service was every day. Beds are very comfort and Hotel location was very good. Basically 500 metres from everywhere. We were here 11 nights and we loved it! I will recommend this place to my friend! See you soon Olympia hotel!

Very nice, very centrally located, small hotel in a quiet area of Kos town. You can visit the town by foot walk from there. Our room has been refurnished recently. What I liked the most : silent air conditioning, very comfortable beds, safe, very clean and a good breakfast is served in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful to give us further information about the historical landmarks, what to do while staying in Kos town. I would highly recommend the hotel for a shorter stay as there are no infrastructures for beach holidays.

The worker was absolutely rude and disrespectful to us! we had landed in kos very early in the morning. 2 days prior i called them to tell them that we would be coming early and if we could check in early. They finalised the early check in and said it was all good and it was ok. Once we arrived in kos they told us we never called them and they had no idea what we were talking about. We got there at 6am and they said we had to wait till 11am. We then left and came back at 11am for them to proceed to say we had to wait till 3pm. They weren’t apologetic or understanding towards the situation but instead we’re laughing in our face and talking down to us. We tried to explain that we had called and it is unacceptable as we hasn’t slept for 30 hours because of travelling. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY OUTRAGEOUS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicely located hotel with renovated and clean rooms. Breakfast and service were also good. We just stayed there for a night but I would choose it again.
The only negative thing was that our room had a window looking in the laundry area which was a bit noisy. A window net would be also a good idea.

I don't understand why this is a two-star hotel. Everything is very clean, well designed and thought out (with well placed light switches and USB outlets at the bedsides). They even made us breakfast 30min earlier so we could catch our bus! A beautiful and very cheap stay in the center of Kos town

Great Location, Price & quality level is good. Simple Clean rooms , friendly stuff. Good Internet connection. A few things in the room needs repair but it doesn't worried us much..
