Clean and tidy accommodation. Nice and convenient location

The location of the apartment is nice, but the apartment itself could use some renovation. The floor looked like it was flooded before and the walls had all kind of marks on them. In the room there was also a smell of smoke. Also, you can hear through the walls noise from all neighbors.

Reception staff were very friendly and understanding, and were flexible with check-in times when given prior notice. The room was clean and tidy. It was very spacious and comfortable, there were no problems with it. The location is great - very close to public transport, shops and restaurants but also in a quiet area so it wasn’t too noisy at night time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I got a nice apartment overlooking the Square Garden. The underground parking is also nice.

I was very surprised when I came in the door there is a very very small if you could call it a Lobby I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me with the check-in process and told me about the hotel. I took the elevator to my room and I was so surprised it was a beautiful sweet not overly big but fridge stove all the things you could use if I come back to Budapest I will definitely stay here

Overall we liked our stay ;). Good location, Metro was near. There was a bar across the street from the hotel, also loud even at 1am at night. If you walked all day, you can sleep well. Nice staff. Clean room. Tasty and little bit modest breakfast (a few options of sweet pastry). We missed slippers and small hygienic packages, that are normal for 4 stars hotels. If we'll plan a next trip to Budapest...

Fantastic location close to Corvin Center mall, to the metro, the tram, to the airport shuttle bus… transportation in Budapest is generally a breeze anyway! Nice place to stay in budapest specially if you are halted for a longer stay. Apartment style room had everything at your disposal cooking equipment, washing machine, oven, etc. Room was very spacious. It was near to a shopping mall, local was near to metro(5 min walk).

We booked Escala for our 3 night break with friends in Budapest & I have nothing but good things to say, the suite was very clean & the bed was really comfortable the bathroom & kitchen had everything you needed, the staff were really friendly & done everything they could to make our stay perfect, breakfast was really good with enough choice, I will be definitely staying here again when we come back...

Prime location, however other criteria is just not good. The kettle is broken, the hallway is dirty, "clean" tower but I found bunch of hair stuck in it.

The room is very big. The location is right in the city center. The subway and light rail are just downstairs.

Was very nice apartment. - The WiFi router had an incredibly low coverage (~1m), but since I equipped myself with an Ethernet cable that wasn't much of a problem. - Leaving the parking lot in the middle of the night was a catastrophe as the parking guard was asleep in his booth that was totally dark with closed windows with no indication that someone is inside. We didn't know what to do and ran back...

Cosy apartment with everything inside. It is located in the center and everything is near. Underground is heated car garage which you pay additionaly 20€ per day.

Very nice hotel with very nice people. Cozy, homey. Upon arrival they gave a map of Budapest and a guide in Russian. They speak German, which was especially nice. Delicious breakfast in the morning. The room is clean and cozy. There is a very beautiful garden on the territory.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to support me when I broke my ankle during my stay. They helped me get medication and crutches and even assisted with administering the medication. They also coordinated with the ambulance service to ensure my transfer to the airport was smooth. On top of that, they brought a lovely breakfast up to my room each morning and even delivered the food I ordered...

Nice hotel, has a parking lot, well-equipped rooms, nice and quiet location, you can get to the center by bus or tram, which run frequently. Very good information about how to get to the bus

Great location: 25 minutes from the centre of Budapest, closely to subway, a lot of shops and cafes in the area around. Friendly staff, allow to keep our bags after check-out.

The location is 300 meters away from the subway station, but the road from the subway station to the hotel is not safe. On the way back to the hotel at around 11 o'clock, a stranger yelled at me and provoked me.  I got a very large room during my studying and the location is just the normal cause it‘s a little bit far away from the parliament house and some tourist attractions and also to a dock but the room is good.

It is about 1km from Budapest East Station, but there are trolleybuses running nearby. All the staff members were nice people. Good signal reception. The shower was also good. I also appreciated that there was an air conditioner for heating and cooling. The window frame is made of wood, so it looks good, but it sometimes rattles in the wind. There's no breakfast, so should I eat somewhere nearby...

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and we had a good experience. The hotel was pretty good, but I don’t think it’s a luxury hotel. The hotel is quite big, the rooms are cozy and big. The breakfasts and dinners are nice and have variety. They have a gameroom with foosball, biliard and darts which we enjoyed pretty much (although the darts is overpriced). This is an 800-year-old building with modern and practical interior decoration and spacious rooms. It is stress-free for a family of four to stay in. Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.

The apartment was two rooms, it had a double bed and a foldout bed, the other room was the toilet and shower,the door code didnt work so we had to try and get hold of someone to helo with that, apart from that it was as expected

Pay extra because your flight is delayed I was a bit stressed out as they have very limited support for addressing access issues. I had to pay extra to have the keyless entry code extended. This is the first time what I have ever been asked to pay extra because my flight got delay (totally outside my control).

Clean apartment with balcony overlooking small garden. Very helpful staff. Note that Kiraly street can be busy very late at night. Reserve apartment on the quiet side in advance. Located walking distance from major attractions, never had to take public transportation or taxi (totally not recommended to use taxis in Budapest, read more online).

We stayed in a 2 bedroom and living room apartment. Spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location. Despite being close to the main street, the apartment is very quiet. The entrance is well secured, the check-in process was short and efficient.

Apartments very large with balconies, large air-conditioning in the living room (included), spacious kitchen and bathroom. One star is removed for lack of cleanliness (rooms are cleaned maybe once every six months). Location very good, only the backyard could have been bigger.

The apartment was very clean and located in an upscale area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but the owner personally came right away and fixed it, which we really appreciated. The facilities were very comfortable and we knew exactly what to expect. It was helpful that the desk was staffed 24/7 to enable us to leave luggage after arriving early in Budapest in the morning. Check in was only between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, which meant interrupting our sightseeing to come back to check in. With the desk being staffed all the time, I don't see why they could not be more flexible...

The curtains were dirty and torn. Overall design a little dated. Pool was unacceptable conditions (moldy). We did have a sauna in the room which is a nice touch. We arrived at 5 and to room was not done yet. Nevertheless we choose to have a good time. Location is amazing.

Nice place with a nice view. Only problem is with the little parking space and the wellness which closes at 19:00, so if you expect to relax after all day on water you will be quite upset with its early closure. Waitress was very kind.
